Gareth has had a fitness career since 1999, spanning three decades and three countries. He brings a wealth of knowledge from many years as a coach, personal trainer, group fitness instructor and many leadership roles. He’s worked alongside some of the biggest names in the industry, presented at multiple conventions and workshops, while coaching over 15,000 hours “on the floor.
Utilizing all these skills, he and his wife, Nicky, founded and operate The Nock Academy - an online fitness platform. He is also a co-founder and host of the “We As…” Podcast - where conversations are changing the world. Proud to say, I’ve been an invited guest.
