I know the power of this work, I love to hear the impact these conversations have. Okay, let's get into it.

Sometimes in life, you know, feel like doing things, you don't have that desire to actually get something done. That sometimes you just have to look at that sport analogy I've got there in the title, the tackle, you know you need to make when you're in a team sport, and life is a team sport. There are times where you need to push yourself beyond what you thought you were capable of, for the good of the team. For the result. Sometimes you got to put your body on the line, sometimes you got to put that doubt, push it aside and just get on with it anyway. You got to make that tackle. Because you know, you've got to stop that person. So sometimes in life, you don't feel motivated, you don't feel inspired, you don't feel good. Physically, you might feel crap. And you got to stand up and you got to get up and you got to get on with it anyway. And yeah, there are other times where you will need to go back and address maybe why you're in a bit of a dip. But that's not an excuse for you getting out there and getting it done. For having the discipline to do what needs to be done to get up and stick to your plan. Life doesn't always come easy. It certainly does not have to be a struggle. I will say that. But there are days where you need to be able to just get on with it. Otherwise, it just becomes too easy to make an excuse. It becomes too easy just to say well, not delay, I can't be bothered. Now you know I've spoken a lot about the need for rest and the need to get balance. But that doesn't negate the need to get on with it sometimes to drive yourself to pick yourself up. Just get on with it. The debt will be there just means you care just made this important. This becomes such a powerful habit that will build momentum that will build habits of a lifetime. It's also fantastic role modeling for the little people in your world. And when I say little people, anyone from they dot all the way through to your adult children. They want to see that you're not perfect and you make mistakes, but they also want to see that you're determined. They also want to see that get up and go. That desire that hunger at will to win that will to succeed that will make progress there's something about that within us as humans initially around survival imagined for us protected people now in our air conditioned homes what it must have been like living without proper shelters without proper clothes. Let's go and get on with it because they had to find necessity. And even though it doesn't feel like it sometimes there is a necessity for you to be able to get up and get on with things for you to desire for more to go beyond the everyday, the mundane the repetitive If you're just working your way to retirement, the closer you'll get to retirement, the more you'll realize that maybe that's not what you want either

you want something beyond you something, it's going to feel purposeful, something's gonna feel meaningful. And that only comes through sometimes gritting your teeth. And taking that next hit up making that next tackle, making that next run. Go into work, doing what's required for your children, for your partner, for yourself, for your health, for your happiness for what's next.

And sometimes you just got to do whatever it takes. So if you need to listen to some motivational music or words of wisdom. If you need to reach out to someone have a conversation or you need to spend time getting out of the sun or exercising or whatever it is that you know is going to make it happen for you. But you also know that if you don't do that, you might not have a good day, well then push yourself forward. Get yourself up, get yourself in the game. And then do whatever it takes. So that you present the best possible version of you every single day.
