Speaker:

Welcome to the One Small Change. I am thrilled to embark on

Speaker:

this journey of exploration and transformation with you. I am glad you

Speaker:

put time in your calendar to be here or if you're walking or whatever you're

Speaker:

doing. I'm your host, Yvonne McCoy, and I bring almost 30 years

Speaker:

of entrepreneurial experience. And I have an

Speaker:

incredible passion for discovering growth through the power

Speaker:

of seemingly small change. And so every week I try to bring

Speaker:

somebody new to you so that you can find some new thing that

Speaker:

you can do that's going to help you in your

Speaker:

exploration and your inspiration. And this week we are

Speaker:

talking with Irina Portnova.

Speaker:

And you know, one of the things she's going to do is she's going to

Speaker:

share with you some smaller, unexpected decision

Speaker:

or thing that happened in her life, be there personally or professionally

Speaker:

that sparked that growth. And

Speaker:

I just want to say that I am so happy that you've taken time out

Speaker:

of your schedule to be here and share with us today. So tell my,

Speaker:

tell my people what it is you do and what happened that made

Speaker:

you so good at what you do. First of all, Yvonne,

Speaker:

thank you so much for inviting me to your amazing podcast.

Speaker:

And I'm super excited to share some wisdom that

Speaker:

I've learned through my experience experience through my years. And

Speaker:

obviously something is going to channel through, through me

Speaker:

whatever we are going to talk about. So a little bit about myself.

Speaker:

My name is Irina Portnova, as you already Ivan mentioned,

Speaker:

and I call myself a manifestation star because

Speaker:

I've manifested consciously great things in my life and that's

Speaker:

exactly what I teach others to do. And if

Speaker:

somebody doesn't know what manifestation is, it's basically

Speaker:

whatever we have in our thoughts

Speaker:

eventually is going to turn out to be in our real life.

Speaker:

So a lot of times the easiest way to explain, I always say, hey,

Speaker:

look at your life results. That's exactly what you

Speaker:

created with your thinking. And my gem

Speaker:

is I am focusing on money because money

Speaker:

is energy and this is something we can go dive

Speaker:

deeper. And I love to work with coaches,

Speaker:

creators, entrepreneurs, somebody who is actually

Speaker:

wanted to turn around their business, have more

Speaker:

money flow as well as client flow.

Speaker:

Well, before we even get started, you said something. Oh,

Speaker:

you said something that I

Speaker:

hadn't thought about. And I know a lot of people

Speaker:

have,

Speaker:

especially business people, you know, they tend to think of

Speaker:

manifestation as being really woo, you know.

Speaker:

But I like the way that you said it. It's really,

Speaker:

you are thinking about it and if you can't, if you don't think about

Speaker:

something, if you don't have it in your brain, what is the chance

Speaker:

that you're going to recognize it when it comes? I don't know

Speaker:

whether I've changed your meaning or not. I mean, I'm talking about it kind

Speaker:

of afterwards and you're talking about it kind of at the beginning.

Speaker:

Yeah, absolutely. It's basically what we

Speaker:

focus on is going to expand. If we focus on

Speaker:

worry around the money, we are going to bring more

Speaker:

experiences into our life that show us. Yeah,

Speaker:

you're right. Because this is what we are putting our energy

Speaker:

to. Right. And I just wanted to mention for everybody,

Speaker:

we all know about emotions, but not too many people pay

Speaker:

attention to the emotions because we are all trained to be

Speaker:

logical people. Right. So the most strongest

Speaker:

emotions, Ivan, are fear and love.

Speaker:

And the way our brain is wired, we are

Speaker:

constantly in that survival mode. Meaning that we are

Speaker:

constantly fear of something. Right. And the more we are

Speaker:

staying in that fear emotions. Okay. I'm afraid that my

Speaker:

money are going to disappear if I'm going to invest

Speaker:

in myself up. I'm feared that my bank account is not going to be

Speaker:

the way that I wanted. Right. And a lot of people are living

Speaker:

in that fear mode. And guess what is, because it's very

Speaker:

strong emotion, we create more of the experiences that

Speaker:

show to us. So what I love to do, I love to take

Speaker:

people into the love emotion and ask them,

Speaker:

what would you rather experience when it comes to

Speaker:

money? Right? And let's just shift our focus from

Speaker:

worry to something that you love. And once

Speaker:

people just start even talking about it, like I said, if

Speaker:

money wasn't an issue, what would you do right now?

