51

:

Well, like I said, we do have

some additional folks joining

52

:

53

:

We welcome that.

54

:

But I also wanna make the most of

your time because we're here to

55

:

talk about the four mistakes that

are costing you premium fee clients

56

:

in a saturated skeptical market.

57

:

Are y'all ready to dive in?

58

:

Will you give me a yes or something in

the chat if you're ready to get going?

59

:

This is a topic that I am awesome.

60

:

Woohoo.

61

:

Yes.

62

:

Yes.

63

:

All caps.

64

:

Love it.

65

:

Okay, let's dive in.

66

:

2020.

67

:

Five's been wild, okay.

68

:

And I thought long and hard about

what to do for this workshop.

69

:

We do two live workshops a year

like this, and I, I did, I spent

70

:

a lot of time thinking about it.

71

:

Um, my team and I sort

of wrestled with it.

72

:

And when we look at what's happening

in:

73

:

is the absolute best of what I know.

74

:

This is based on what I

am seeing actually work.

75

:

And so I hope that you walk away

with learnings and nuggets and

76

:

takeaways and next steps that

actually do something for you today.

77

:

Okay?

78

:

That's my hope.

79

:

Now we do have some new

folks here, so hello.

80

:

If you've never met me,

I'm here in my pink shirt.

81

:

I'm there with my two sweet

kiddos and my husband.

82

:

I am Anna Walker.

83

:

I'm a Colorado native.

84

:

So those of you from Colorado, hello,

based now in Nashville, Tennessee.

85

:

I'm that mom of two.

86

:

I love to read, I love

to listen to audio books.

87

:

I love to bake, although not very

well, and I also love to go to the gym.

88

:

Those are all good

things, but do you guys.

89

:

Actually care about all of that.

90

:

You're here because I am a marketing

coach who believes that the work that

91

:

you do matters, and I'm obsessed.

92

:

And I mean, like I lay awake thinking

about it at 2:00 AM obsessed with helping

93

:

you see results so you can do more of it.

94

:

At the end of the day,

that's why I do what I do.

95

:

Uh, by now I've helped over 3000

clinicians in our paid programs and

96

:

services, not to mention thousands

more through our free resources,

97

:

gain confidence in their marketing

and bring in full fee right-fit

98

:

clients into their practices.

99

:

I'm committed to empowering you to

market yourself in a way that gets

100

:

results, but also feels true to you.

101

:

That's the balance that we

try and strike around here.

102

:

Before we start, please

give yourself this hour.

103

:

You're here right now.

104

:

What I offer you today, like I said,

is the best of the best in:

105

:

And it can change the game

to your, for your practice.

106

:

So I do encourage you close your other

tabs, put your phone on, do not disturb,

107

:

stay present here, engage with us, okay?

108

:

And please engage.

109

:

Hello, you're here with me live.

110

:

You are here with hundreds of

other therapists live right now.

111

:

How cool is that?

112

:

And so I encourage you to ask

questions, share light bulb

113

:

moments in the chat with us.

114

:

You're probably not the only

one thinking about things.

115

:

What are you noticing

in your own practice?

116

:

I love hearing from you boots on the

ground, what's actually happening.

117

:

And don't forget to sting until the end.

118

:

If you don't know this, we are giving

away a free Squarespace website

119

:

template, EVIP, copy review, and

a 50% discount on confident copy.

120

:

You've gotta be here live at the end.

121

:

This is not just gonna

be one big long slog.

122

:

Okay?

123

:

My goal is that you are actually

walking away with things that you

124

:

can apply in your practice today.

125

:

And I do have a faceted action bonus

we've never offered in this way before

126

:

that you're not gonna wanna miss.

127

:

And that's only for folks

that are here today.

128

:

So, as we get into this, let's

get a little bit of the lay land.

129

:

Do you have a website?

130

:

Yes.

131

:

Yet give me a why, if that's a yes.

132

:

An n if that's a no.

133

:

Lots of why's.

134

:

Wow.

135

:

Almost a couple ends.

136

:

Almost exclusively.

137

:

Why's some ends?

138

:

Okay.

139

:

Good to know.

140

:

I'm glad to see what we're dealing with.

141

:

Okay.

142

:

What is your biggest challenge with it?

143

:

If you've got one or if you need to

create one, but it's, something's been

144

:

keeping you stuck, will you share?

145

:

What's your biggest

challenge with the site?

146

:

S-E-O-S-E-O.

147

:

Old.

148

:

Hmm.

149

:

Finishing all your content.

150

:

Time consuming tech.

151

:

Outdated content.

152

:

Niche writing my copy, no one sees it.

153

:

Perfectionism.

154

:

Anyone else?

155

:

Same.

156

:

Refining and expressing

your niche feels redundant.

157

:

You don't know what you're doing.

158

:

That's okay.

159

:

It's new.

160

:

So still building.

161

:

Yeah, it doesn't represent

your vibe and your voice.

162

:

Indecisiveness.

163

:

Okay.

164

:

Lots of themes that I'm seeing here.

165

:

Okay.

166

:

Themes of perfectionism, of

feeling stuck, certainly of SEO.

167

:

Um, feeling like you're constantly

tweaking, not knowing what to say.

168

:

What's your niche?

169

:

Those are all things that I

wanna talk about here today.

170

:

Now, tell me if this sounds like you, one,

you want to attract full fee clients, but

171

:

your site doesn't feel like it's helping.

172

:

You've got a site, but it's not helping.

173

:

Okay.

174

:

Two, you've tried templates

or ai, and I love ai.

175

:

There's no shaming here, but it

doesn't sound like you been there

176

:

or you're in a saturated area.

177

:

It feels like you look around, there's

a therapist on every corner, but

178

:

you feel like you're blending in.

179

:

Will you tell me one, two, or

three, which one feels like you?

180

:

One's.

181

:

Lots of threes.

182

:

Okay.

183

:

Lots of saturated areas.

184

:

All of them in all caps.

185

:

Yeah.

186

:

Two.

187

:

Okay.

188

:

Okay.

189

:

I love that.

190

:

Again, getting a good

sort of pulse on things.

191

:

Alright, so you're in good

company, safe to say, right?

192

:

Look around at your fellow attendees.

193

:

Safe to say you're not the only one.

194

:

Feeling that way.

195

:

Now, when it comes to attracting premium

fee clients, again, in this market, when

196

:

I've looked around and I've seen what's

happening in:

197

:

power to make or break your success.

198

:

It has the power to do that.

199

:

But why?

200

:

Everyone tells you you need a website,

but why do you actually need one K?

201

:

Here's why.

202

:

The doctors that you think you need to

be knocking on the doors of and leaving,

203

:

you know, lunch baskets, at fruit

baskets, whatever the other therapist

204

:

you're talking to, the social media

posts that you're making, the directories

205

:

you're part of Psych today, inclusive

therapist, therapist for black girls.

206

:

The conversation you're having with

a friend about the work that you do.

207

:

The interviews you're doing, the Google

searches and the SEO that you're trying

208

:

to optimize, every single one leads

back to your website in this market.

209

:

Whether it's a conversation with

a friend where they go Google you,

210

:

um, or Google itself, social media,

it all leads back to your website.

211

:

And if your website isn't doing its

job, then none of the other marketing

212

:

efforts you're putting in can either.

213

:

If you've been in my world for a while,

you've heard me describe that as pouring

214

:

water into a leaky bucket, and how

frustrating to have worked so hard on

215

:

these other things, and then to send all

of that traffic to send that water into

216

:

something that doesn't actually hold.

217

:

Right?

218

:

So here's what you're gonna learn today.

219

:

The number one shift that's gonna

turn your nice website into one that

220

:

books clients at 200 plus an hour.

221

:

How to be seen as the go-to expert in your

niche without sounding arrogant or salesy.

222

:

The secret to keeping variety in

your caseload and still standing out.

223

:

This is a big one and a huge

one that I'm seeing folks really

224

:

needing support with right now.

225

:

And then why outsourcing your copy to

aai could be, isn't necessarily for sure,

226

:

but could be costing you real clients

and what to do instead if you've already

227

:

tried chat WT or your other favorite tool.

228

:

Okay.

229

:

In this workshop I wanna show you how

to turn your practice website, this

230

:

thing that all your marketing leads

back to into a client conversion engine.

231

:

Something that works for you and

that does the heavy lifting for you.

232

:

Okay?

233

:

I mean, what would it mean if you

started hearing the ping of a new

234

:

consultation being scheduled while

you're making dinner or on vacation

235

:

or in the school pickup line?

236

:

My little girl just started pre-K, so

I'm getting familiar with school pickup.

237

:

Brand new to it.

238

:

But how cool is it to hear a, the

ping of a new consultation while

239

:

you're busy doing something else?

240

:

Right.

241

:

What about reducing the number of

weekly sessions while maybe even

242

:

increasing your monthly revenue?

243

:

Attracting those premium fee

clients, those clients who

244

:

want to do this work for you.

245

:

Checking emails between sessions, when

you've got that 10 minutes, that 15

246

:

minutes, and seeing ones that say, I know

you're the therapist I wanna work with.

247

:

I'm ready to do the work.

248

:

When can we schedule okay that

this would feel incredible?

249

:

Right?

250

:

So inspiring.

251

:

I want you to know that I have

helped hundreds of clinicians

252

:

experience this, and every time I

hear from them my stomach flips.

253

:

I have never, that hasn't gotten old.

254

:

To me hearing from people that they're

getting these kinds of experiences

255

:

in their practice, and interestingly,

every single time it started with their

256

:

website, that's why you're here, right?

257

:

That's why we're doing

this workshop like Brenda.

258

:

Brenda is a former confident copy

alumni of ours, and when I first

259

:

met her, she told me verbatim, I

have the recording of that call.

260

:

I hate marketing.

261

:

She was very averse to it.

262

:

She identified as an introvert.

263

:

She really struggled with the idea of

putting herself out there, but she also

264

:

knew she had to make it a priority.

265

:

If you knew Brenda, she is tenacious.

266

:

She had committed to being

successful in her practice and

267

:

she realized, you know what?

268

:

I need to get a little bit uncomfortable

if it means I can create what

269

:

it is that I'm out here to do.

270

:

Right?

271

:

So she tried it out.

272

:

She got a few clients here and there,

but they weren't always the right fit.

273

:

She had really big goals.

274

:

She was fully private pay.

275

:

She wanted those ideal fit clients.

276

:

She, she does trauma work

and eating disorder work with

277

:

women, and she also wanted to

eventually bring on an associate.

278

:

She knew she had a double down

on this and she was committed.

279

:

She had that tenacity.

280

:

Now I'm already seeing some people

say, I feel like Brenda, right?

281

:

Maybe you feel averse to

the idea of marketing.

282

:

Maybe you are frustrated or

burnt out because you feel like

283

:

you're trying all the things.

284

:

Only to see a few results.

285

:

And maybe you're, if you're sitting here

wondering, I see someone saying it right

286

:

here, you wonder if it's even possible.

287

:

Okay.

288

:

All those things are okay to feel,

they're absolutely okay to feel,

289

:

but the things that we're talking

about here, they are possible.

290

:

And I would not sit here if I

didn't actually believe that I am

291

:

not blowing smoke up your skirt.

292

:

Okay.

293

:

Now, Brenda decided to

prioritize her website.

294

:

So she'd been trying some things.

295

:

She was seeing, uh, some results,

not, not exactly what she wanted

296

:

within weeks of updating her website.

297

:

Here's what happened.

298

:

These are real life screenshots

from messages from Brenda.

299

:

I've received an intake every day

from the website since it went live.

300

:

Haven't even gone through

the post-launch checklist.

301

:

She had just wanted to

share some good news.

302

:

Two new clients.

