Shownotes
In the coaching world, there is a rather low bar set for who can call themselves a coach. Pretty much, anyone can regardless of experience or training. That can be unsettling and we can view it as a problem.
Or we can choose to view it from the other side: That thus the bar is set very high for achieving true success as a coach. Those who are doing well have really done the work. It shows in how they run their business, their level of professionalism, and all of the things related to being an effective, impactful coach. And they set a high standard for us all.
This is very exciting. Each of us has equal opportunity to rise up, to stand out, to count ourselves among the best of the best. So let’s talk for a few minutes about how to achieve success in your coaching business.