Speaker:

Right? And that brings like, see, you just smiled right

Speaker:

away. It just like all it takes for us is just to shift our

Speaker:

thought and we are completely opening up for other

Speaker:

possibilities. We are smiling, our nervous system

Speaker:

is calm. Because again, if we are constantly, you know,

Speaker:

like rigorously fighting with something or we cannot create and

Speaker:

that's exactly the most important thing. Well, you've said a couple

Speaker:

of things that, that, that I say to people all the time. I, I talk,

Speaker:

talk about. You talk about fear and love. I talk about

Speaker:

pain and pleasure, right? And the reason I left when you said if

Speaker:

money was not an issue because you know, there are,

Speaker:

you know, when people are looking at objections, the first,

Speaker:

first two is time or money, right? And

Speaker:

so, you know, in, in that kind of irrational kind

Speaker:

of thing, it's like if not if money was on an object,

Speaker:

what would you want or what would you do? And you know, if they tell

Speaker:

you they. They wouldn't. Still wouldn't be interested in what you're doing. Then. Then.

Speaker:

Then they're really not interested, you know, and time is

Speaker:

something. We all have the same amount of time. And so it's a matter of

Speaker:

what you choose to do. But I think the thing

Speaker:

that you said that I like the most is. Is kind of one of

Speaker:

my favorite things. It's like we collect evidence to

Speaker:

reinforce our beliefs. So if you believe that money is,

Speaker:

you know, is hard or scarce, every time

Speaker:

it's hard or scarce, you're gonna go see, you know, as opposed

Speaker:

to when you have a good situation, you don't go see. Money

Speaker:

is not. And. And probably one of the most

Speaker:

powerful. I'm stepping on your toes. But one of the most

Speaker:

powerful things that ever happened to me was we. I

Speaker:

was at a conference and we had to do, like, role play. And we,

Speaker:

You. You were you. And then your partner was money. And you had to

Speaker:

talk about money the way you felt. And I was like, you

Speaker:

know, every time I get money, something breaks. And I was, you know,

Speaker:

and I was so lucky because the person that I had as a.

Speaker:

As. As a, you know, money, my partner went to

Speaker:

me. This is why I don't come visit you, because you're always

Speaker:

so angry with me.

Speaker:

Oh, my God, he's right.

Speaker:

Yeah. So our thoughts about money

Speaker:

are so powerful, and it's something that

Speaker:

we are not thought to look at. We, you know, we don't look at money

Speaker:

as our friend or, you know, we've invested in with

Speaker:

people who have money or selfish or, you know, all these weird

Speaker:

things. All right, with that, I'm going to shut up and let you do your

Speaker:

thing because apparently you just pushed a button for me. So I

Speaker:

hope you're pushing a button for my audience as well. I

Speaker:

just love this conversation, Yvonne. And it's going to get even better

Speaker:

because again, my biggest

Speaker:

breakthrough was when I learned that money is energy

Speaker:

like everything else, right? When we talk about energy,

Speaker:

we are pure energy. If we take out our skin,

Speaker:

our bones, it's just the pure energy. And our energy

Speaker:

is creative, right? So when people start talking about money,

Speaker:

I say. I always say, you know what? I love money and

Speaker:

I love to flirt with money. So it's like basically having the

Speaker:

loving relationship, right? Money

Speaker:

is nothing different than, you know, talking to the person. Nothing

Speaker:

different than talking about relationship, talking about health,

Speaker:

anything. I do not know why we were wired the way that we

Speaker:

shrink each time we hear the word money, right?