303

:

One said she saw my website and felt

like it was speaking directly to her.

304

:

Thanks to Confident Copy three new clients

this week from my website and Psych today.

305

:

Okay, this is possible if, if you walk

away with nothing else in this workshop.

306

:

I hope it's that.

307

:

This can happen for you.

308

:

Okay?

309

:

Now, as we get into the teaching here,

I want you to be really aware of a

310

:

concept called the client journey.

311

:

If you've been in my world for a while,

you might be familiar with this, but there

312

:

are three stages to the client journey.

313

:

The first, your client

realizes they need support.

314

:

They don't know who you are yet, they

just know they wanna go to therapy.

315

:

They're ready to seek it out.

316

:

Okay?

317

:

The next stage is that they research

therapists, and these days they're doing

318

:

even more of that than they used to.

319

:

Then they choose you.

320

:

Okay?

321

:

Now, most therapists just focus

on those first two phases.

322

:

The spot between them realizing

they need support and researching

323

:

therapists, and that's good.

324

:

You need to pay attention to that part.

325

:

But that latter part, the stage between

them researching and them choosing

326

:

you, this is how you stand out.

327

:

And this is where a website in this

market, as I've looked around at

328

:

what's working and what's not right

now, this is where your website is

329

:

truly doing the heavy lifting for you.

330

:

Now, you probably know this already, but

your clients are different these days.

331

:

They're different.

332

:

They're different than they were three

years ago, certainly five years ago.

333

:

We all are right.

334

:

They are more discerning, and I could

do an entire presentation just on that.

335

:

But they are more discerning

than they've ever been.

336

:

They are more skeptical.

337

:

We all are for various reasons, and

they're more inundated with choices.

338

:

So they're doing more

of that shopping around.

339

:

They're looking at 5, 7, 10 plus other

therapist websites, making decisions,

340

:

weighing their skepticism, deciding which

choice makes sense over another one.

341

:

Okay?

342

:

And at the end of the day, that's why

I'm actually doing this workshop today.

343

:

Okay?

344

:

I'm doing this workshop because too many

skilled, wonderful, deeply passionate

345

:

therapists are getting passed over.

346

:

When you learn a different way of doing

things, your practice can transform.

347

:

Right?

348

:

If I had to sum up what I've heard

from you guys that you want in your

349

:

practice, it's a full feel good caseload.

350

:

Not just a full caseload, but

one that actually feels good

351

:

with right fit clients, right?

352

:

And in order to help people get

there, we help you build what's

353

:

called the client conversion engine.

354

:

Okay?

355

:

The client conversion engine

starts with the confident identity.

356

:

You've gotta know who you are and

confidently put yourself out there.

357

:

Then it's the confident presence.

358

:

It's putting yourself out there in

a way that other people connect to

359

:

and, and actually take action with.

360

:

And then finally it's

that confident connection.

361

:

It's getting out there and letting people

know that you exist and driving them back

362

:

to this engine so that the engine can

turn and the clients can come from it.

363

:

Okay?

364

:

That's how we get to that

full feel good caseload.

365

:

Now, this is also exactly what we do

in Confident Copy every single day.

366

:

Doors to Confident Copy are gonna be

opening today at the end of the workshop.

367

:

If you didn't know that, you know now.

368

:

Okay?

369

:

And those that join us, they're

going to get a proven framework

370

:

for creating this engine.

371

:

All three pieces, okay?

372

:

Standing out in this skeptical

market, identifying that niche

373

:

that sets you apart, turning your

website into that client converting

374

:

machine for your practice.

375

:

Okay?

376

:

And as I mentioned, everyone that's

joining this workshop is also gonna

377

:

qualify for that bonus just by being here.

378

:

Now.

379

:

We're gonna talk more about

that as we get into it.

380

:

If you wanna know more,

drop a cc into the chat.

381

:

Um, a confident copy coach Monica

is actually here on the call.

382

:

So if that's something you're

wondering about, Monica, would

383

:

you mind just dropping the link?

384

:

You guys are welcome to check that out.

385

:

But as part of today's workshop,

we're gonna be talking about the

386

:

confident presence in particular.

387

:

Like I mentioned, confident

Copy goes through all of this,

388

:

but confident presence is what

we're really dialing in on today.

389

:

Okay, so let's get into it.

390

:

Let's walk through the four biggest

mistakes that are holding therapists

391

:

back right now and what to do instead.

392

:

Okay, here's mistake number one.

393

:

Those of you who were, who were

kind of struggling with the idea

394

:

of niche, um, I think your ears

might, might perk up on this one.

395

:

So you're trying not to box yourself.

396

:

Box yourself in, that's a mistake, but

you end up sounding vague and forgettable.

397

:

Anyone resonate with this?

398

:

You help a range of people.

399

:

You like couples, you like men,

women, maybe you like teens and,

400

:

uh, you know, older, older adults.

401

:

Maybe you like working with trauma, but

you also like eating disorders, right?

402

:

You help a range of people, but

you're unsure how to say that without

403

:

just sounding scattered, right?

404

:

You're afraid you're gonna

lose out on clients, anyone.

405

:

Fomo, fear missing out

if you get too specific.

406

:

So there's that constant push and pull

of, I know I need a niche, but what if I

407

:

get too specific and then I lose people

and I don't want to exclude someone I

408

:

can't help, and whatever that might be.

409

:

But you also don't want to let go of

the populations that you do enjoy.

410

:

So what do you do?

411

:

You keep your language broad

because you need to stay open.

412

:

That feels like the safer option.

413

:

Okay.

414

:

The thing is, instead of sounding

flexible and varying, you sound generic.

415

:

And in this market that's

so, so detrimental.

416

:

So some examples of what this looks like.

417

:

It looks like a lot of you, I see

so many yeses in the chat, feel

418

:

this way and can resonate with it.

419

:

Some examples of what I see clinicians

doing here when they are making these

420

:

mistakes, they say things like, I

help teens, adults, and couples with

421

:

anxiety, depression, trauma, and more.

422

:

Okay?

423

:

Okay.

424

:

A laundry list of so-called specialties,

I land on like a services or specialties

425

:

page, and then it's literally 15 bullets.

426

:

It's hard to be a specialist

in 15 things, right?

427

:

Generic headers like start feeling

better today or you don't have to do

428

:

this alone website copy that could

belong to truly any other therapist

429

:

Marissa said, so you read my website.

430

:

That's hilarious.

431

:

These are the types of things

that I, that I see happen.

432

:

I mean, it sounds like lots

of you struggle with this.

433

:

What are the different types of

clients you enjoy working with?

434

:

Will you just pop in the chat?

435

:

Like what's the struggle you feel as

far as that variety that you're wanting?

436

:

Anyone?

437

:

What are the different

types of clients you like?

438

:

Highly gifted and successful women with

anger management, highly sensitive women.

439

:

L-G-B-T-Q, medical

providers and young women.

440

:

Okay, that can feel

distinct from one another.

441

:

Queer cancer Patient eating disorder.

442

:

That's a fun puzzle.

443

:

I like that.

444

:

Active duty military.

445

:

Women with mommy issues.

446

:

People who wanna go deep.

447

:

Ooh.

448

:

Spanish speaking couples.

449

:

That's fun.

450

:

Okay.

451

:

Teens, young adults.

452

:

Solo parents hereditary cancer risk.

453

:

Okay?

454

:

So much variety here, right?

455

:

You guys do good work, and I want

you to know that you can do this

456

:

work and not make this mistake, and

that's what I wanna show you here.

457

:

Okay?

458

:

So the result when you make this

mistake is you end up blending in

459

:

with every other generalist out there.

460

:

And in this market where your

clients are more discerning and

461

:

more skeptical and more inundated,

we can't afford to do that, okay?

462

:

We cannot afford to blend in.

463

:

So what happens when, when this mistake

is, is at play website visitor visitors

464

:

leave your website confused or unsure

if they're a good fit for you, even if

465

:

they are, which is the worst, right?

466

:

Potential clients don't view you

as an expert in their problems.

467

:

They're like, yeah, maybe, I don't know.

468

:

And clients these days are

looking for expertise in ways

469

:

they never have in years past.

470

:

You don't communicate anything that

sets you apart from the other 10

471

:

therapists that they're considering.

472

:

So you're forgettable.

473

:

If you don't stand out and when

they decide who to engage with

474

:

and who to reach out to for the

consultation, you don't come to mind.

475

:

The clients you do get

aren't actually a good fit.

476

:

So it's not that this doesn't work

at all, but that is, you know, a,

477

:

a common challenge here is that

you might get people reaching out,

478

:

but they don't necessarily fit who

it is that you are working with.

479

:

And then finally, people are more

likely to price shop or ghost

480

:

you because you don't stand out.

481

:

They aren't the level of motivation

they have to keep that, um, keep, that,

482

:

that appointment or, or a follow up

with that email is lower because of them

483

:

being confused, unsure if they're the

right fit, not viewing you as an expert.

484

:

Okay?

485

:

That's what happens.

486

:

Now, here's what needs to happen.

487

:

You need a niche that gives you

the space to breathe that allows

488

:

you to enjoy this variety, okay?

489

:

I'm never gonna tell you when I

coach you on your niche, that you

490

:

have to eliminate a population

you enjoy and helps you stand.

491

:

Would you believe me if I told you there's

a way you could do both of those things?

492

:

Okay.

493

:

So that means language that highlights

your unique focus language that clients

494

:

can see and immediately relate to.

495

:

They see it and they're

like, oh, that's, that's me.

496

:

That's something about what

it is that I'm looking for.

497

:

A way to speak to multiple client

types without sounding scattered

498

:

and clear positioning that sets

you apart from every other anxiety

499

:

and trauma therapist out there.

500

:

Okay.

501

:

Because there are a

lot of them these days.

502

:

So that there it, it is possible to

have a niche that gives you that space

503

:

to breathe and helps you stand out.

504

:

Okay.

505

:

Our signature niching program, or I'm

sorry, system in Confident copy, helps

506

:

to identify what we call a red thread.

507

:

If you've been in my world for a while,

anyone know what a red thread is?

508

:

Drop a yes in the chat.

509

:

If you do.

510

:

This allows you to enjoy variety

and articulate your unique focus.

511

:

Look at all those yeses.

512

:

I love that clearly and confidently.

513

:

Okay?

514

:

It's a way that we tie together the

things that you love most, and then put

515

:

it, bring it forth in your marketing

in a way that feels focused without

516

:

being limiting, but in confident copy.

517

:

This is never cookie cutter advice, okay?

518

:

You get personalized coaching.

519

:

I love niche coaching.

520

:

I'll do it every day of the week,

all day long on your specific

521

:

areas of interest and what's gonna

set you apart in your market.

522

:

We're gonna help you

figure out what that is.

523

:

Okay?

524

:

Quinn said following.

525

:

After completing this process, Quinn

said, I'm able to be much more concise

526

:

when networking, and I see it pay off

when people are able to clearly remember

527

:

my niche and refer clients to me.

528

:

That's one of the cool side effects here.

529

:

Your niche needs to come

through in your website.

530

:

That's why we're here right now.

531

:

But when your niche is clear, all of a

sudden you start becoming memorable in

532

:

all the other marketing that you're doing.

533

:

In those networking conversations,

people know who to refer to you.

534

:

Quinn also said he feels a much

better work life balance, attracting

535

:

clients that are an ideal fit and

reignited what makes them passionate

536

:

about this work in the first place.

537

:

It feels refreshing and rejuvenating

after coming from a place of burnout.

538

:

Kyrie said, I feel so much more confident

when I work, when I speak about my

539

:

work in non-formal marketing settings,

whether it's a masseuse I use or a

540

:

fellow therapist I'm friends with.

541

:

I have the language now and

people ask me for cards.

