-:

Hello, darling heart, and welcome to the drink less, live better podcast.

-:

-:

I'm here to tell you that you can relax, connect and have fun without alcohol in your life.

-:

Join me here each week to find out how.

-:

Having had my book launch this week in Covent Garden, London at the most fabulous Club Soda tasting rooms, which is a glorious

-:

low and no alcohol bar and sales room.

-:

It reminded me that I don't very often talk enough about the range of amazing alcohol free drinks that are out there.

-:

If you're lucky enough to have an alcohol free bar or shop near you please use it often, and if you haven't but you can find

-:

a place that you love that delivers alcohol free or low alcohol drinks online then use them.

-:

Here is a list of my favourite summer alcohol free drinks.

-:

At this time of year, if I'm visiting bars or pubs, my favourite alcohol free drinks are ginger beer or lime and soda water

-:

in a really tall glass with loads of ice.

-:

If I'm feeling a little bit fancier, I might enjoy one of the new really nice flavoured tonic waters, and I may or may not

-:

enjoy it with an alcohol free gin if the pub or the bar sells that.

-:

If it's a tonic water I always ask for it to be served in one of those nice gin glasses, the same as everybody else in the

-:

bar would be using, and I certainly want ice and a slice with it.

-:

If I'm at home at this time of year and looking for something a little bit more interesting than water I might drink an iced tea.

-:

I don't mind buying iced tea, but I also really enjoy making it myself.

-:

I choose my flavoured tea bags and chill it it in the fridge overnight so it's ready for the next morning.

-:

I really enjoyed fruit waters at this time of year.

-:

Berries, cherries, citrus fruits, and, of course, some delicious herbs are lovely steeped in water.

-:

Kombuchas have really come on in the last few years.

-:

I am enjoying all of the different ones that are coming onto the market.

-:

The new flavors, the new types, there's so much range out there, and it's such an interesting drink to try.

-:

I recognize that it's not everybody's cup of tea, but if you like it it is a great drink to enjoy.

-:

I enjoy buying fancy squashes in interesting flavors and serving those with either still or sparkling water.

-:

I think the range of alcohol free sparkling wines is getting better and better, and if it's a celebratory occasion I'm really

-:

happy to chill one of those in the fridge and enjoy in a champagne glass.

-:

I'm more and more enjoying the alcohol free beers and lagers that are available. The range is becoming better.

-:

Your local supermarket is bound to stock something that you enjoy, and of course there will always be mocktails.

-:

There's a time and a place for a mocktail on a night out or at a barbecue in somebody's garden.

-:

I really really enjoy the Jomo subscription box, j o m o, joy of missing out. It's a fabulous UK based company.

-:

They, supply a range of delicious alcohol free drinks in a beautiful box with a fabulous magazine each month, and it's a total

-:

joy and surprise to unwrap every month.

-:

There's a link in the show notes to Jomoclub if you fancy having a look at it. I really recommend. Thank you for listening in today.

-:

Please check out the show notes on this or any other episode.

-:

You'll see the link to a hidden podcast episode to help you with your 5 PM cravings and you'll be able to read all about my one to one coaching program.

-:
