In this episode of Excel & Reflect, we take a meaningful look at the power of compassion within the Church and how it directly impacts spiritual growth—both individually and collectively. Titled “When the Church Cares, the Church Grows,” this episode explores what it truly means to be a people who reflect the heart of Christ in the way we care for one another.

Drawing from passages such as Acts 6:1–7, Acts 2:44–47, and Acts 4:33–35, we examine the example set by the early Church—a community marked not only by sound teaching and unity, but by a deep and active concern for each other’s needs. Their willingness to serve, give, and support one another created an environment where growth was not only possible but inevitable.
