I know the power of this work, I love to hear the impact these conversations have. Okay, let's get into it.

It's just not fair. How often have you said that is or said it to other people or said it in reaction to some situation. For me, I was brought up with a strong sense of fairness. And that only got further ingrained by what I witnessed and what I experienced myself. Maybe it's a poor me, middle child sort of thing. Maybe it's a product of being one of five children. Or maybe it's just the way the world's been for the last nearly 50 years of my existence. And for me, this sense of fairness, and the lack of it in so many different areas continues to show up. It frustrates me, it annoys me. It saddens me at times. And I just don't want to see it anymore. Why is it that some people get treated in a way that it's just not okay. That's a whole deeper discussion. And you would have heard me talk many different times about how what presents to us in our life is a reflection of something that's going on within us. So the things not being fair, is generally something still going on for me where I'm feel like I'm not being treated fairly. Now, what I also know is that, when I'm getting that feeling, I'm getting that frustration, it's usually because I'm still suppressing some form of anger or frustration, I'm not dealing with it. And then it lashes out in different moments. And one, particularly for me is through sport, when things aren't fair. I'll react because just so frustrating. And again, because I've bottled up so much of that frustration and anger at different times. It just explodes when the heat supplied. Now, if this is resonating with you, I want to let you know that there is hope. And there is way that you can change this, there is a way that you can make peace with the things that aren't that aren't fair. Because that's life at times. Life's not always fair, plenty more times than we care to enjoy. But there is something we can do. And it starts with making peace within ourselves. It starts with you making peace within yourself. All of us have as individuals in you, personally, to be able to continue to release those things that are playing out within you for moments in your life. Oh, and there can be a sense of relief through that. To know that you can take back self control, you can be in control. And you don't have to be at the mercy of life of all of the circumstances outside of your control. But you can take back your self control and you can step into your power and you can do something about it.

Now in the coming days, weeks, I'm going to be releasing some content around that. So the Grief Code framework which will be out soon and you'll be able to access on my website will give you a snapshot of all the different elements playing out how it shows up in your physical body, the behavior that it might show what's what your body's telling you the behavior that might be showing up for you. And then what you can do about it. And one of the areas that I go deeper into in this framework is the suppressed anger and how it plays out. I'm going to be actually telling you in this framework how to release that. So I look forward to sharing that with you very soon. And just putting the final touches on it now with my team to get the creatives, right and get everything, make sure everything's working so that it's a seamless process for all of you. But while you wait for that, comes back to the same place that I've mentioned many times, and that's being able to sit in that space. Allow yourself to acknowledge what's going on. Be okay with it. Know that it's normal, that it's not your fault. It's a behavior. That's a pattern that's been formed from a young age and continue to play out and just continuing to remind yourself that to wasted energy, every time you sit in the pain, and go over it and again and again into your head and blame yourself. Because it's a loop that will never end. Instead acknowledging it. processing it the best you can. Now there's different tools you can use. To do that. I've mentioned someone here, allowing yourself to feel it, allow it to dissolve through your body allowing it to process reach out to someone who can help you to release a massive fan of Kinesiology. Try any one of the different modalities to help you release a release whatever those patterns are. And then start building strategies to move you forward to create a new habit to create a new way of processing. Finding that fairness within yourself. And that way, with a sense of calm, you can actually start moving towards addressing some of those areas of life that you see that aren't fair. But it always starts with self. Because when we change yourself, everything ripples out and changes in front of us. As if by magic.
