I'm gonna get a little bit vulnerable today. This episode is about affirmations.

If you're gonna turn off, just turn off. Just do it.

-:

There was a time when I thought affirmations were not for me. I tried. I walked up to it. I had a look. I had a read. I had a listen, and no. No.

-:

Thanks. 2019, no. 2020, absolutely not. 2021, this thing is not for me.

-:

I kept on having a look around the idea of affirmations, but it just didn't quite fit.

-:

It's something that works for lots of my clients, but it didn't feel like it belonged to me.

-:

In 2022, I started to question what it was I didn't like about affirmations, and I think a big part of it was about trying

-:

to choose affirmations that actually really didn't fit very well with my soul in 2023. I've got a changed opinion.

-:

Affirmations are working for me beautifully at the moment.

-:

And that's the thing we have available to us so many different tools, so many different modalities that can help us through life.

-:

There's not a one size fits all, and it's supposed to be a pick and mix, a lucky dip.

-:

We're not supposed to try and do all of the things to support our mind, body, and soul. We're supposed to personalize our menu.

So in 2023, affirmations are for me.

-:

This is what I write down every single morning at the moment. Breathe.

-:

Focus on kindness, trust, courage, and belief. I am okay. I am here now. All is well. I am living my dream life. I give and receive kindness freely. I am trusting. I am courageous.

-:

I am creating my beliefs and my reality.

-:

I embrace the spirit of my business.

-:

I am a trusted coach, a speaker, and author.

-:

I share my stories, wisdom, and insights. I am financially secure.

-:

I know I am useful and valuable. I completely love and accept myself. I am optimistic and hopeful.

-:

I know the universe is kind and generous.

-:

I have brilliant ideas, and anything I choose is possible.

-:

I am creative and capable, energetic and resourceful. I can do hard things. I am learning.

-:

It is safe for me to be slow and still. I am wise. I am worthy. I am wealthy. I am calm. I am peaceful.

-:

I am intuitive, open to signs and guidance, and know there are no coincidences.

-:

Some of my affirmations are borrowed from others.

-:

Some are absolutely true at the very core of me. Some are aspirational. Some are all about right now.
