Welcome back to the Cat Dad show. My name is Scott Colby and today's episode is going to be the soulful pause minute where we're going to do a series of five affirmations. First of all, I'm extremely sorry for your loss and I know the pain that you're experiencing. The loss of a beloved pet can bearing immense pain and sorrow and confusion and a world of emotions.
During such difficult times, creating a sacred space, whether physical or mental, can be a powerful tool for reflection and healing. So today we offer affirmations to guide you in establishing this sacred space where you can find comfort and peace.
I'm going to say five affirmations. You can feel free to Say them silently after me or say them out loud. Let's begin. I create a sacred space that honors the love and memories I shared with my pet. A place where I can find peace and solace.
In this space, I allow myself to grieve, to feel, and to heal. Knowing that it's a safe haven for my emotions.
I fill my sacred space with love, comfort, and the cherished memories of my pet, allowing these to bring me strength.
Whether in my surroundings or within my mind, I cultivate a space of reflection where I can connect with my pet's spirit.
I give myself permission to return to this sacred space whenever I need to, knowing that it's a place of comfort and healing.
