Shownotes

This week’s forecast features an extended examination of the meaning and significations of Mercury in Aquarius preparation for the end of Hermes extended stay i the Sign of Capricorn.

Venus in Pisces has begun to separate from a contentious square with Mars in Gemini, opening the door new way of coming into harmonious union with the world around you and those who inhabit it. But proceed with caution, Venus is not quite out of the frying pan yet.

As the Sun drifts steadily toward a conjunction with Saturn in Aquarius, many of us will be called to come to terms with those limitations and obligations which impede our progress toward our ideals and ambitions. How can you prepare to lay new foundations to begin building a better future? Are there any crumbling and dilapidated fixtures in your life which you must abandon in order to move forward?

Kyle Pierce:

Hello, this is astrology hotline. I'm Kyle Pierce and we're going to be going over the forecast for the week of February 6 through February 12 2023. Focusing on the most significant

Kyle Pierce:

and peruse our back catalogue of episodes, covering a broad range of astrological topics, as well as a series on the basics of astrology. And then go ahead and send us your most burning astrology

Kyle Pierce:

things. So you may notice some things that be started around Mercury's station retrograde back in back around the new year. Maybe some of those stories are closing out, or maybe finally closing the

Kyle Pierce:

noticed it is particularly the last few weeks, I've noticed, within myself a particular difficulty in communicating things in anything other than like just kind of simple terms. It's there's been a

Kyle Pierce:

own Mercury hasn't really been perfecting any aspects with any of the seven traditional planets. Uh, we did get a trine with Uranus last week which can be good for new ideas and sort of reaching into

Kyle Pierce:

of reach, or at least, the delivery seems to be these for me, it was like caveman speech, the sort of work hard to get beyond the monosyllabic communication through grunts and kind of short

Kyle Pierce:

our cup into

Kyle Pierce:

into Neptune land right into into the sphere of imagination. But mercury in Neptune still can be a bit of a challenge to get the Neptunian, ethereal sphere back to reality to translate it, though,

Kyle Pierce:

things that we tend to want to do with mercury, or at least a broader scope of Mercury's broad set of actions. As we get into Aquarius, Aquarius is an Air sign. So Mercury has a natural sort of

Kyle Pierce:

says that mercury is exalted in Aquarius. And while I wouldn't personally ascribe to that interpretation of Mercury's position and Aquarius, Mercury is exalted in Virgo, but Mercury does

Kyle Pierce:

drying, which, you know, in a lot of ways is kind of the opposite of the idea of an Air sign being hot and moist, wet, sort of brings it back to the middle sort of temperament wise, think of Aquarius

Kyle Pierce:

one sense, is kind of like no thought, right? But it's really a little more like quieting the mind enough to focus in on a single thought, and maybe carry that thought kind of towards this natural

Kyle Pierce:

been heated up, allowing us to stick more circuits in microchips, you know, in a smaller space, get more bang for our buck, if you will. And that sort of, you know, hot, cold, warm, damp, sanguine

Kyle Pierce:

goes in and out of visibility through its cycle with the sun does that more than any other planet? So Mercury is the the translator between the scene in the unseen you know, pulling from The AbsTract

Kyle Pierce:

sort of dipping, and not letting anybody know. But that is the sort of unique privilege of planets in Aquarius is that they, when doing well, you know, can inhabit that place between between

Kyle Pierce:

while that might not make you necessarily a

Kyle Pierce:

card carrying member of the gang, right, it lends itself to a unique perspective, right? Somebody who can exist and do business in many different spaces, without necessarily being attached to

Kyle Pierce:

you often get with people. We're born with Mercury in Aquarius, there's often a sort of a dispassionate sort of quality or to you know, the way the the mind processes information. And

Kyle Pierce:

coherent, coherent and logical ways of engaging with thought as well as communicating thought. And that focus on you know, what lies outside of the known or have the well defined often lends itself

Kyle Pierce:

rights, also a very prominent Speaker, on behalf of those who were in many ways, socially invisible, or less visible, or who had less social power, easily one of the most identifiable influential