Speaker:

And I love to laugh because I Said like if

Speaker:

people getting together at the party, the two taboo

Speaker:

topics are money and sex. Like, you know,

Speaker:

pretending that they are not existent. And I do not understand

Speaker:

why a lot of people have a lot of blame and shame around it.

Speaker:

And again, if we are talking from manifestation point, right? It's

Speaker:

all about thinking. And we are all thinking something

Speaker:

on a particular frequency. What does it mean, frequency?

Speaker:

Well, if we go back to physics now, a little bit of science, right?

Speaker:

If we go back to physics, everything in this world is

Speaker:

vibrating, but everything is vibrating on a different

Speaker:

rate of vibration. Like the table is vibrating, but we

Speaker:

do not notice its vibration because it's vibrating at a very

Speaker:

slow frequency, right? And our energy is

Speaker:

vibrating, but we are all vibrating on a Saturn

Speaker:

frequency. What does it mean? For instance, if you decide to

Speaker:

listen to the radio station, what is your favorite, you know, music

Speaker:

channel or whatever you are listening? Ivan. That's a

Speaker:

bad one for me because I'm a visual learner. So I.

Speaker:

Okay, so tell me about the. The channels on the tv. Like if I

Speaker:

give you the remote, which channel would you tune into? I would

Speaker:

either tune into something like Law and Order.

Speaker:

Okay? All right. Design, beautiful.

Speaker:

Love it. So this is a perfect example. So these

Speaker:

channels, what when you press on the home design,

Speaker:

you are not going to see the Law and Order, right? For

Speaker:

that you have to press that button that will change that

Speaker:

channel for you. That's exactly what frequency is. And our

Speaker:

thinking is also in a particular frequency. We are all thinking in

Speaker:

frequencies. So when we related to our daily life. Because

Speaker:

if person is asking, so I do not understand how am I thinking,

Speaker:

right? Where is my frequency? We are talking about the most,

Speaker:

you know, down emotions are shame, blame,

Speaker:

fear, right? So now we are having that, you know, understanding,

Speaker:

okay? If I feel shame around money, so my

Speaker:

energy is vibrating really low, right? So in

Speaker:

order for me to step, at least I want to think neutral. If

Speaker:

I cannot go to these elevated emotions of gratitude,

Speaker:

of joy of love, right? So let me stay at least on the mu

Speaker:

neutral state. And the neutral state could look like, okay,

Speaker:

I might see that. The fact is, when I open my bank

Speaker:

account, I have X amount of dollars, right? I do see

Speaker:

that this is the fact. But the truth is,

Speaker:

and the truth is that we are all energy

Speaker:

being and we can actually create with every breath that

Speaker:

we are taking. So I teach people, we do not save money, we

Speaker:

create more. Because this is, you know, like

Speaker:

a different switch. Because a lot of people thinking, okay, I'm

Speaker:

going to cut off on that membership. Okay, I'M not going to invest into,

Speaker:

into the coach because I have to save, right? And

Speaker:

saving is the lack energy because it's like

Speaker:

constantly we are in the energy of it's not good, it's not

Speaker:

enough, right? What I love to show people, no,

Speaker:

we can create and we can create as much

Speaker:

as we want to write. Just, you know, like to give the

Speaker:

example, like coaches might say, you know, like entrepreneurs. What do you mean create?

Speaker:

Meaning just, you know, like idea is the first currency from the

Speaker:

universe. We can receive one dollar idea. We can receive million

Speaker:

dollar idea. So here we go. The idea pops in,

Speaker:

okay, what are some of the cash injections that I can do? Maybe

Speaker:

I have already taught some classes. Maybe I can package that

Speaker:

and I can sell it, right? Have the funnel starting with

Speaker:

something low and like, little by little introduce people to who

Speaker:

I am and just then, you know, show up on that enrollment

Speaker:

call and I have the client, right? So the idea is that

Speaker:

a lot of people are sitting in that circumstances.

Speaker:

But I always love to say, Ivan, the circumstances

Speaker:

would never be gone. It's always going to be something on

Speaker:

our way to put it as an excuse.