542

:

How cool would that be?

543

:

Right?

544

:

Jenny said, my whole team

redid their niches and everyone

545

:

saw an uptick in referrals.

546

:

So that's what's possible when we

eliminate this mistake of being vague

547

:

and forgettable and instead we find

that niche that does both of these

548

:

things, gives you room to breathe

and also also exerts your expertise.

549

:

Okay?

550

:

Alright, you guys still with me?

551

:

Ready for mistake number two?

552

:

Lemme take a water break.

553

:

Alright, awesome.

554

:

Mistake number two, and I see this way too

much these days more than I actually would

555

:

expect to mistake number two is that you

treat your site like a business card, not

556

:

a conversion, a client conversion engine.

557

:

Okay?

558

:

So you checked the box of create a website

because when you launched your practice

559

:

you were told you needed a website, right?

560

:

Check the box, but now you have no idea

if it's actually doing anything for you.

561

:

It's out there.

562

:

I don't even know if you've looked

at it in the last six months.

563

:

And when you do look at the numbers,

if you have access to the, to the

564

:

data, people are visiting, but

they're not actually reaching out.

565

:

That can be maddening, right?

566

:

To see people visiting, but they're

not getting the inquiries, not

567

:

getting the contact form submissions,

wondering what the disconnect is.

568

:

Okay, now what does this look like?

569

:

What's it look like if you're making

this mistake, possibly focusing

570

:

more on how the website looks.

571

:

Colors, logo, headshots.

572

:

That's like when you think about a

website, it's how does the website look?

573

:

Now, I'm a website designer.

574

:

We design websites.

575

:

I, I don't know if you

knew that, but we do.

576

:

We love design.

577

:

Design is secondary to what it is

that we're saying on the website.

578

:

Every single day.

579

:

Okay, so sometimes I see clinicians

who are way more focused on what

580

:

their logo looks like than what

their website is actually saying.

581

:

Natalia said, I spend way

too much time on colors.

582

:

I feel you there.

583

:

I do the same thing.

584

:

One to three page websites, websites that

just aren't big enough to convert people.

585

:

If I land on your simple

practice extension website,

586

:

I'm glad you've got something.

587

:

Absolutely.

588

:

It's better than nothing.

589

:

But is it going to generate

those premium fee conversions?

590

:

Most likely.

591

:

Not simply because the website isn't large

enough, isn't comprehensive enough to do

592

:

that actual heavy lifting for you, okay?

593

:

No clear process or call to action that

invites clients to take the next step.

594

:

We've gotta tell people what to do.

595

:

Remember when I said they're inundated

with choices they don't necessarily

596

:

know up from down and what to do next?

597

:

We've gotta be clear about that, okay?

598

:

Then low or zero contact form

submissions despite traffic to the site.

599

:

Okay?

600

:

So as much as you want to be getting

those contact form submissions,

601

:

you're not getting traffic.

602

:

Okay?

603

:

What happens here, you're leaving

conversions on the table every

604

:

single week, and that's a hard

like truth to think about.

605

:

Right?

606

:

That means that we have missed

opportunities from ideal fit clients who

607

:

would have reached out if the website

was set up to do more of that conversion.

608

:

Low, ROI on networking directories,

local marketing, all those other

609

:

things we were talking about.

610

:

They're visiting.

611

:

You are putting in the effort,

but they're not contacting.

612

:

Okay.

613

:

Or a site that feels nice, looks

nice, good colors, great logo, but

614

:

doesn't actually book sessions.

615

:

Right.

616

:

Is that something you

guys see in your practice?

617

:

Are there any of these that you feel

like, I saw someone say I spent a lot of

618

:

time on colors that can feel really hard.

619

:

Absolutely.

620

:

Yeah, for sure.

621

:

If you have simple, someone said, yeah.

622

:

People are kind of talking in the chat

about whether or not to do direct,

623

:

um, consults versus contact forms.

624

:

Both can work for sure.

625

:

Yeah, spend a lot of time in your design.

626

:

I get it.

627

:

For sure.

628

:

So how do we fix this mistake?

629

:

To fix this mistake?

630

:

We need a website to act like that

conversion engine we were talking about.

631

:

One that is guiding clients toward

action rather than just having a

632

:

billboard, having a business card.

633

:

This is exactly who I am and what I do.

634

:

We're actually taking people on a journey.

635

:

Okay?

636

:

So that means that we have a site

structure that is built to convert,

637

:

not just exist, not just a business

card, static, but actually active

638

:

built to convert something that

is leading visitors from skimming.

639

:

They're never gonna read

every word to interest.

640

:

I'm intrigued to inquiry.

641

:

Pressing contact.

642

:

Pressing submit on your contact form.

643

:

Okay?

644

:

You need a plan for what

each page is actually doing.

645

:

If you're gonna have a website,

bigger than one to three

646

:

pages, what are those pages?

647

:

What should they do?

648

:

What should they say?

649

:

What's the point?

650

:

Right?

651

:

We need to have a clear strategy there.

652

:

And then as I mentioned, we

gotta have those strong CTAs.

653

:

Those are calls to action that help

the right people take the next step.

654

:

Don't bury the lead here.

655

:

Your clients are on your website

'cause they want your help.

656

:

So give it to 'em.

657

:

Okay?

658

:

Now we will show you how to structure

your website to create that journey

659

:

that leads right fit clients from

interest to inquiry consistently.

660

:

You pour in the water the and

the bucket will hold, okay?

661

:

It'll bring people through.

662

:

We walk you through a proven page by page

strategy that's tailored to your niche,

663

:

to your practice setup, to your location.

664

:

Then you'll learn what to say, where

to say it, and you'll get the formulas,

665

:

the examples of real life sites that are

converting RightFit clients right now.

666

:

Jeanette said, I don't feel like I

have that much to say on each page.

667

:

I would beg to differ, Jeanette, if

you and I sat down together, you have

668

:

a lot to say and we'll show you what

to say and why to say it and where to

669

:

say it to actually invite that action.

670

:

Plus in Confident copy, you get

feedback on your site structure so

671

:

that you're not guessing, you're not

just hoping you're doing it right

672

:

and the end result is a website that

actually is doing the heavy lifting.

673

:

I would love if you could be

busy in that school pickup

674

:

line, getting those inquiries.

675

:

We need a website that's acting like

that engine in order for that to happen.

676

:

Okay.

677

:

Jen told us my new copy, including

Via Psych Today, which was cool, has

678

:

been attracting clients and generating

comments like, you're exactly who I

679

:

was looking for and when I read about

your specialty, I was so excited.

680

:

Okay, Parker said, I booked three

initial consultations in one day with

681

:

folks who seemed like ideal clients.

682

:

One told me I'd love your website.

683

:

When I saw your site, I stopped

engaging with the other.

684

:

I reach out to.

685

:

That was because your site conveyed

that you were speaking to the very

686

:

intimate language that I only get

to use with my friends who really

687

:

understand what it's like to be me.

688

:

This person felt so seen and Parker

said, thank you so much for helping me

689

:

learn how to arrange my copy in a way

that keeps people reading so they know

690

:

I'm exactly who they're looking for.

691

:

Okay, so cool.

692

:

All right, let's get into this third one.

693

:

'cause this is a juicy one.

694

:

Your marketing.

695

:

It sounds nice, you sound nice,

but you don't sound like an expert.

696

:

Worth 200 plus a session.

697

:

Okay?

698

:

You come across as caring in your copy.

699

:

It's not that you're cold, it's

not that you're, you know, distant.

700

:

It's not that you're the

blank slate therapist, right?

701

:

But you're not someone who's

commanding premium fees.

702

:

I don't feel like I need

to be your client, okay?

703

:

I can't deny your warmth or

your compassion, but you're not

704

:

positioned right now as someone

clients trust enough to invest in.

705

:

And in a market where clients are

more discerning and skeptical,

706

:

we have got to overcome this one.

707

:

Okay.

708

:

Some examples of what this one looks

like, and I'm seeing some folks already

709

:

sort of resonating in the chat, a website

that centers you and your approach.

710

:

How I work.

711

:

Not the client.

712

:

My approach is warm and client centered.

713

:

Now there's a time and a place to say

that, but if that's what your website is

714

:

about, it's about you and your approach

in this market, we will lose your

715

:

clients Vague phrases like, I'm here

to support you in your healing journey.

716

:

That's really nice.

717

:

It's nice.

718

:

Okay.

719

:

It's not more than that.

720

:

A lack of defined

specialties or focus areas.

721

:

Again, sort of that laundry list of

specialties we were talking about earlier.

722

:

I don't view you as an expert when

you have a a laundry list of 15

723

:

specialties, a focus on branding

and vibe instead of substance.

724

:

Again, I love design.

725

:

I love branding.

726

:

I love vibes.

727

:

I don't love them more than substance.

728

:

Okay?

729

:

And exerting your expertise.

730

:

And then a general tone that's

just passive easy to scroll past.

731

:

You're trying to be all

things to all people.

732

:

You don't wanna be too direct.

733

:

That, that can be kind of detrimental

here, because at the end of the day,

734

:

warmth alone won't command 200 plus.

735

:

Okay?

736

:

Warmth belongs there.

737

:

Of course, of course.

738

:

But warmth alone can't do that.

739

:

Clients are not gonna see you

as different or better than

740

:

the next therapist on the list.

741

:

Now, I hope I don't

need to say this caveat.

742

:

Every single clinician has something

good to offer, and at the end of the

743

:

day, we want your clients sitting

down with the right fit therapist.

744

:

No doubt about it.

745

:

But clients are also weighing okay, and

they aren't gonna see you as different

746

:

or perhaps a better fit than the next

therapist on the list when we're making

747

:

this mistake getting lots of visitors.

748

:

But again, very few conversions.

749

:

Anyone get on consults where they

ask if you specialize in their

750

:

issue instead of already knowing

That's a big indicator that this,

751

:

that this mistake is in at play.

752

:

Do you work with couples?

753

:

You are like, I have an entire couples,

you know, that's, that's a really common,

754

:

um, common challenge here, or full fee.

755

:

Clients are hesitating to reach

out because they're not confident.

756

:

You are the.

757

:

Again, like I mentioned, we're

seeing a lot more shopping

758

:

around than we ever have.

759

:

Um, and so that's what can happen here

is that they end up deciding, oh, I

760

:

think I'm gonna go with this other one

that, that talked a little bit more about

761

:

exactly what it is that I'm looking for.

762

:

So what do we need to to fix this mistake?

763

:

Okay?

764

:

You need your website to build both

authority and connection, okay?

765

:

This isn't all about your expertise and

your authority, because at the end of

766

:

the day, the work that you do is human.

767

:

It is relational.

768

:

And for us to negate that would

be missing a whole huge important

769

:

part of the work that you do.

770

:

Okay?

771

:

So that looks like marketing that is

both deeply human and highly trustworthy.

772

:

Okay?

773

:

Enough clarity and credibility that

clients search engines, even AI and

774

:

chat, GBT recognize your expertise.

775

:

Okay?

776

:

Strong specific language

that signals premium value.

777

:

Premium level websites attract premium

level clients, and our language

778

:

is the driving factor behind that.

779

:

And then confidence, and this is one

of those intangibles, but confidence

780

:

in how you describe your work, both on

your site, but also in your consults.

781

:

Also in those networking conversations,

everywhere you go, you have

782

:

confidence in describing how you work.

783

:

Now, in Confident Copy, we show you

how to exert your expertise without

784

:

losing yourself in the midst of it.

785

:

Okay?

786

:

We show you proven step-by-step

frameworks for your home, your about

787

:

your specialty, your method, your

intensivess, your supervision pages,

788

:

pretty much every page you can need, not

just what to say it, but why and how.

789

:

Where does authority go?

