In this episode I wanted to challenge the notion of labeling food as either "good" or "bad", because it’s important to listen to our bodies' unique needs. But by fixating on rigid definitions of "healthy" is and should look like, we often overlook our own internal cues and convince ourselves that we are making the right choices for our bodies, even when it may not align with how we truly feel.
The episode sheds light on the detrimental effects of categorizing foods as good or bad, highlighting how this mindset can lead to disordered eating patterns and a disconnection from our body's innate wisdom.
I think it’s time to shift our focus from external food judgments to internal body awareness.
By dismantling food stigma, we get to embrace a more holistic approach to nourishment. Because by tuning into our internal guidance, we can forge a healthier and more intuitive relationship with food, promoting overall wellness and self-care.
