Shownotes

We all know consistency is important, but what does that look like in practice? Because it may not be quite what you expect.

So today the fabulous Sarah Dosanjh had kindly agreed to join me for a conversation about the reality of consistency.

  • What is the gold standard?
  • What is the worst-case scenario?
  • What part does perfectionism play?
  • What is the reality of consistency?
  • What’s right for YOU?

We also share lots of tips for you to help work out what's best for you.