790

:

Where does connection go?

791

:

And then all of this is of course

guided by SEO best practices and

792

:

the proven private pay approaches.

793

:

I am seeing work right now

in:

794

:

Sean told us it's been a breath of

fresh air to speak with clients who

795

:

fit, whom I have been writing for.

796

:

So Sean had this idea of a client in

mind and then actually hearing from

797

:

them and she was showing that she had

the chops to bring in that clientele.

798

:

Isn't that cool language?

799

:

I love that.

800

:

In the last six weeks, four

clients fitting the niches I've

801

:

written copy for have found me.

802

:

It's very clear that steps

I've taken are working.

803

:

I'm stoked.

804

:

I'm stoked too for Sean.

805

:

Alright, last mistake.

806

:

You guys gotta tell me

mistake number four.

807

:

You're relying on AI templates or

reversed engineered copy and sorry

808

:

to be the bear of bad news, it shows.

809

:

Okay.

810

:

Alright.

811

:

Do quick question.

812

:

Do you use chat g BT or other

a AI tools for your marketing?

813

:

Because I absolutely do and it's okay.

814

:

There's a way to do it.

815

:

Well, okay.

816

:

I'm getting lots of nos.

817

:

That's okay too.

818

:

Some yes.

819

:

Some sometimes.

820

:

That's okay.

821

:

Wanted to get a pulse on this.

822

:

I would say we're about 50 50.

823

:

Okay.

824

:

Now this, what does this look like?

825

:

This looks like trying

the plug and play guides.

826

:

You've tried the formulas,

you've asked chat GBT.

827

:

Maybe in these cases you've

peaked at other therapist sites.

828

:

Oh, I heard this therapist is full.

829

:

So you went and looked at

their website, tried to reverse

830

:

engineer what they were doing.

831

:

Okay.

832

:

But the final results still

doesn't sound like you and it's not

833

:

bringing in the clients you want.

834

:

I could go on and on about this topic.

835

:

Uh, as someone who both loves AI and

is skeptical of it, I think we are

836

:

in for this mistake showing up more

and more in the therapy industry.

837

:

Okay, so this can look like

headlines that sound just like

838

:

your colleagues intentional or not.

839

:

I'm not saying you're going

out there and plagiarizing, but

840

:

everyone sounds, sounds the same.

841

:

Okay.

842

:

Phrases like safe space and healing

journey that say nothing specific.

843

:

You just got it from a fill in

the blank template and copy.

844

:

That's fine by all accounts, but

doesn't actually feel like you.

845

:

You don't read it and you're like, Ooh,

that's exactly what I would like to say.

846

:

That's just me buttoned up.

847

:

Right?

848

:

Or an overuse of cliches or

those stereotypical metaphors,

849

:

we've all seen 'em, right?

850

:

The result is you are not showing

clients why they should choose you.

851

:

And as more and more people rely

on ai, as more and more people

852

:

can create copy, that's fine.

853

:

Your clients are going to be wading

through a sea of sameness in a

854

:

way they've never had to before.

855

:

So this looks like fading into

the crown of crowd of therapists

856

:

who are saying the same thing.

857

:

Who wrote the same prompt in

chat, GBT or something close.

858

:

Okay?

859

:

This means that your marketing feels like

Groundhog Day to prospective clients,

860

:

and that increases their skepticism.

861

:

They already are s, they

already are skeptical.

862

:

Okay?

863

:

When, when your marketing is increasing

that we are creating friction

864

:

where we could be removing it.

865

:

Your site does not spark

trust, urgency, or connection.

866

:

Okay.

867

:

You attract fewer inquiries or

ones that don't feel like a great

868

:

fit because what you put out there

didn't really feel like you anyway.

869

:

Or you waste time editing copy that was

never rooted in your voice to begin with.

870

:

You chat, GBT gives you something

and then you manufacture it.

871

:

But it wasn't even something that you

would've said to begin with, right?

872

:

You need a website that sounds

like you and does its job.

873

:

Now I'm hearing some people say,

I don't know what my voice is.

874

:

That's something I can teach you.

875

:

There is a way that you

show up to the room.

876

:

There's a way that you speak and

the presence that you bring, and

877

:

that can actually be infused into

your marketing, into your website.

878

:

That means a clear voice that

balances warmth with authority again,

879

:

so that we don't sound just warm

like we were talking about earlier.

880

:

Copy that feels natural while

still being strategic language that

881

:

connects with clients and signals

expertise to search engines and ai.

882

:

If we can be well optimized for

search engines, right, with an

883

:

authentic voice, chances are we're

also gonna be well optimized to

884

:

show up in places like chat, GBT.

885

:

Positioning that reflects your unique

style, your voice, your values.

886

:

'cause the way you do therapy,

you have something special.

887

:

There is a reason clients choose you.

888

:

There is something you bring into the

room and I can help you figure out what

889

:

that is and bring it into your marketing.

890

:

And then a site that feels aligned with

you and differentiated from others so

891

:

that those clients you come to mind,

even though they have 10 other tabs open.

892

:

Okay?

893

:

In Confident Copy will help you

cultivate and develop your own voice

894

:

and then use that voice with intention.

895

:

Okay?

896

:

We provide copy frameworks that

support finding your own voice rather

897

:

than just filling in the blanks.

898

:

That is where I am seeing

things need to differentiate.

899

:

Right now, you're gonna get

real feedback on your writing.

900

:

We have multiple opportunities every month

to get feedback on what you've created.

901

:

Not just templates.

902

:

Not just theory, along with a

hundred plus examples, so you

903

:

can see how other therapists

are writing that effective copy.

904

:

Okay.

905

:

Taylor told us that she had

tried DI Ying her website.

906

:

Her psych today, and she'd even bought

a couple other marketing courses,

907

:

but nothing felt like it worked.

908

:

She said, come to copy was different

because it wasn't just fluff.

909

:

It gave me an actual strategy.

910

:

You don't have to have it all

figured out before you start.

911

:

This program will help you get there.

912

:

I, this was the cool part here.

913

:

I knew you'd help me get a good

website, but I didn't expect to learn

914

:

so much about myself as a clinician.

915

:

I went in open-minded and your

program met me right there.

916

:

Now I love what I do.

917

:

How cool.

918

:

Stephanie told us I could have

never found these words on my own.

919

:

I walked away with amazing copy that

I'm so thrilled to share with the world.

920

:

I feel like I finally found

the words to describe what I

921

:

do and my practice is full now.

922

:

Okay.

923

:

All right, so those are our four mistakes.

924

:

We've run through a lot of things.

925

:

I've seen a lot of people

resonating with some of these.

926

:

I'm curious, which of

them hit home for you?

927

:

1, 2, 3 or four.

928

:

Not trying to box yourself in not treating

your business like a business card or

929

:

your, your website, like a business card.

930

:

Three.

931

:

I'm seeing lots of threes.

932

:

Ooh, interesting.

933

:

Some ones Okay.

934

:

Some two, some fours.

935

:

It looks like one in three won out to me.

936

:

I would say I should

have had a little poll.

937

:

Okay.

938

:

But it sounds, yeah, some of these are,

are really standing out for you guys.

939

:

Okay.

940

:

Hopefully I'm getting your gears

turning on what you can start doing

941

:

differently to fix these mistakes.

942

:

Right.

943

:

Now here's one more bonus mistake.

944

:

I just saw a couple people mentioning.

945

:

I don't know if it's working or not.

946

:

That's the other mistake I

see folks making right now is

947

:

that you're doing it alone.

948

:

And it is so hard to know what's working.

949

:

Private practice can already

feel isolating no matter what.

950

:

Right?

951

:

And so you sit there and you tweak

and you re, you rewrite and you

952

:

refresh your analytics wondering

what else needs to change.

953

:

But it's impossible to know what's

helping or what might silently

954

:

be killing your conversions.

955

:

Right?

956

:

And that's really why I think

Confident Copy is so powerful.

957

:

Not only do we have the templates

and the frameworks, but you're

958

:

not just learning what to do.

959

:

You're getting the community and

the feedback and the coaching to

960

:

know if you're doing it right.

961

:

And that's what we actually

care about around here, right?

962

:

Bria said This program has been

the most beneficial practice

963

:

investment I've made in my practice.

964

:

The program is so easy to follow so

many ways for support from you and

965

:

other group members, and the program

gives you exactly what it advertises

966

:

and and, and more, which is so kind.

967

:

So you need feedback.

968

:

You need to know if it's

working or not, right?

969

:

That's something I've seen

really in the chat here today.

970

:

That's why that special bonus I

mentioned, we are offering a free

971

:

conversion audit just for attendees today.

972

:

So if you decide to enroll in

Confident Copy, after you launch

973

:

your website, you submit it to us

and we're gonna personally review it

974

:

for strategy and clarity and flow.

975

:

It's something we never offer before.

976

:

I don't offer website audits outside of

this, so I'm really excited about it.

977

:

This bonus is good for 48 hours.

978

:

I'll give you all the dets in a

moment, but the reason I decided to

979

:

do this is because you deserve to

know if things are working or not.

980

:

Okay?

981

:

Now today we've looked at the biggest

website mistakes that therapists are

982

:

making, the ones that are keeping them

from booking premium fee clients, right?

983

:

You learned what the most successful

full fee therapists are doing right now.

984

:

You saw what needs to happen in

order to stand out in saturated

985

:

markets, which so many of you are in.

986

:

You learned the way your website can

increase trust, decrease skepticism, and

987

:

drive conversions from right foot clients.

988

:

You also saw how your words determine

whether a client's AI or search

989

:

engines view you as an expert,

one who's worth your fee, right?

990

:

You're sitting here right now, if I had

to guess, because you want to attract the

991

:

premium fee clients without selling your

soul on social media unless you want to.

992

:

Social media's great if you want to.

993

:

You don't have to.

994

:

You want a clear client converting

website, not just a generic

995

:

template that looks and sounds

like everyone else's, right.

996

:

You've felt like your words

aren't doing your work justice.

997

:

You know, you do good work with

your clients and you want your

998

:

marketing to reflect that, and you're

ready for that to change, right?

999

:

You want marketing that helps you stand

out in, in increasingly saturated area,

:

00:41:23,384 --> 00:41:24,584

the number of therapists around you.

:

00:41:24,584 --> 00:41:26,774

It's not going down anytime soon, right?

:

00:41:27,584 --> 00:41:32,774

You want to finally feel proud of how

you show up, both online and off, right?

:

00:41:33,884 --> 00:41:37,964

It's your time to do that with the

proven step-by-step system to show

:

00:41:37,964 --> 00:41:39,524

up as the expert that you are.

:

00:41:39,674 --> 00:41:43,364

I believe you are good at what you do when

you're doing it with the right clients to

:

00:41:43,364 --> 00:41:46,994

stop guessing and to start writing with

strategy so you know what you're doing and

:

00:41:46,994 --> 00:41:51,764

why, and to finally feel confident in what

your website is saying about you and your

:

00:41:51,764 --> 00:41:56,324

approach and the depth of the work that

that you do, and the transformation that

:

00:41:56,324 --> 00:41:59,354

can happen with your clients right now.

:

00:41:59,384 --> 00:42:02,474

Here's a reminder, nothing I've

shared with you today is theory.

:

00:42:02,984 --> 00:42:03,704

Ideas.

:

00:42:04,064 --> 00:42:07,994

They are all things therapists have

done to achieve legitimate results.

:

00:42:08,264 --> 00:42:11,504

Okay, Erin said another week and

another full private pay client.

:

00:42:11,504 --> 00:42:13,724

Her words today, the opening

paragraph and bullet points on my

:

00:42:13,724 --> 00:42:15,404

homepage resonated with me so much.

