I know the power of this word, I love to hear the impact these conversations have. Okay, let's get into it.

What is spirituality. To me, this is an area of life that has been so overcomplicated. It's been institutionalized, it's been turned into a business. You've got religion for example. It's it's the business of spirituality. And not to say that there's there isn't parts of religious organizations and religion that's not beneficial. It's just knowing what it is, what it is, and where you stand. For me, I really love the description that Brene Brown used for what spirituality is, it's your relationship with yourself and your community. And that can be from a very logical perspective. How you talk to yourself, that relationship with the unconscious mind, with your ego, with the logic mind, conscious thought. It can also be that relationship with the different people in your world, how you connect, how you interact, how you interact, your influence or not in the community, how you are influenced by the community. And the impact that has from very much a heart and soul perspective.

So through that lens, it can be both good and bad. No matter which way you look at it, though, it's it's a place of infinite possibilities. Externally, well, there's no enter the way that you can improve your thoughts, your relationship again with the ego and the unconscious mind and your ability to improve your skills and what you know, what you're able to employ, implement the impact you're able to have. But internally as well. Deeper, and you allow yourself to sit in silence and connect inward, connect to that higher self, that higher part of you. I love this description that the interview with de rose hope some months back. And she talked about our godlike mind. So whether you believe in a God or universe or infinite source of energy, or however you want to look at it. We have this godlike mind the higher self the part that we can access if we give ourself the quiet and the stillness, to act that to access that wisdom that flows from wherever you choose to believe that it flows. What's undeniable is the more time you can give yourself in that space is the more you can access it and the more wisdom you will receive the study of what is within our DNA, what is already coded what comes through. And then the study of epigenetics and what behaviors and generational behaviors are filtering through. And then of course, the spiritual aspect of those of, of generational trauma that passes through in our energy that going even deeper with the concept of past life. vibes. All that I've had experiences with that have been profound to say the least. One of them for sure is though that internal space that same as the external, the possibilities, exponential, they are infinite. And I like to look at spirituality is a place of free from judgment, free from control, free from prejudice as you grow in your own way. Now, who wouldn't want to have access to that? So if you haven't started meditating, I highly recommend Sally. We'll be putting together some training soon, as I've mentioned in previous episodes, but also, I highly recommend the Buddha phi app, I think it might be five $10 or something. It's got a wagon wheel of choices of activities. I've pointed plenty my clients in the direction of that one, it's a really good place to start just some really simple mindfulness exercises and meditations. Because when you take time out to find that stillness, connect within, you not only get guidance around your own inner world, and thoughts and beliefs and feelings and the conversations you have with yourself, but you will also get solutions, ideas, concepts that are going to have a huge positive impact on your external world. And as you've heard me talk about many times the possibilities around connecting to the energy of people living and past. Again, whether you believe in you're accessing the people on the other side, or whether you're just accessing the higher level of consciousness of yourself to connect with the part of them that you already knew from when they were here and the physical. Your belief is not so important, what is important is to know that you can access that energy. And it is possible that it is a wonderful way to create deeper connections with yourself with people from your world, past, present and future, to help you make peace with what has been, and to help you unlock more of those exciting things for the future. So if someone asks you and you think you're not spiritual, we're all spiritual. And I like the the concept that we're not a physical being having a spiritual experience. We are spiritual beings having a physical experience. Goosebumps as I say that we came here to have an experience. And you get to choose what that's like. So you can buy in to pretty much whatever you like. If you access that higher part of you, you will get the wisdom flow through you on what is the best belief for you in the now for you in the future, and for you and your connection to the past.
