"Sticks and stones may break my bones but words may never hurt me"! Do you remember saying this as a child, ignorantly entangling yourself. This statement for a very long time seemed true to me until I find out that Words are the one thing that can actually hurt me the most. 

I sit down with Speech Pathologist Diana Sainsily about the power of words and her journey with that.