:

00:42:15,524 --> 00:42:17,594

My website is my powerhouse consistently.

:

00:42:17,594 --> 00:42:21,164

Thanks to your leadership and support

from Confident Copy or Rhonda who said,

:

00:42:21,164 --> 00:42:23,684

I've actually had two new consultations

scheduled through Psych Today.

:

00:42:23,774 --> 00:42:25,634

A surprise since Psych

Today is usually dead.

:

00:42:26,144 --> 00:42:29,354

I updated the copy with what I've been

writing for the website, or Noreen who

:

00:42:29,354 --> 00:42:32,324

said, updated my homepage to my new

copy and got another new client, four

:

00:42:32,324 --> 00:42:33,764

new clients in the last two weeks.

:

00:42:33,974 --> 00:42:35,714

These are real life

things that are happening.

:

00:42:35,714 --> 00:42:38,594

Like I said, if you walk away with

nothing else today, please let it

:

00:42:38,594 --> 00:42:42,944

be that you can do this, but these

types of results are possible, okay?

:

00:42:44,204 --> 00:42:47,114

I don't want you to keep taking

on poor fit clients because

:

00:42:47,114 --> 00:42:48,614

something's better than nothing.

:

00:42:49,394 --> 00:42:52,754

I don't want you to keep feeling

overwhelmed by marketing, unsure if

:

00:42:52,754 --> 00:42:54,734

it's even possible to be private pay.

:

00:42:55,544 --> 00:42:58,304

I don't want you trying a million

different things, wondering where your

:

00:42:58,304 --> 00:43:00,434

next client is gonna come from, right?

:

00:43:01,244 --> 00:43:05,774

I want you to start getting clients

with a proven process for attracting

:

00:43:05,774 --> 00:43:09,464

full fee clients and getting support

every step of the way so you know what

:

00:43:09,464 --> 00:43:13,244

you're doing, why you're doing it, and

doing that with our support, right?

:

00:43:13,904 --> 00:43:18,674

And that's why Confident Copy, like

I mentioned, is getting to re today

:

00:43:19,304 --> 00:43:21,704

Confident Copy, if you're not familiar

with it, is the only accelerated

:

00:43:21,704 --> 00:43:25,634

group, pro group coaching program out

there for therapists who want to write

:

00:43:25,634 --> 00:43:29,624

their website and begin marketing

confidently in less than 16 weeks.

:

00:43:30,344 --> 00:43:34,604

So in Confident copy, I'm gonna help

you feel 100% confident in your niche.

:

00:43:34,724 --> 00:43:37,754

We will workshop back and forth

until you feel that way and the

:

00:43:37,754 --> 00:43:41,894

expert that you are to say goodbye to

writer's block and imposter syndrome,

:

00:43:41,894 --> 00:43:45,164

and constantly second guessing

yourself because I have been there.

:

00:43:46,079 --> 00:43:49,829

To write strategic client-focused

website copy that has clients saying,

:

00:43:49,829 --> 00:43:54,989

I felt like you were talking right

To me, that's the best feeling ever.

:

00:43:55,499 --> 00:43:58,559

To create a Psychology Today profile

and a video, you need a video.

:

00:43:58,589 --> 00:44:03,299

You need a video that brings in your ideal

clients on autopilot and to finally feel

:

00:44:03,299 --> 00:44:05,399

proud of how you show up online and off.

:

00:44:05,579 --> 00:44:05,939

Okay?

:

00:44:06,599 --> 00:44:08,579

That's what I wanna help

you do in Confident Copy.

:

00:44:09,149 --> 00:44:11,549

Now, confident Copy goes

through an entire process.

:

00:44:11,549 --> 00:44:12,809

Here's just a little taste of it.

:

00:44:12,809 --> 00:44:15,029

As I mentioned, it's 16 weeks

long, although you do have

:

00:44:15,029 --> 00:44:16,709

lifetime access to the curriculum.

:

00:44:17,159 --> 00:44:18,389

First, we start with your niche.

:

00:44:18,419 --> 00:44:19,319

It's your North Star.

:

00:44:19,349 --> 00:44:21,089

We need to get super, super clear on it.

:

00:44:21,449 --> 00:44:25,349

So I'm gonna provide coaching, guidance,

trainings, frameworks to create your

:

00:44:25,349 --> 00:44:28,769

niche statement, to profile your ideal

client, and to identify that red thread

:

00:44:28,769 --> 00:44:30,689

I mentioned so you can keep variety.

:

00:44:31,469 --> 00:44:34,979

While still having a focused message

that exerts you as an expert.

:

00:44:35,339 --> 00:44:36,389

Then we move into specialties.

:

00:44:36,389 --> 00:44:39,419

In SEO, we gotta figure out what your

clients are looking for on Google.

:

00:44:39,569 --> 00:44:41,939

We've gotta create that site outline

and that site structure that's

:

00:44:41,939 --> 00:44:45,329

going to exert your expertise and

really guide folks toward action.

:

00:44:45,959 --> 00:44:49,919

Then we get into the homepage, the

launching pad of your website, where

:

00:44:49,919 --> 00:44:53,279

we're gonna create those client

attracting words for every single section.

:

00:44:54,329 --> 00:44:56,549

Then we take what's called

a rest and realignment week.

:

00:44:56,549 --> 00:44:58,979

We have three of these over

the course of the 16 weeks.

:

00:44:59,189 --> 00:45:02,969

We encourage you to step away, go take

a breather, care for yourself, catch

:

00:45:02,969 --> 00:45:05,849

up, do what you need to do so that

you can come back with fresh eyes.

:

00:45:06,539 --> 00:45:10,499

Then we get into about page, this is where

people decide if they trust you or not.

:

00:45:10,559 --> 00:45:11,999

So we have a proven framework for that.

:

00:45:11,999 --> 00:45:15,869

We're gonna show you and really explore

how to figure out what sets you apart.

:

00:45:16,514 --> 00:45:17,324

And create true to you.

:

00:45:17,324 --> 00:45:19,214

Copy that feels like you.

:

00:45:19,574 --> 00:45:22,214

We follow that with a rest and

realignment week, and then we

:

00:45:22,214 --> 00:45:23,804

get into your specialty pages.

:

00:45:23,834 --> 00:45:26,174

We have four weeks for specialty

pages, so you can really

:

00:45:26,174 --> 00:45:27,794

spend time getting thorough.

:

00:45:27,974 --> 00:45:30,914

Your specialty pages might be

topical, like anxiety or trauma.

:

00:45:31,064 --> 00:45:33,434

They might be method like

IFS or brain spotting.

:

00:45:33,884 --> 00:45:35,204

We have intensives, like I mentioned.

:

00:45:35,204 --> 00:45:36,404

We have supervision pages.

:

00:45:36,404 --> 00:45:38,714

We have different frameworks depending

on what it is that you're doing.

:

00:45:39,554 --> 00:45:41,084

One more rest and realignment week.

:

00:45:41,114 --> 00:45:43,904

Go take another breather, then

come back for our final two weeks

:

00:45:43,904 --> 00:45:45,074

standing out on psych today.

:

00:45:45,689 --> 00:45:46,109

Yes.

:

00:45:46,109 --> 00:45:47,039

Psych today still works.

:

00:45:47,039 --> 00:45:48,179

I will die on that hill.

:

00:45:48,239 --> 00:45:49,529

Um, does it work the way it used to?

:

00:45:49,589 --> 00:45:50,009

No.

:

00:45:50,039 --> 00:45:52,619

Is it one of the lowest hanging

fruit marketing strategies out there?

:

00:45:52,709 --> 00:45:53,309

Absolutely.

:

00:45:53,369 --> 00:45:54,929

And I wanna show you how

to make the most of it.

:

00:45:55,649 --> 00:45:57,659

And then finally, we end

with mapping your marketing.

:

00:45:57,749 --> 00:46:00,629

I want you to leave confident, copy,

knowing what to do next, not just with

:

00:46:00,629 --> 00:46:02,159

copy, and then you're like, what do I do?

:

00:46:02,429 --> 00:46:04,979

But with copy that you can implement

into a website and then you can start

:

00:46:04,979 --> 00:46:08,789

marketing confidently and in a way that

actually feels sustainable for you.

:

00:46:08,849 --> 00:46:09,089

Okay?

:

00:46:09,089 --> 00:46:10,499

Because that can look a

lot of different ways.

:

00:46:11,399 --> 00:46:14,129

Now, along with the curriculum,

you get the lifetime access.

:

00:46:14,129 --> 00:46:16,289

I mentioned 16 weeks of live coaching.

:

00:46:16,289 --> 00:46:19,919

We're gonna come together once a week

in a group, uh, where you can ask

:

00:46:19,919 --> 00:46:21,629

questions and get feedback on your copy.

:

00:46:21,869 --> 00:46:25,589

I include weekly hot seat copy reviews,

maybe you write your about page, submit

:

00:46:25,589 --> 00:46:26,939

that to me for a chance to be reviewed.

:

00:46:26,939 --> 00:46:30,779

Live on the call, a 24 7 private

Facebook community where you get a

:

00:46:30,779 --> 00:46:34,409

guaranteed response from myself or a

coach, Monica, within one business day.

:

00:46:34,769 --> 00:46:38,189

And if you choose to pay in full, we also

have a fee setting success mini course.

:

00:46:38,489 --> 00:46:41,189

So lots of cool things that that

happen here in Confident Copy.

:

00:46:41,939 --> 00:46:44,849

Now to help you out even more,

I always love coming up with new

:

00:46:44,849 --> 00:46:49,949

bonuses to add during these special

promotional windows, and I cannot

:

00:46:49,949 --> 00:46:52,799

tell you the level of excitement

I have for number one right here.

:

00:46:52,799 --> 00:46:53,789

Her name is Callie.

:

00:46:54,059 --> 00:46:56,189

Callie is your confident

copywriting assistant.

:

00:46:56,909 --> 00:47:00,449

Callie is a custom trained AI tool

who has been deeply, deeply trained

:

00:47:00,449 --> 00:47:01,859

on the confident copy process.

:

00:47:02,189 --> 00:47:04,559

Callie is not meant to

write your copy for you.

:

00:47:04,739 --> 00:47:09,059

We cannot outsource you and your voice

to a robot, but we can use AI very,

:

00:47:09,059 --> 00:47:12,839

very intelligently to help you break

through writer's block, improve your

:

00:47:12,839 --> 00:47:17,369

copy, streamline your marketing, and

make some really, really cool decisions

:

00:47:17,609 --> 00:47:20,669

based on what AI is giving you so that

you're not just sitting there spinning.

:

00:47:20,759 --> 00:47:24,209

Okay, we, I've actually had some alumni

already test out Callie and let me know

:

00:47:24,209 --> 00:47:25,949

how transformational it's been for them.

:

00:47:26,039 --> 00:47:28,859

I'm so thrilled to be

adding her into the program.

:

00:47:29,519 --> 00:47:33,539

The next bonus if you choose to enroll

in this period, you get access to our

:

00:47:33,539 --> 00:47:37,379

therapist, DIY brand kit, which is a new

program I released earlier this year.

:

00:47:37,709 --> 00:47:39,839

So you can create that visual

brand, that person who said

:

00:47:39,839 --> 00:47:42,479

they take a lot of time choosing

colors, let me help you with that.

:

00:47:42,659 --> 00:47:47,009

Colors, fonts, curated stock images so

that your website looks as good as it

:

00:47:47,219 --> 00:47:50,579

sounds 'cause design does matter and I

wanna make that part simpler for you.

:

00:47:51,539 --> 00:47:53,909

Oh, Gail, I'm so glad she said

she loves the DIY brand kit.

:

00:47:54,329 --> 00:47:55,439

Epic and a Game Changer.

:

00:47:55,439 --> 00:47:56,309

Thank you for that Gail.

