If you think you need more content ideas, I'm going to lovingly stop you right there, my beautiful friend, because you don't.
Speaker A:What you actually need is to stop trying to make just one experience mean only one thing.
Speaker A:Because one real moment in your life can actually create content that will land for three different people in three different ways.
Speaker A:As long as you know how to look for it.
Speaker A:So grab your cup of whatever's keeping you grounded and let's get started.
Speaker B:Welcome to Heart Led CEO, the podcast for women wellness entrepreneurs who are ready to build, scale and automate their businesses without sacrificing their soul, sanity or authenticity.
Speaker B:I'm Anakani Walters, a nurse turned entrepreneur, military spouse, first time mama in my 40s, and a recovering burnout survivor who's making it a mission to help Heart Led women just like you create thriving businesses that really feel good, do good, and give you the freedom that we all deserve.
Speaker B:Because here's the thing, you don't have to hustle harder to succeed.
Speaker B:You don't have to drown in tech overwhelm or try to do everything alone.
Speaker A:And I'm here to give you the.
Speaker B:Strategies, automation, tools and mindset shifts that will help you step fully into that leader, CEO and impact maker that you are meant to be.
Speaker B:If you're ready to grow your business in a way that aligns with your values and your life, you are in the right place.
Speaker B:Let's get into today's activity episode.
Speaker A:Oh, hello my beautiful friend.
Speaker A:Welcome back to another episode.
Speaker A:And I'm so excited about this episode because we are in the month of love.
Speaker A:And here's what I see all the time.
Speaker A:Smart, really smart, capable women telling me I don't know what to post.
Speaker A:That is one of the most common things that I get when we talk about marketing for their businesses.
Speaker A:And then what do I do?
Speaker A:I start to ask about their week.
Speaker A:I ask about what's going on in their life.
Speaker A:I ask about their work and what they're doing and all these things.
Speaker A:And then when we end the conversation, what do we end with?
Speaker A:Like me explaining to them, you just told me like five things that you could completely turn into content right now.
Speaker A:So the issue when I look at most wellness entrepreneurs, military entrepreneurs, is how to translate those experiences that they're going through into actual content that makes sense for their business and their dream clients.
Speaker A:And the shift that I really want you to make when I'm talking about this is I don't want you to ask yourself, what should I post today?
Speaker A:Because that is like the one thing the one question that haunts us at night, that keeps us up, oh my gosh.
Speaker A:I don't have anything planned for tomorrow.
Speaker A:What you should be asking is who could this moment help?
Speaker A:Think about what happened to you, good or bad doesn't need to be a judgmental thing.
Speaker A:It's just an observational thing.
Speaker A:And I tell you guys all the time, awareness is power.
Speaker A:And then pick one or two that you can really like are okay with sharing either if it's a bad thing, you okay, I've let it go.
Speaker A:It happened.
Speaker A:Who could that help?
Speaker A:Who can that moment that you had to either struggle or win through help?
Speaker A:Because the same experience can really mean different things depending on what who's listening, who's reading, who's watching.
Speaker A:And so for example, for me, I have three different businesses.
Speaker A:I have Empower Her Way, which is my AI and automation, coaching and strategy business for women, wellness, military, community and so forth.
Speaker A:But then I have my original business, Fat Mermaids Phat, which is my stand up Paddle Board SEP Co.
Speaker A:Which I focus on fear, mindset, body positivity and introducing them to the water sports of stand up paddleboarding.
Speaker A:And I teach it all through stand up paddleboarding.
Speaker A:Then I have my yoga magic which is my pre postnatal focused business with touch of some adrenal fatigue, some stress management and.
Speaker A:And all of those things came from different parts of my life.
Speaker A:That's how those businesses were birthed through something that I went through that it transformed me and I was thinking, oh my gosh, I wish I would have found this sooner and I need to share this with other people because it has changed my life significantly.
Speaker A:But how can I create content for all three of these businesses that are widely different?
Speaker A:By using what I'm telling you now.
Speaker A:I don't have to create content three different times, I just have to think about one and then I can literally just translate that into a different stories perspective for each of my audiences because I know who I'm talking about and I hope this is making sense.
Speaker A:You don't need to focus on three completely different topic ideas, especially when you're creating content that's supposed to just make you relatable and make you more human.