Speaker:

So I say, why don't we work through the circumstances? We

Speaker:

notice that the circumstances is there, but the truth is

Speaker:

that we are abundant beings and this is not

Speaker:

something somebody was teaching us, right? And we all have

Speaker:

that tap to that abundance. It's not just for chosen one.

Speaker:

Abundance is our birthright. So I love to

Speaker:

compare the universe with the ocean. I

Speaker:

say, if we go to the ocean with the teaspoon, we receive the

Speaker:

teaspoon of the water. If we go to the ocean with the buckets,

Speaker:

we received the bucket full of water. Same thing happens. Whatever

Speaker:

we are going to request from the universe, that's exactly what we are

Speaker:

returning. Well, it's interesting, but going back to the situation

Speaker:

with the gentleman. So part of the

Speaker:

exercise was to say, I

Speaker:

have enough money, I will have enough money to live the kind of life

Speaker:

that I want. And so sometimes we have a

Speaker:

gap in our belief that's hard for us to believe. And

Speaker:

so my gap belief at that time was, aren't

Speaker:

I lucky that I have enough money to take care of emergencies

Speaker:

instead of like, why do I always have, you know, kind of thing? And it

Speaker:

was interesting because it really did change the way

Speaker:

that I looked at money and, you know, what was going on. And I think

Speaker:

the other thing that you're talking about, about energy

Speaker:

is so important because

Speaker:

people buy from us, not

Speaker:

it's how we make them feel. And that Energy.

Speaker:

And that's what, what I teach is that you need to get back to yourself

Speaker:

the way that your, you know, your unique self was when you were

Speaker:

young, so that you, you're using your skills and your clients see you.

Speaker:

And so for me, one of the things that, you know, I want to be

Speaker:

is I want to be energetic. And so I love it now that I've made

Speaker:

this pivot in my business, you know, when I talk to clients,

Speaker:

clients go, I love your energy. And I, and I think the thing

Speaker:

that's important is we vibrate at different, you know, like

Speaker:

you say we vibrate, but our energy is at different levels. Like, my

Speaker:

energy is really good for some people, but it's not good for

Speaker:

others. You know, it's like I overpower them and they're probably

Speaker:

people out there that go, that I'm not energetic enough.

Speaker:

That's good, because that means that the perfect client is going to be

Speaker:

really happy with you. Absolutely. You know,

Speaker:

so what are three things that you think we could do,

Speaker:

start doing now to change, you know, to start manifesting

Speaker:

clients? Yes, I love that.

Speaker:

First and foremost, we have to have the vision. We

Speaker:

have to have the ending goal, because if we do not know

Speaker:

where we are going, it's like we are that

Speaker:

sailor in the open sea and there is no wind in

Speaker:

our favor because we do not know where we are going. Right. So

Speaker:

first we want to have that vision. What do I mean by vision? Like really

Speaker:

having a crystal clear idea. This is where I want

Speaker:

to be with my business, let's say a year from today, how much

Speaker:

money you want to generate, how many clients you want to

Speaker:

serve. Right. What does it look like for you, that lifestyle when

Speaker:

you already reach your desire? Right. So, so have that crystal

Speaker:

clear vision. Right. Because that vision becomes your anchor.

Speaker:

So can I, if I interrupt you here, will that interrupt your thought?

Speaker:

Yes. No, I'm smiling now. I, you know,

Speaker:

so one of the things I teach is called dead reckoning, which is a sailing

Speaker:

term. And it, you know, it's from the old days when they only had

Speaker:

sails, you know, because the whole idea is you can't sail in a straight

Speaker:

line. You know, there are currents and winds, and so you're always making the

Speaker:

adjustment, but you pick the point where you want to end up. So

Speaker:

you were, generally speaking, you're headed in that direction, and

Speaker:

that's what, you know, your North Star, your, your, the thing that you

Speaker:

hold on to, that pulls you forward and gives you momentum.

Speaker:

And that's exactly what you're saying. Mm, beautiful.

Speaker:

100%. Yes. So second would be

Speaker:

belief. Because a lot of people say, let me

Speaker:

see it, then I'll believe it. But it works the other way around.