:

00:47:57,599 --> 00:47:59,999

We also are offering 50% off

our Squarespace templates.

:

00:48:00,059 --> 00:48:02,549

You do not need one of our

Squarespace templates to go through

:

00:48:02,549 --> 00:48:03,899

Confident Copier to make use of it.

:

00:48:03,989 --> 00:48:07,769

We've had alumni who have crushed

it on a Wix, on a Wix template or a

:

00:48:07,769 --> 00:48:11,369

WordPress, so you don't need these, but

if you want them save 50% off, you get

:

00:48:11,369 --> 00:48:16,109

a lifetime um, code that you can use to

get 50% off the template of your choice.

:

00:48:17,729 --> 00:48:20,849

After that, I mentioned the

last week of Confident Copy is

:

00:48:20,849 --> 00:48:22,379

our marketing planning module.

:

00:48:22,439 --> 00:48:25,979

Okay, I have completely redone

that over the last six weeks.

:

00:48:26,894 --> 00:48:30,464

I've done that where I have broken

down all of the most popular ways you

:

00:48:30,464 --> 00:48:31,814

can market your practice right now.

:

00:48:31,874 --> 00:48:36,254

And I've broken it down into individual

strategies, both tier one and tier two.

:

00:48:36,254 --> 00:48:38,054

What are lighter lift strategies?

:

00:48:38,054 --> 00:48:39,314

What are really in-depth ones?

:

00:48:39,464 --> 00:48:44,264

How can you decide what a personalized

client acquisition and visibility

:

00:48:44,264 --> 00:48:45,884

strategy looks like for you?

:

00:48:46,004 --> 00:48:49,064

And I'm gonna help you create that plan

so that you leave confident copy with a

:

00:48:49,064 --> 00:48:53,024

really clear idea of what you need to be

doing moving forward to get those clients.

:

00:48:53,774 --> 00:48:54,344

That's awesome.

:

00:48:55,184 --> 00:48:58,184

After that four bonus copy clinics,

this is something we're excited about.

:

00:48:58,184 --> 00:49:01,544

We have doubled your opportunities to

get feedback on your copy from four to

:

00:49:01,544 --> 00:49:03,464

eight while you are in confident copy.

:

00:49:03,824 --> 00:49:08,144

So four extra copy review calls,

and then of course we have our, uh,

:

00:49:08,174 --> 00:49:09,554

confident copy alumni community.

:

00:49:09,554 --> 00:49:12,224

So after you graduate, you can

stay connected with other grads,

:

00:49:12,434 --> 00:49:13,784

uh, get continued feedback.

:

00:49:13,814 --> 00:49:16,064

Um, Monica and I are in

there periodically as well.

:

00:49:16,514 --> 00:49:19,424

So a great place to stay connected

even after your 16 weeks are up.

:

00:49:20,204 --> 00:49:22,304

Then, as I mentioned, your

free conversion audit.

:

00:49:22,604 --> 00:49:26,324

So this is after you launch your new site,

a CC Coach is going to provide an in-depth

:

00:49:26,324 --> 00:49:30,284

review for all of the conversion related

elements of your website so that you can

:

00:49:30,284 --> 00:49:33,404

confidently send traffic to something

we know is gonna pull its weight.

:

00:49:33,524 --> 00:49:33,974

Okay?

:

00:49:34,394 --> 00:49:38,984

Now this free conversion audit expires

on Thursday, so it's good for 48 hours.

:

00:49:39,614 --> 00:49:42,284

The others are good until

doors close on the 27th.

:

00:49:42,974 --> 00:49:46,364

Now if you add all that up, that's

over $3,000 in additional bonuses,

:

00:49:46,394 --> 00:49:47,954

which I'm so excited about.

:

00:49:47,954 --> 00:49:50,354

I've been working so hard on them,

and it's, I'm just so excited.

:

00:49:50,354 --> 00:49:51,284

Finally tell you about it.

:

00:49:51,794 --> 00:49:55,034

Now, if we add up everything that we've

talked about here today, confident

:

00:49:55,034 --> 00:50:00,284

copies worth technically over $12,700,

if I decided to sell every single

:

00:50:00,284 --> 00:50:03,014

one of these things separately,

that would be the value of this.

:

00:50:03,014 --> 00:50:05,894

Right now, we never offer

it for that amount of money.

:

00:50:06,254 --> 00:50:07,034

Um, no way.

:

00:50:07,034 --> 00:50:09,884

Jose, normally competent

copies available for:

:

00:50:10,244 --> 00:50:12,794

Um, as part of this special

promotion we have, we're

:

00:50:12,794 --> 00:50:14,654

offering a $200 discount on that.

:

00:50:14,894 --> 00:50:19,694

So in addition to those $3,000 in

bonuses, you're gonna save the extra $200.

:

00:50:20,249 --> 00:50:25,079

That's about 85% off of that

$12,700 number, um, which is a

:

00:50:25,079 --> 00:50:26,339

pretty good deal if you ask me.

:

00:50:27,059 --> 00:50:30,329

Now we do have payment plans,

um, and we've recently just

:

00:50:30,329 --> 00:50:31,589

introduced our extended one.

:

00:50:31,739 --> 00:50:34,379

So we have a pay in full option,

a flexible four payment, and

:

00:50:34,379 --> 00:50:35,789

then an extended six payment.

:

00:50:35,909 --> 00:50:37,974

Every single one of those

qualifies for that discount.

:

00:50:39,599 --> 00:50:43,169

I want you to know the price of

confident copy in order to reflect the

:

00:50:43,169 --> 00:50:46,949

increased value, and what we've added

into the program, um, is increasing

:

00:50:46,949 --> 00:50:48,719

permanently after August 27th.

:

00:50:48,719 --> 00:50:52,589

So while you can absolutely join later,

if it's a better time later, do it.

:

00:50:52,649 --> 00:50:55,889

Please do know that this, this

pricing will end, um, on August 27th.

:

00:50:55,889 --> 00:50:57,089

The price will go up permanently.

:

00:50:58,259 --> 00:50:58,859

Now one more thing.

:

00:50:58,859 --> 00:51:02,399

If you are interested in kind of the VIP

experience, you want everything we have

:

00:51:02,399 --> 00:51:06,479

to offer, you can enroll in Confident

Copy Plus, um, we only have three spots

:

00:51:06,479 --> 00:51:07,949

available, so a good thing to know there.

:

00:51:07,949 --> 00:51:09,629

Confident Copy plus includes everything.

:

00:51:09,629 --> 00:51:13,859

Confident Copy plus a one-on-one

kickoff call with me, four one-on-one

:

00:51:13,859 --> 00:51:17,519

calls during your time in Confident

copy, a complete copy review where we

:

00:51:17,519 --> 00:51:20,369

review everything that we've written,

you've written, and give you feedback.

:

00:51:20,489 --> 00:51:22,439

And then we custom design your website.

:

00:51:22,469 --> 00:51:24,689

So if you've seen any of the websites

we've put out there in the world,

:

00:51:24,809 --> 00:51:27,209

you're wanting something that feels

premium level like that, we would

:

00:51:27,209 --> 00:51:30,509

love to take all of that off your

plate and support you with that.

:

00:51:31,109 --> 00:51:34,289

So we are offering $600

off CC plus as well.

:

00:51:35,009 --> 00:51:35,279

All right?

:

00:51:35,339 --> 00:51:37,799

If you are a student in our Failure

Practice Formula program and you're

:

00:51:37,799 --> 00:51:40,829

watching this right now, please know that

we offer you a credit toward enrolling

:

00:51:40,829 --> 00:51:44,339

in Confident Copy, and we would love

to create a custom coupon code for you.

:

00:51:44,639 --> 00:51:45,299

Um, so do that.

:

00:51:45,299 --> 00:51:48,089

Send us an email

support@walkerstrategycode.com

:

00:51:48,599 --> 00:51:50,219

and we can get you ironed out there.

:

00:51:50,969 --> 00:51:52,349

Now I'm huge on numbers.

:

00:51:52,349 --> 00:51:55,499

I love spreadsheets and

calculators and things like that.

:

00:51:55,709 --> 00:51:58,829

If you were to hire myself and my

team to do this for you, just for

:

00:51:58,829 --> 00:52:00,929

your copy, the investment is 4,000.

:

00:52:00,929 --> 00:52:03,959

If I was to do copy and design,

the investment there is 8,000

:

00:52:04,889 --> 00:52:07,199

now, but at the end of the day,

like this comes down to ROI.

:

00:52:07,619 --> 00:52:08,999

How many clients, right?

:

00:52:09,029 --> 00:52:11,009

This is about clients and

it should be, that's okay.

:

00:52:11,009 --> 00:52:11,729

That's informed.

:

00:52:12,419 --> 00:52:15,149

When we do the math on Confident

Copy, the ROI is clear.

:

00:52:15,719 --> 00:52:19,799

If you charge $150 a session and

you usually work with clients weekly

:

00:52:19,799 --> 00:52:22,379

for about six months, you need 0.49

:

00:52:22,379 --> 00:52:25,919

clients to make back your

investment in Confident copy.

:

00:52:26,519 --> 00:52:30,359

If you charge 1 75, but your clients

prefer monthly, over a longer

:

00:52:30,359 --> 00:52:32,819

period, maybe a year, you need 0.83

:

00:52:32,819 --> 00:52:33,359

clients.

:

00:52:34,739 --> 00:52:38,849

Maybe you charge one 15, but you do short

term weekly work for just four months.

:

00:52:38,909 --> 00:52:39,989

You need 0.95

:

00:52:39,989 --> 00:52:40,529

clients.

:

00:52:41,669 --> 00:52:44,699

Pretty much no matter how you do the

math, if you get just one client,

:

00:52:44,729 --> 00:52:46,499

you have already made a profit.

:

00:52:46,829 --> 00:52:49,709

Not to mention that client is

likely to be a great fit for you.

:

00:52:50,639 --> 00:52:53,849

So how good will it feel to look

at your calendar to be excited

:

00:52:53,849 --> 00:52:55,139

about the names you see there?

:

00:52:55,469 --> 00:52:57,989

Right Ellie, who I think

is on the call, hi Ellie.

:

00:52:58,139 --> 00:53:01,889

She said this, ask yourself, how will

you, how you feel after you get out of

:

00:53:01,889 --> 00:53:03,329

a session with your perfect fit client?

:

00:53:03,599 --> 00:53:05,609

Do you want a whole caseload like that?

:

00:53:05,699 --> 00:53:07,949

Every time I end a session with my

perfect fit clients, I'm grateful

:

00:53:07,949 --> 00:53:09,299

for all I learned in Confident Copy.

:

00:53:10,439 --> 00:53:10,949

Thanks, Ellie.

:

00:53:12,059 --> 00:53:15,839

Now, if you wanna do your own math,

your own session fee, your own

:

00:53:15,839 --> 00:53:18,389

length of time working with clients,

we have that available to you.

:

00:53:18,839 --> 00:53:21,209

Um, Walker strategy code do.com/roi.

:

00:53:21,239 --> 00:53:24,479

Put in your own numbers and it'll

give you that breakdown just for you.

:

00:53:24,509 --> 00:53:24,839

Okay?

:

00:53:25,379 --> 00:53:28,139

I just want you to know if you're

a bit skeptical, that's okay.

:

00:53:28,289 --> 00:53:30,899

We all are just like we're talking

about your clients and we're skeptical.

:

00:53:30,959 --> 00:53:31,619

I am too.

:

00:53:31,649 --> 00:53:32,729

I'm the same way.

:

00:53:32,879 --> 00:53:33,269

Okay.

:

00:53:34,229 --> 00:53:36,449

A couple of folks that I have

heard from that felt that way.

