Last year I was diagnosed with ADHD - at the age of 45.
If you haven’t heard of it before, ADHD stands for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder - a condition that affects the functioning of the brain and includes symptoms such as inattentiveness, hyperactivity and impulsiveness.