Speaker:

We believe it and then we receive it. Right? And

Speaker:

if somebody is still doubting, I can

Speaker:

just ask you, please go back in your life

Speaker:

at any experiences not even related to your business,

Speaker:

have you done something that you truly, truly wanted to do and

Speaker:

you did not know if it's going to show up for you, you did not

Speaker:

know if you're going to be successful. You still went on, you did it,

Speaker:

and you actually were very successful in that. We

Speaker:

all have these kind of proofs, right? Because like I said,

Speaker:

our brain is wired to see only what is bad, what is

Speaker:

not working, what is failing. Now we are shifting our

Speaker:

focus, okay? Like you mentioned, Ivan, let's collect the evidence

Speaker:

going in our past to prove, because that's exactly

Speaker:

how our energy works. It does not matter whether we are

Speaker:

learning the new sport, whether we are learning to speak another language,

Speaker:

we are learning to play the instrument. Energy works the same.

Speaker:

How do we become skill, skillful at something? We practice,

Speaker:

we do it consistently and we have somebody by

Speaker:

our side who can coach us, right? Whether this is, you know, the

Speaker:

musician that's teaching us how to play, whether this

Speaker:

is the athlete, sport, sport, coach, right? Whatever

Speaker:

it is. Because this is the shortcut. A lot of people do not

Speaker:

think, see that by investing in themselves, they are

Speaker:

creating that shortcut. Otherwise it's going to be a long process.

Speaker:

So believing is the second one. And, and

Speaker:

commenting on that, on that thing about going back, I would

Speaker:

even say think about a time when

Speaker:

you did something that it was really easy for you.

Speaker:

And somebody else said to, we don't do it that way because you

Speaker:

know that that's where they're trying to make you condition

Speaker:

you to the cookie cutter kind of thing.

Speaker:

And you're. You don't get, you know, you don't get the appreciation or

Speaker:

the acknowledgment for the uniqueness of how you handle the situation.

Speaker:

And I just actually had that aha this month

Speaker:

that when I was in corporate situations and I was like, really

Speaker:

interested in something and I. And I did it, you know, I was like, oh,

Speaker:

let's do. People, I'm told,

Speaker:

felt threatened, like, is she trying to get my job? Because she's really into this.

Speaker:

Is she? You know, and so they were like, we don't do it that way

Speaker:

or no, we don't want you to, you know, and. And so the

Speaker:

thing that you were really good at, instead of being,

Speaker:

getting positive input for it, you got a negative input.

Speaker:

And so that's what I would say to be, you know, careful of as well.

Speaker:

I mean, when I graduated from and got my

Speaker:

mba, I was making more money than

Speaker:

my dad was as the head electrical engineer

Speaker:

for the city of Philadelphia. And I was, I felt

Speaker:

ashamed because worked in his career for

Speaker:

so long and I literally did not know what I was

Speaker:

doing. Yeah. And, and

Speaker:

so we, we have these weird ideas about money. I

Speaker:

mean, all right, let's get number three.

Speaker:

Yes, number three. The most important thing. Have fun in

Speaker:

the journey. Because again, it just like we were talking

Speaker:

about energy. A lot of people are like, okay, give me the

Speaker:

strategy and I'm going to use this perfect strategy and

Speaker:

it's going to work. No, it doesn't work this way. I always say,

Speaker:

you know, we have, our mindset is 85%

Speaker:

once we are consistent, once we are just kind of

Speaker:

curious strategy, believe it or not, only 5%

Speaker:

and another 10% is actions. So what I usually say

Speaker:

to my clients, I say, hey, let's start your day from

Speaker:

the energy. And this is something like Yvonne, you mentioned, right? Energy.

Speaker:

We want to set ourselves for the day that is

Speaker:

ahead of us. How do we do it? We are not starting with our to

Speaker:

do list. We are actually starting with our to be listed.

Speaker:

How am I going to be today? How am I going to

Speaker:

show up today, right to this world? Am I curious?

Speaker:

Am I, you know, excited? Am I in service? Right.