:

00:53:36,869 --> 00:53:38,909

Evangeline said, I will start

by saying that I was initially

:

00:53:38,909 --> 00:53:40,409

hesitant to invest in this program.

:

00:53:40,499 --> 00:53:43,289

My two main reasons were the cost and

the belief that it would not provide more

:

00:53:43,289 --> 00:53:44,759

in-depth support towards my marketing.

:

00:53:45,089 --> 00:53:47,129

I can confidently state that after

my experience with Confident Copy,

:

00:53:47,129 --> 00:53:50,849

I have nothing but wonderful things

to say about my time, or Samantha.

:

00:53:50,849 --> 00:53:53,579

She said, as someone who is very

wary of every program that people are

:

00:53:53,579 --> 00:53:57,629

pushing to help you fill your practice,

's confident copy program was:

:

00:53:57,629 --> 00:54:00,449

worth every single penny I walked away

with mounds of new information, new

:

00:54:00,449 --> 00:54:01,949

skills, and networking connections.

:

00:54:02,099 --> 00:54:04,259

If you're on the fence and can

swing it, I think it's worth it.

:

00:54:05,369 --> 00:54:08,339

If you wanna chat about whether this

is right for you, send me a DM on

:

00:54:08,339 --> 00:54:10,199

Facebook or reply to one of our emails.

:

00:54:10,799 --> 00:54:13,289

I love telling people confident

copy isn't right for them.

:

00:54:13,289 --> 00:54:15,509

'cause it means I can usually point

them in a different direction.

:

00:54:15,509 --> 00:54:18,329

I will always be honest with you if I

don't think this is the right fit, and

:

00:54:18,329 --> 00:54:20,069

if it is, then I'll tell you that too.

:

00:54:20,339 --> 00:54:21,299

But it's okay to be skeptical.

:

00:54:21,299 --> 00:54:23,339

It's okay to wonder we're

all doing that right now.

:

00:54:23,339 --> 00:54:24,089

That's healthy.

:

00:54:24,539 --> 00:54:25,529

I I welcome that.

:

00:54:26,279 --> 00:54:28,589

Please know you don't

need to be a good writer.

:

00:54:28,919 --> 00:54:30,269

You don't need to already know your niche.

:

00:54:30,329 --> 00:54:34,469

You don't need to have your voice figured

out, but you do need a proven plan.

:

00:54:35,234 --> 00:54:37,094

Hopefully the support to execute it.

:

00:54:37,244 --> 00:54:37,664

Okay.

:

00:54:38,714 --> 00:54:42,074

Now here's a short list of some of the

things of some of the types of clinicians

:

00:54:42,074 --> 00:54:43,244

we've worked with in Confident Copy.

:

00:54:43,244 --> 00:54:47,204

But we're almost 700 clinicians strong

at this point, and the list is long.

:

00:54:47,594 --> 00:54:50,624

Um, so solo and group practices,

we have resources for both.

:

00:54:50,714 --> 00:54:54,254

Um, and they are tailored to both

solo and group, LGBTQ plus women,

:

00:54:54,254 --> 00:54:58,664

couples, individuals, children,

teens, trauma, various of almost every

:

00:54:58,664 --> 00:55:00,794

single, uh, method I can imagine.

:

00:55:00,794 --> 00:55:05,294

E-M-D-R-I-F-S-E-F-T, grief, religious

Trauma educators, K and Poly am

:

00:55:05,294 --> 00:55:08,684

anxiety introverts, Christian Bipoc,

whatever the work is that you do.

:

00:55:08,684 --> 00:55:12,854

The, the medical providers I was seeing,

the, the hereditary cancer patients,

:

00:55:13,034 --> 00:55:16,604

all of those are welcome here and the

Confident Copy process can help you.

:

00:55:17,954 --> 00:55:19,784

Brenda said, confident copy

really shifted my mindset.

:

00:55:19,784 --> 00:55:22,724

Remember Brenda from earlier, from

feeling like I had to sell myself.

:

00:55:22,724 --> 00:55:26,234

She hated marketing to a place of this is

who I work with, this is who I can help.

:

00:55:26,234 --> 00:55:28,934

And I want to assist you on your

journey of getting your goals met.

:

00:55:29,654 --> 00:55:33,104

Erin said, getting full pay clients allows

me the flexibility to be a mom and a

:

00:55:33,104 --> 00:55:34,964

professional and feel like I'm in control.

:

00:55:35,294 --> 00:55:37,484

I don't worry about burnout

because the clients I'm getting

:

00:55:37,484 --> 00:55:38,864

are clients I want to work with.

:

00:55:38,954 --> 00:55:41,444

I'll be able to dial up or dial

down as needed based on what

:

00:55:41,444 --> 00:55:42,464

I've gained in the program.

:

00:55:43,424 --> 00:55:46,484

Or Savannah, she helped, she said it

helped me surpass barriers like niche

:

00:55:46,484 --> 00:55:50,264

anxiety, that FOMO we were talking about,

and having so much in my mind I could

:

00:55:50,264 --> 00:55:51,674

write that I don't know where to start.

:

00:55:52,304 --> 00:55:55,574

Cece has given me the tools, support

and stuff by step resources for what

:

00:55:55,574 --> 00:55:58,184

I certainly could have done on my

own, but would've dragged out one

:

00:55:58,184 --> 00:56:01,394

plus years and been significantly

more painful figuring out a loan.

:

00:56:02,054 --> 00:56:04,314

So my question is, will

you be next my friends?

:

00:56:05,534 --> 00:56:07,334

Now you can join us

inside of Confident Copy.

:

00:56:07,754 --> 00:56:08,834

Um, looks.

:

00:56:08,834 --> 00:56:09,074

Yep.

:

00:56:09,074 --> 00:56:10,184

Deidre, thanks for putting that.

:

00:56:10,184 --> 00:56:11,624

I was just gonna pop that into the chat.

:

00:56:11,624 --> 00:56:13,874

Looks like Monica's having trouble

getting things into the chat.

:

00:56:13,874 --> 00:56:14,264

That's fine.

:

00:56:14,264 --> 00:56:19,034

So let me put the link walker

strategy code.com/confident-copy.

:

00:56:20,534 --> 00:56:23,384

You're gonna enter the code

website to secure your bonus.

:

00:56:23,384 --> 00:56:26,174

Okay, so step one, you're

gonna go to that link.

:

00:56:26,504 --> 00:56:28,544

You're gonna hit the yellow

button at the top of the page.

:

00:56:28,814 --> 00:56:30,734

It's gonna bring you down

to the enrollment section.

:

00:56:30,734 --> 00:56:32,144

You're gonna click enroll now.

:

00:56:32,204 --> 00:56:33,044

That's step two.

:

00:56:33,554 --> 00:56:34,004

Okay?

:

00:56:34,694 --> 00:56:36,254

Step three, you'll

choose your payment plan.

:

00:56:36,254 --> 00:56:38,264

Like I said, we just added

that new extended payment plan.

:

00:56:38,264 --> 00:56:38,744

In there.

:

00:56:39,194 --> 00:56:41,084

Enter website to secure your bonus.

:

00:56:41,084 --> 00:56:42,464

That's gonna tell us in the back end.

:

00:56:42,614 --> 00:56:44,354

This is a workshop person.

:

00:56:44,354 --> 00:56:45,554

They get the, the conversion audit.

:

00:56:46,454 --> 00:56:50,324

Hit enroll now and then you're gonna

get immediate access to the curriculum.

:

00:56:50,894 --> 00:56:52,544

So you can start diving into the process.

:

00:56:52,544 --> 00:56:55,094

And then we're gonna have a

kickoff party September 8th.

:

00:56:55,334 --> 00:56:57,314

So you have a little bit of

time here to get settled.

:

00:56:57,374 --> 00:57:00,164

We'll let you have the Labor Day weekend

and then we'll dive in full force.

:

00:57:00,164 --> 00:57:02,804

Your, your 16 weeks, we'll

actually begin September 8th.

:

00:57:03,044 --> 00:57:05,714

So you've got a couple of bonus weeks

to start working through it before then.

:

00:57:05,924 --> 00:57:06,284

Okay?

:

00:57:06,794 --> 00:57:10,904

Now don't forget your exclusive conversion

audit bonus expires in 48 hours.

:

00:57:11,174 --> 00:57:15,104

So Thursday, 8 21, 2 days from now, I

will send you an email to remind you

:

00:57:15,734 --> 00:57:19,334

doors to this reopening in general and

the price increasing are gonna close

:

00:57:19,334 --> 00:57:21,974

for good next Wednesday, the 27th.

:

00:57:22,154 --> 00:57:22,544

Okay.

:

00:57:22,724 --> 00:57:24,794

So those are kind of your dates there.

:

00:57:25,214 --> 00:57:25,904

Alrighty.

:

00:57:27,044 --> 00:57:29,054

Got some good questions here

before we get into questions.

:

00:57:29,054 --> 00:57:31,094

And I'll hang out and answer

questions for as long as you want.

:

00:57:31,274 --> 00:57:32,414

Can we give some stuff away?

:

00:57:32,474 --> 00:57:33,854

Is that why some of us are still here?

:

00:57:34,214 --> 00:57:35,414

That is Akay if you are.

:

00:57:35,714 --> 00:57:36,194

Um.

:

00:57:36,794 --> 00:57:41,804

All right, we are giving off, giving away

:

00:57:41,804 --> 00:57:44,054

So that means that you enroll

in Confident Copy, and then

:

00:57:46,244 --> 00:57:48,164

this is normally worth $750.

:

00:57:48,164 --> 00:57:51,434

We'll review everything that you write for

you and then a free Squarespace template.

:

00:57:51,464 --> 00:57:51,884

Okay?

:

00:57:52,394 --> 00:57:52,664

All right.

:

00:57:52,664 --> 00:57:54,014

Monica's getting us our winners here.

:

00:57:56,294 --> 00:57:58,514

All hope.

:

00:57:58,844 --> 00:58:00,254

I don't know how to

say your last name, QI.

:

00:58:00,254 --> 00:58:01,514

I don't wanna say it wrong.

:

00:58:01,994 --> 00:58:06,524

We hope we, um, you are gonna

win our 50% off Confident copy.

:

00:58:16,184 --> 00:58:16,574

There we go.

:

00:58:16,574 --> 00:58:17,264

Hi, hope.

:

00:58:17,504 --> 00:58:17,804

Awesome.

:

00:58:17,804 --> 00:58:18,524

So happy for you.

00:58:30,974 --> 00:58:35,354

So Esperanza, send us an email

:

00:58:37,454 --> 00:58:38,114

Wonderful.

:

00:58:38,534 --> 00:58:39,344

All righty.

:

00:58:39,914 --> 00:58:44,234

:

00:58:57,164 --> 00:58:59,534

send that email there.

:

00:58:59,714 --> 00:59:02,954

If you are interested in enrolling in

Confident copy, I'm dropping that chat

:

00:59:02,984 --> 00:59:06,014

walker strategy co.com/confident-copy

:

00:59:06,044 --> 00:59:06,674

there.

:

00:59:07,064 --> 00:59:09,134

And then I've seen some questions here.

:

00:59:09,134 --> 00:59:12,104

Hopefully some of them are starting to

get answered, but let me come off of,

:

00:59:12,194 --> 00:59:16,844

uh, off a screen share and if you've

got a question and wanna stick around,

:

00:59:16,844 --> 00:59:18,434

I'll hang out as, as long as you'd like.

:

00:59:18,434 --> 00:59:19,844

So if you have questions

about Confident Copy.

:

00:59:20,819 --> 00:59:24,179

Please feel free to put them into

the chat if you are headed to a

:

00:59:24,179 --> 00:59:25,109

session or whatever that might be.