Speaker A:Let's say that you had a moment where you felt like tired or really stretched thin or you were really overwhelmed, something was happening in your family life, whatever, that's not nothing.
Speaker A:And those are the things that we don't actually post about, which is what people want to hear about, that they're not alone because they're at Home suffering the same way you are right now.
Speaker A:And you have this opportunity to make people feel seen and make sure that they understand that they are not alone.
Speaker A:And what did you do to help you move past it?
Speaker A:There's three different pieces of content right there, depending on the lens of where you speak from, who you're speaking to.
Speaker A:So here's how to look at one experience three different ways.
Speaker A:So if you're like, I don't really get this, here's three lenses that you could literally take one event, one experience, one thing that happened to you, good or bad, and put it through these three lenses.
Speaker A:And now you have three pieces of content from one thing that you experience.
Speaker A:The first lens is what did this teach me?
Speaker A:And that's all you think about.
Speaker A:And then you can create content from that perspective.
Speaker A:Lens two would be, what might someone earlier in their journey need to hear from this?
Speaker A:And that goes back to, if I could go back five years and tell myself one thing, what would I say?
Speaker A:Lens 3 would be what reminder would someone further along appreciate?
Speaker A:It's the same moment, but it has three different meanings.
Speaker A:Because there's three different people in three different places who are going to receive the same exact story but.
Speaker A:But three different ways.
Speaker A:And you can tell it from those three different people's perspective, from your future self, from your present self, and from your past self.
Speaker A:What?
Speaker A:Yes, I hope you had that aha, light bulb moment right there, my friend.
Speaker A:Same moment, three meanings, three possible posts.
Speaker A:And that's super how easy it can be.
Speaker A:So here's your quick win for today.
Speaker A:Think about one moment from this week.
Speaker A:It doesn't have to be like a lesson.
Speaker A:Nothing crazy heavy, not a strategy.
Speaker A:Like, I don't want you to go crazy deep into some physio framework or teaching moment.
Speaker A:Nothing.
Speaker A:We're trying to be real, trying to be human.
Speaker A:Just a moment and then answer.
Speaker A:What did it clarify for me?
Speaker A:Who would this help?
Speaker A:Feel less alone.
Speaker A:Okay.
Speaker A:And what's one sentence I'd say if I wasn't trying to sound impressive?
Speaker A:Like you would tell me or your best friend that sentence or those answers to those three questions, is the content beautiful?
Speaker A:So take a deep breath with me.
Speaker A:Inhale through your nose into that beautiful belly.
Speaker A:Let it expand.
Speaker A:Oh.
Speaker A:Exhale either through the mouth, open mouth if you need a full release, or through your nose, from your shoulders, ribs, and all the way down, giving yourself a nice belly hug.
Speaker A:Bring that belly button into your inner spine.
Speaker A:Take one more full breath here.
Speaker A:And this time I do want you to open mouth, exhale Beautiful.
Speaker A:I hope this took some pressure off.
Speaker A:If it did, fantastic.
Speaker A:I have done my job.
Speaker A:I'm so happy for you.
Speaker A:And that's the point.
Speaker A:That's the point of why I keep showing up, why I want to be here, why I keep creating the things that I do to help you come to these moments, save this episode.
Speaker A:Come back to it the next time content feels heavy, write those questions down, write those lenses down so that you have it for reference.
Speaker A:And note is how much easier it's going to start to feel to show up.
Speaker A:Because you don't have to force one meaning out of your entire life.
Speaker A:Every single thing that happens from the moment you wake up to the moment that you go to sleep is real and it has meaning for somebody.
Speaker A:So content doesn't come from doing more, my beautiful friend.
Speaker A:It comes from seeing differently.
Speaker A:And once you learn that skill, you are never going to run out of content again.
Speaker A:So, as always, continue to be you, continue to be beautiful.
Speaker A:Continue leading from your heart, and I will catch you in the next episode.
Speaker B:All right, beautiful.
Speaker B:That's a wrap on today's episode.
Speaker B:But before you go, let's talk about something really important.
Speaker B:You are not just another entrepreneur trying.
Speaker A:To figure things out alone.
Speaker B:You are a wave leader.
