This is an interview with Pualei, the owner of EdynKei in Pleasant Grove. Pualei is an incredible entrepreneur who runs a clothing boutique, facilitates personal styling appointments, hosts local pop-up shops with "Inspiher", facilitates a local women's networking group called "Elevate", and is an overall supporter of female owned businesses. This woman is busy, and on a mission to make this world a better place and it was honor that she took time with us.

Pualei shares a little bit about the heartbreak and challenges that she faced as she started her own business here in Pleasant Grove, as well as her purpose and where she is headed in this chapter of her life. The day before the grand opening of her boutique, it became apparent to her that her marriage was over. As she watched a part of her life fall into shambles, she was also building her future and creating the foundation for the life that she desired. She shares how she navigated the difficulties of that first year, and how she discovered "thought work".

Her sister in law shared an episode of the podcast "Better than Happy" and Pualei began learning about the neuroplasticity of the brain, and the CTFAR model on how approach challenges in life. Circumstance, Thought, Feeling, Action, and Result helped her to improve her mental health and her relationships, most importantly... the relationship with herself.
