Steve expressed that he had recently marked the six-month anniversary of losing his 19-year-old son in a motorcycle accident, the pain of losing a child is unimaginable, but Steve presses on the importance of cherishing the memories they created together. In honor of his son, Steve has started a foundation to help kids afford trade school.

Steve's perspective on work-life balance challenges the common misconception that one must work hard before enjoying the fruits of their labor. Instead, Steve advocates for prioritizing family and creating memories in the present. Steve believes that becoming the person you want to be and living a fulfilling life should not be postponed.