Speaker:

And then when we abstain from that state of being,

Speaker:

our thoughts are also connecting to that state of being.

Speaker:

Rather than being frustrated and saying, nobody listens

Speaker:

to what I have to offer, nobody is buying from me, stay

Speaker:

curious and say, what can I do differently

Speaker:

that I haven't done before to see if that's

Speaker:

going to produce the desired result on this journey. It's

Speaker:

super, super important not to hold to

Speaker:

something like, okay, this is what I expect. Expectations

Speaker:

just, you know, like illusions. You gotta have the

Speaker:

intention. Intention is powerful, right? Like, why do I do

Speaker:

this task? Why do I connect to potential clients? What is

Speaker:

my outcome that I desire? But we are never

Speaker:

grab into that thinking that it has to come out this way. Because

Speaker:

it's interesting how the universe brings us something that we

Speaker:

desire in the most unexpected ways. Right? So

Speaker:

I say that have the fun in your journey, be

Speaker:

more the scientist than the judge. And once you

Speaker:

open yourself up because understand that you are co creator,

Speaker:

whatever you have right now, stop blaming the

Speaker:

coaches, stop blaming the circumstances. Stop blaming the

Speaker:

economy. Stop blaming. Not having enough strategies.

Speaker:

Just start with yourself, because you have the full power to

Speaker:

turn it around and make it successful.

Speaker:

I love what you say, and you've said so many things that are important.

Speaker:

One of the things is, you know, I teach

Speaker:

this exercise the three words, and one of the words is

Speaker:

energetic. And so when I get up in the morning, I go, how can

Speaker:

I make this day energetic, adventuresome, and curious?

Speaker:

Right. Kind of sets the tone for the day, just like you said.

Speaker:

The other question that I think that people can ask to help them

Speaker:

is, what's working? Right. And why?

Speaker:

And because I think we, you know, we. We. We tend to

Speaker:

go, well, this isn't working. How can I fix it and ignore the things

Speaker:

that are working? If we do more of the things that are working,

Speaker:

first of all, it's a lot more fun, you know, because they're working. And

Speaker:

second of all, you don't start kind of tearing yourself down, like, why isn't this

Speaker:

working? Is it something I'm not doing? Do I need to, you know,

Speaker:

that negative self talk that we give each other? And so

Speaker:

I think, all right, let me. Let me say back to

Speaker:

you what I got from this. And

Speaker:

I don't know that I can actually do this in, like, two sentences.

Speaker:

But the first thing is that you need to start with yourself

Speaker:

and what it is that you want for yourself in

Speaker:

a positive way. And money is just part

Speaker:

of that. And there is not

Speaker:

a scarcity of money. And when you are on that

Speaker:

path, when you are have that mindset or that

Speaker:

vibration or that energy, whatever you call it,

Speaker:

you will find yourself in unexpected

Speaker:

situations or more of the situations that are

Speaker:

working that you can take advantage of, and

Speaker:

things will happen the way. More like the way you want it. And what

Speaker:

I say to people is, once you understand what your unique

Speaker:

power is, suddenly you see opportunities that you never

Speaker:

considered before because you didn't think that you could be

Speaker:

helpful in that, because you didn't realize what you were good at. So

Speaker:

this is. This is a whole package. I mean, even though you're

Speaker:

talking about cash manifestation, I think this is something

Speaker:

that impacts your whole life. You know, it

Speaker:

affects you from minute to minute. You know, even.

Speaker:

Even. You know, even from. If I'm

Speaker:

an energetic person, then I'll stop and get on my rebounder in between

Speaker:

calls. You know, if I'm an energetic person

Speaker:

that I'm gonna, you know, go to a call that, you know, could really

Speaker:

be important to me, even though it's at seven, you know, Seven o'

Speaker:

clock at night. And I don't want to, but I'm gonna be

Speaker:

present because, you know, whatever. So this is,

Speaker:

you know, this is a whole life

Speaker:

philosophy. And one of the results of it is,

Speaker:

is that you get more money. You get. Think of it

Speaker:

as you get more clients, which is where your love is.

