As a learning and development professional, Brittany is well-known for her skillsets in project management, program management, execution, and working in ambiguity. Her manager once described her execution skills as, “I could describe a grey picture to you, and I trust you’ll bring detail and color to it.” Her teammates describe her as an approachable and empathetic leader who intentionally works to create an inclusive and safe environment for people to grow.

Her extensive experience encompasses functional training, leadership development, onboarding, career development, technical training, early talent development, high potential development, sales enablement, diversity and inclusion, coaching, mentoring, job rotations, organizational development, talent management, performance management, recruiting, and compensation.
Brittany holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Science in Organizational Development and Leadership. She brings positive psychology and systematic thinking to everything she does. When she’s not at work, she’s spending time with her dog, enjoying the great outdoors, and baking decorative cakes.
