It's no joke. Motherhood is full of intense emotional moments. Not only for us, but also from our kids as well. Jill and Linda both have had a lot of practice when it comes to emotions and now talking about self-care adds a whole new level to the conversation. Listen in as we talk about:
- What is 'too emotional'?
- The stereotypical labels that are placed on us, both from ourselves, others and society.
- Do we let our emotions determine the kind of self-care that we do? Or whether we do any at all?
- Do we need to be regulated to have effective self-care?
