29. Industry Insights: Steve Trossell has worked in the caravan industry since the 1970's and shares some highlights from his career, including his time as MD of Sprite Caravans!

There aren't many people in the caravan industry that have has a career as long as Steve Trossell. He started at Bessacarr (when it was still an independent manufacturer), then moved to Sprite Caravans in Newmarket where he became MD, lead a management buy-out and its sale to the Swift Group, which he then joined and took on several roles. He is now a Non-Executive Director at Bailey of Bristol and still enjoys touring with his own caravan.