Speaker:

And those clients are going to be willing to pay you more because you're so

Speaker:

good at what you do and because you, you connect with them so

Speaker:

well. Oh, my God, that's a lot.

Speaker:

If you're not excited after this conversation, you need to

Speaker:

check your pulse, people, because this is. I'm

Speaker:

like all wound up here. I already kind of knew some of these

Speaker:

things, but didn't put them together. All right, so, so do this. We need to

Speaker:

do this so that we don't forget to ask about your gift.

Speaker:

So tell us about your gift. Yeah. And before I run into my

Speaker:

gift, Ivan, one more thing that just like literally dropped into

Speaker:

my mind. The gratitude, right?

Speaker:

Even when we wake up and say, oh my God,

Speaker:

my bank account, how am I going to pay the bills? So

Speaker:

this is the perfect time when you sit down and just write three

Speaker:

things, what you are grateful for. Three to five things, right? So we

Speaker:

shift the focus of what we already have.

Speaker:

Enough. Because abundance doesn't just cover the money.

Speaker:

Abundance comes in many ways, right? Maybe

Speaker:

I'm abundant with the love of my family, right?

Speaker:

I'm abundant with the beautiful trees that are so

Speaker:

around in me, the abundance of birds. The idea

Speaker:

is we want just turn our focus to abundance. And then

Speaker:

from that thinking, we are just saying, what kind of

Speaker:

step can I take today from where I am with what I have?

Speaker:

Because now we elevated ourselves energetically and

Speaker:

our thinking is on the different frequency and the

Speaker:

ideas are going to be matching that frequency. So this is

Speaker:

like another tip that I just wanted to give just in case if somebody's

Speaker:

going to say, but, right. No, but

Speaker:

we all can do it, right? And it just like staying

Speaker:

curious. So as far as my gift, I have this beautiful,

Speaker:

beautiful gift that I designed. It's called

Speaker:

Chichen voice notes. Basically these are

Speaker:

very short voice notes that you are

Speaker:

tuning in three times a day. So I call it Morning

Speaker:

Mojo, where you start your day with the energy of receiving.

Speaker:

This is where our abundance begins. And it's like two

Speaker:

minutes each, you know, each voice note and it starts like,

Speaker:

hello, money star. You already got into that beautiful

Speaker:

energy. Then in the midday, you are checking, you're

Speaker:

refocusing and take one powerful step, step to

Speaker:

invite money in just do it without overthinking.

Speaker:

And the evening, you're just doing that energy reset where

Speaker:

you are clear from your scarcity. You just close

Speaker:

the day in certainty. Let your energy do

Speaker:

the work while you are resting. So they are like

Speaker:

two minutes or less per each voice note. So

Speaker:

just listen, tune it and make it your morning, day and

Speaker:

evening routine and you'll see, see how money start

Speaker:

coming to you in most unexpected ways.

Speaker:

So I will say to you, if you don't have six minutes a

Speaker:

day to improve your situation, then you really are

Speaker:

not serious about improving your situation. And

Speaker:

you're saying this, I'm thinking to myself,

Speaker:

you know, I particularly like the one at the end of the day that I

Speaker:

can just listen to when everything else is done,

Speaker:

you know, because I've started doing this sleep thing where I'm saying,

Speaker:

you know, my brain is going to, you know,

Speaker:

rest and you know, solve any problems that I still have left or

Speaker:

situations and tomorrow is going to be filled

Speaker:

with endless opportunities. Right. That

Speaker:

fits right into, into what you're saying. So I can add that to

Speaker:

my, to my thing. All right, so, so now turn the spot.

Speaker:

When was the last time you did something new for the first time?

Speaker:

Oh my God. It's constantly. Ivan, when we are in that self

Speaker:

growth, there is always something, you know, like new ideas

Speaker:

coming in. And that thing is what I love to explore new ideas

Speaker:

to bring into the business because I love it. Done is better

Speaker:

than perfect, as one of my mentors say. And I just love

Speaker:

to experiment. And another way that I also

Speaker:

rewire my brain is I take different routes when

Speaker:

I'm driving my car because again, it's all about

Speaker:

rewiring our brain. If we are constantly doing the same

Speaker:

thing over and over and over again, we are producing the same

Speaker:

results. So what you just mentioned, it's super important

Speaker:

to do something new because we are growing through

Speaker:

that discomfort and we are learning it's okay

Speaker:

to be uncomfortable. We get comfortable to be uncomfortable.

Speaker:

I, I agree with you. And I have to laugh because I just read something

Speaker:

the other day. It's like a Japanese practice that you put

Speaker:

clothes on inside out and walk backwards to help to

Speaker:

rewire your brain. Yes. You know, and,

Speaker:

and there is a thing called the rule of rigidity that you do everything

Speaker:

exactly the same way. And the reason behind that is

Speaker:

partially be for safety. It feels safe. And so you always

Speaker:

do it that way. And I like you. You know, when I kind

Speaker:

of realized that when I learned about that, it was like, oh my God, I

Speaker:

actually change lanes at the same place when I'm on the highway. I did,

Speaker:

you know, and I did the same things trying to, you know, even though it

Speaker:

was maybe not the most efficient way to get where I was going,

Speaker:

I got to see different things and, you know, oh,

Speaker:

my God, I can't believe we're finished. All right, so before we can I just

Speaker:

quickly share something fun like you were saying, you know, like go

Speaker:

backwards. My kids, my daughter

Speaker:

is 20, my son is 11. They,

Speaker:

like you now already got that in inside of them. They love

Speaker:

to mismatch the socks. Like all the time they are

Speaker:

wearing different socks. Right. And sometimes it irritates me,

Speaker:

but I'm just thinking about it. Oh, they are rewiring their brain.

Speaker:

So this is so, so cool. Like I said, sometimes

Speaker:

the most, the most exciting things and money

Speaker:

drop to us when we are just goofing and when we are just laughing.

Speaker:

Because again, when we talk about manifestation, the more

Speaker:

light hearted we are, the more we attract greatness.

Speaker:

I agree. I agree. All right, I gotta do the commercial.

Speaker:

For anybody who's listening to this, please take a minute and

Speaker:

share, subscribe and engage with this podcast on social

Speaker:

media. Because one of the reasons that I did it was I want, wanted to

Speaker:

bring interesting people into your. Into your life that you might not meet,

Speaker:

so they will supercharge your business so that it'll grow your,

Speaker:

you know, your whole web of connection. And it's my way of giving back

Speaker:

to the community and fueling your quest for growth and impact. And

Speaker:

I hope that you will continue to join me on the one small change

Speaker:

so that we keep making these tiny shifts that yield huge,

Speaker:

huge transformation. And there are a couple of episodes in there, if you

Speaker:

haven't heard the first one, there are a couple of episodes that, that are in

Speaker:

there that are just me by myself, having fun. And

Speaker:

so you should check it out. So, Irina, what are your words?

Speaker:

Wisdom? What's a quote people can remember and associate with

Speaker:

you? I love that. Just leave

Speaker:

your life to the fullest without the fear.

Speaker:

Because when we become fearless, the life starts living

Speaker:

limitless, right? When we become limitless, when we become

Speaker:

fearless, our life is limitless.

Speaker:

And people, we could go on forever,

Speaker:

but we can't. So remember, change is

Speaker:

simple, but it's not always easy. It requires courage, resilience, and

Speaker:

a willingness to step outside your comfort zone. And like I

Speaker:

always say, if you're not a little bit nervous about doing something new, it means

Speaker:

you really don't care. So use that energy

Speaker:

to go forward and build momentum. So I hope you'll continue to

Speaker:

join me on the one small change. And until the next time,

Speaker:

stay very, very curious. Irina, thank

Speaker:

you so much. And thank you so much. It's such a great fun

Speaker:

time. Thank you. And thank you to everyone who tuning in and

Speaker:

just decided to live your life to the fullest. This was

Speaker:

great. Thank you. Bye.
