I am joined today by psychotherapist, family therapist, Author, blogger and podcaster Dr. Robert Glover.

Do you remember that kid at school who all the girls loved but was always firmly in the friend zone? Many guys just like this have grown up into men who despite doing everything right in their relationships to please their spouses, get very little in return.

Dr Glover's pioneering book No More Mr Nice Guy continues to increase in sales year on year despite being nearly two decades old which speaks volumes about this phenomenon. I find out from him the inspiration behind it, why so many Men and Dads are still caught in the nice guy trap and why overcoming it with the help of a band of brothers is imperative.