Kyle Pierce:

ideas that challenge the existing system, who were able to communicate their position, able to advocate their beliefs on behalf of a larger group, often on behalf of a group that was to varying

Kyle Pierce:

than Capricorn would. But you can also maybe see how Aquarius might grant a little bit more staying power to mercury than it might have in, say Gemini, where it has the power to burn through a lot of

Kyle Pierce:

particular situation, you know, aren't able to think outside the button maybe. And then Mercury in Aquarius as your back. I'm certainly looking forward to it. I like mercury and Capricorn for a lot

Kyle Pierce:

our personal will maybe cause us to write? When I do our own thing when I let our Lion's Mane down? Right.

Kyle Pierce:

But Saturn's like, Now now, dude, sorry, you have obligations and responsibilities. So might be feeling that that tension between what we have to do, and what we would like to do, which should you

Kyle Pierce:

needs to be done. And maybe if we manage our time, well, we get to enjoy the night of Venus with Venus in pisces, starting to separate from the square with Mars. While it's still relatively tight,

Kyle Pierce:

a good two or three degrees this week, which is quite a bit faster than it has been. So still a little sluggish. But picking up speed, maybe finding our energy a little more accessible, but still

Kyle Pierce:

thunder. Think my cat Emily is feeling this Venus Mars square. She is becoming a adult kitty and has been feeling the call of nature quite strongly as of late yearning and her appointment to get fixed

Kyle Pierce:

true that your that your spending habits are a little careless, or you know, you're not very good at balancing your checkbook, or maybe you have a character flaw or two, you know, we all do. But

Kyle Pierce:

of what is is often the most productive when we can do things about it during the day, rather than at night when we're trying to unwind, relax, recharge. Then, leading into Wednesday morning, Dave

Kyle Pierce:

But nine times out of 10 Pluto is more of the fear that comes from looking into the Dark Pit and imagining what could be down there, rather than there being actually anything down there. So if

Kyle Pierce:

give Tuesday, you know, the thing with mercury Pluto is there's Pluto stuff, in general tends to create a certain amount of tunnel vision, or kind of make us focused on something that freaks us

Kyle Pierce:

yourself that

Kyle Pierce:

may not be fully rooted in reality. But, you know, when it comes to the stories we tell ourselves about ourselves, you know, there isn't really a well defined line between what is, you know,

Kyle Pierce:

going strong after 1213 seasons. We love our visions of scarcity and apocalyptic doom. But anyway, moving on to Thursday day of Jupiter. We have our Jupiter in Aries, once again, which has been

Kyle Pierce:

you get yourself keyed up for your big events, I think with the Antosha between Jupiter and Neptune here, Neptune at 23 degrees of Pisces and Jupiter at seven. So equidistant from that Aries Pisces

Kyle Pierce:

are unrealistic, right? Or our long shots. Maybe we're not super certain, you know, this YouTube channel may take off and reach 1 million subscribers by July of this year. It might but uh, I'm not

Kyle Pierce:

Standard Time, it's an interesting little formation, you know, these aren't necessarily like easy aspects with the benefics. Right opposition. And Contra and Tisha is kind of akin to an opposition.

Kyle Pierce:

And this kind of combination between a trine with Mars in these aspects with Jupiter in Aries and Venus in pisces, it's a little bit like sort of cajoling the moon out of out of a rut maybe or out

Kyle Pierce:

uh, you know, moving on from, from the controversy perhaps or, you know, if any of you out there experienced a rupture in a relationship or an argument or even a breakup, you know, Eunice's kind of

Kyle Pierce:

being a nocturnal planet and on Mars, his intentions aren't always pure, so go easy and go with friends. Mars in Gemini is in his own deck. And right now, the second decan of Gemini is Mars ruled

Kyle Pierce:

see is what you're gonna get to consistently Slotta Neptune Venus glitter sort of floating around creating can things look a little dressing things up a little, creating some magic but while some

Kyle Pierce:

Saturday Dave Saturn might be like a hangover, drink some tomato juice, go for a run, justify your Friday night extravagances with some Saturday, discipline. I'm given, you know, kind of an overcast