:

00:59:25,109 --> 00:59:26,429

Thank you for being here today.

:

00:59:26,729 --> 00:59:29,519

Like I said, if you walk away with

nothing else, I hope it is a deeper

:

00:59:29,519 --> 00:59:31,439

belief in your ability to be successful.

:

00:59:31,619 --> 00:59:35,549

Even now, I feel more confident

saying that than I have ever been.

:

00:59:35,789 --> 00:59:36,719

So thanks for being here today.

:

00:59:36,989 --> 00:59:37,559

Alrighty.

:

00:59:38,069 --> 00:59:41,969

The coupon code again is website, so

just all one word website and that will

:

00:59:41,969 --> 00:59:43,919

activate your bonus in the backend for us.

:

00:59:44,159 --> 00:59:45,629

I'm so glad this was

helpful for us, for you.

:

00:59:45,629 --> 00:59:48,689

Thanks for being here today, Melissa.

:

00:59:48,689 --> 00:59:49,139

Great question.

:

00:59:49,139 --> 00:59:51,899

Do you need to keep updating

copy once your website is up?

:

00:59:52,379 --> 00:59:53,219

That's a good question.

:

00:59:53,729 --> 00:59:58,649

Um, you know, websites aren't like, um,

site Today profiles where everyone's like,

:

00:59:58,649 --> 01:00:01,259

oh, go in and change a period or a comma

and it'll, you know, bring you back up

:

01:00:01,259 --> 01:00:02,399

to search results, that kind of thing.

:

01:00:02,729 --> 01:00:04,829

Um, so it's, it's yes and no.

:

01:00:05,009 --> 01:00:07,409

Um, I don't think your copy

is ever technically done.

:

01:00:08,129 --> 01:00:11,759

There are always, there's always room

to modify and evolve it, especially

:

01:00:11,759 --> 01:00:13,169

as you evolve as a clinician.

:

01:00:13,559 --> 01:00:16,259

So our hope and confident copy is

that you create some content you're

:

01:00:16,259 --> 01:00:18,509

feeling really good about, you

get it out there into the world.

:

01:00:18,539 --> 01:00:21,869

And then I recommend a practice

of reviewing one to two

:

01:00:21,869 --> 01:00:24,359

pages every quarter or so.

:

01:00:24,599 --> 01:00:27,419

Um, because you might learn more about

the women you love to work with and maybe

:

01:00:27,419 --> 01:00:28,919

need to modify that copy a little bit.

:

01:00:28,919 --> 01:00:33,179

Or maybe your approach to working with

couples has changed a little bit to keep

:

01:00:33,179 --> 01:00:37,919

that up to date more so about how you

work, less so about getting in there and

:

01:00:37,919 --> 01:00:41,069

updating things and that changing like

the algorithm or anything like that.

:

01:00:41,069 --> 01:00:41,909

So I hope that's helpful.

:

01:00:42,359 --> 01:00:43,049

Amy, good question.

:

01:00:43,049 --> 01:00:44,909

When will you be open

up Confident Copy Core?

:

01:00:44,909 --> 01:00:46,979

Again, we haven't locked that in yet.

:

01:00:47,039 --> 01:00:51,359

Um, we are thinking Confident Copy

Core may be available, um, after this.

:

01:00:51,659 --> 01:00:54,419

Um, but I don't have all of

the, all of that finalized yet.

:

01:00:54,419 --> 01:00:58,559

I do know Confident Copy Core will for

sure be available during our Black Friday

:

01:00:58,559 --> 01:00:59,969

sale, if you're wondering what that is.

:

01:00:59,969 --> 01:01:01,139

That's the DIY version.

:

01:01:01,139 --> 01:01:02,849

So Confident copy minus the coaching.

:

01:01:03,539 --> 01:01:04,829

But I don't have all the details on that.

:

01:01:05,459 --> 01:01:07,889

Um, Jessica is confident copy

group based or individual?

:

01:01:07,889 --> 01:01:08,879

Great question, Jessica.

:

01:01:08,879 --> 01:01:11,309

So we do confident copy

in a group container.

:

01:01:11,669 --> 01:01:13,619

Um, this is not a one-on-one program.

:

01:01:13,619 --> 01:01:16,229

The reason for that, and the reason

I actually feel really strongly about

:

01:01:16,229 --> 01:01:20,429

that is the amount you can learn

from seeing other people's copy and

:

01:01:20,429 --> 01:01:23,669

hearing other people be coached is

so much richer than if you and I

:

01:01:23,669 --> 01:01:25,049

were just sitting in a room together.

:

01:01:25,349 --> 01:01:27,179

Um, so you do get individual feedback.

:

01:01:27,209 --> 01:01:30,299

You ask a question, you're gonna get a

guaranteed answer within one business day.

:

01:01:30,569 --> 01:01:33,089

Uh, you submit your copy in

the copy review thread, you're

:

01:01:33,089 --> 01:01:35,609

gonna get a personalized

response feedback on your copy.

:

01:01:35,819 --> 01:01:37,439

So there are personalized elements.

:

01:01:37,589 --> 01:01:40,199

Um, I pride myself in

getting to know our students.

:

01:01:40,229 --> 01:01:43,319

Um, my hope is by a couple of

weeks in, I know your niche well.

:

01:01:43,559 --> 01:01:45,149

I hopefully I remember

where you're located.

:

01:01:45,149 --> 01:01:48,959

Sometimes I have to ask, but we really

do deeply get to know our, our students.

:

01:01:48,989 --> 01:01:50,999

Um, but it does take place

in a, in a group setting.

:

01:01:52,394 --> 01:01:53,234

Emily, great question.

:

01:01:53,234 --> 01:01:55,034

Does this also help

with writing blog posts?

:

01:01:55,214 --> 01:01:58,604

We don't have formal, um, parts

of the curriculum on blog posts.

:

01:01:58,604 --> 01:02:03,644

Emily, um, Callie, the ai, um, assistant,

however, could be a very helpful

:

01:02:03,644 --> 01:02:07,514

resource for that, especially after

she's trained on you as a clinician.

:

01:02:07,574 --> 01:02:09,824

Um, so while we don't have that

formally included in the curriculum,

:

01:02:09,824 --> 01:02:13,424

what you learn in Confident copy

should absolutely be able to inform

:

01:02:13,694 --> 01:02:16,094

the logging that you do so that you're

not just shouting into the void.

:

01:02:17,954 --> 01:02:21,764

Um, Amy, I don't have this time offer

website and strategy review for a fee.

:

01:02:21,764 --> 01:02:24,014

Like I mentioned, I don't

offer audits publicly.

:

01:02:24,104 --> 01:02:26,684

Um, should they become available,

I'll absolutely let y'all know.

:

01:02:26,954 --> 01:02:29,413

Um, right now it's just

exclusively within our program.

:

01:02:30,014 --> 01:02:32,024

Kristen, you'll absolutely

get all of these bonuses.

:

01:02:32,024 --> 01:02:32,474

Yes.

:

01:02:32,864 --> 01:02:37,124

As someone who Kristen jumped in

early last week, so welcome Susanna.

:

01:02:37,124 --> 01:02:37,694

I appreciate you.

:

01:02:37,694 --> 01:02:39,014

It's so good to see you, Michelle.

:

01:02:39,014 --> 01:02:39,494

Great question.

:

01:02:39,494 --> 01:02:40,874

What time and day are live calls?

:

01:02:41,234 --> 01:02:45,854

Um, our live calls in Confident Copy take

place on Thursdays at:

:

01:02:46,634 --> 01:02:47,534

They're one hour long.

:

01:02:48,044 --> 01:02:51,824

I encourage you, even if you're

busy on Thursdays:

:

01:02:51,824 --> 01:02:53,504

Eastern, to not let that stop you.

:

01:02:53,804 --> 01:02:57,944

Um, I have had students go through this

program and I never actually met them.

:

01:02:58,034 --> 01:03:00,974

They weren't able to be on the calls,

but they submitted their copy for review.

:

01:03:01,094 --> 01:03:02,594

They were engaged in the Facebook group.

:

01:03:02,594 --> 01:03:05,504

They watched the replay at another

time, and they were able, they were

:

01:03:05,504 --> 01:03:08,714

still able to get a lot from, you know,

incredible things from the program.

:

01:03:08,924 --> 01:03:12,224

We do offer ways to pre-submit questions

if you're not gonna be able to be there

:

01:03:12,224 --> 01:03:16,274

live, and you never have to be on a

call live to qualify for copy review.

:

01:03:17,444 --> 01:03:18,404

Kate, I'm so glad you're leaving.

:

01:03:18,404 --> 01:03:18,854

Inspired.

:

01:03:18,854 --> 01:03:23,144

That's exactly what I wanted, Christina,

we'll see you inside, uh, in ball.

:

01:03:23,144 --> 01:03:24,404

I hope I'm saying your name correctly.

:

01:03:24,404 --> 01:03:27,974

So, my, our services you offer,

you ask if they cover OTs,

:

01:03:27,979 --> 01:03:28,754

SLPs, mainly mental health.

:

01:03:28,754 --> 01:03:29,294

Great question.

:

01:03:29,294 --> 01:03:30,314

I'm glad you're asking that.

:

01:03:30,644 --> 01:03:35,294

While we have had folks in

other, um, therapy professions,

:

01:03:35,413 --> 01:03:39,404

um, use our resources, they are

particularly tailored to, uh, the

:

01:03:39,404 --> 01:03:40,994

therapy and mental health space.

:

01:03:41,264 --> 01:03:44,234

Um, if you are looking for guidance

in these industries, you're

:

01:03:44,234 --> 01:03:45,374

welcome to send us an email.

:

01:03:45,374 --> 01:03:48,464

I do know of a couple people on kind of,

you know, in, in those other industries

:

01:03:48,464 --> 01:03:49,634

that I might be able to point you to.

:

01:03:49,904 --> 01:03:51,524

Um, but I would encourage you

to find someone who deeply

:

01:03:51,524 --> 01:03:52,694

specializes in what you do.

:

01:03:52,694 --> 01:03:56,774

So you can get the, the, uh, you know,

kind of best, best guidance possible.

:

01:03:57,044 --> 01:04:02,324

Uh, Gerardo, if you have, um, questions,

uh, if you want more feedback, if you

:

01:04:02,324 --> 01:04:05,774

wanna know if this is right for you,

you're welcome to send me a DM on Facebook

:

01:04:05,774 --> 01:04:07,694

or Instagram at Walker Strategy Co.

:

01:04:07,874 --> 01:04:11,264

Or you can send us an email

hello at Walker Strategy Co.

:

01:04:11,474 --> 01:04:13,663

Uh, and I would be happy to,

to dive into that with you.

:

01:04:14,519 --> 01:04:16,169

Awesome, Gail, so glad

this was helpful for you.

:

01:04:17,339 --> 01:04:17,788

Lisa.

:

01:04:17,788 --> 01:04:20,159

Does Confident copy include

any guarantees for increasing

:

01:04:20,159 --> 01:04:21,538

client traffic and conversions?

:

01:04:21,689 --> 01:04:23,909

Lisa, we don't offer a

guarantee with our program.

:

01:04:24,209 --> 01:04:28,769

Um, I haven't found a way to do that

in integrity because there are so many

:

01:04:28,769 --> 01:04:33,569

factors that relate to your success,

um, in in what you do in Confident Copy.

:

01:04:33,569 --> 01:04:38,038

So while I do guarantee to, you

know, I, I, um, commit to meeting

:

01:04:38,038 --> 01:04:39,779

you in every way that I possibly can.

:

01:04:39,779 --> 01:04:43,229

When it comes to improving your copy

and getting that live, there are a lot

:

01:04:43,229 --> 01:04:46,739

of factors as far as what happens after

Confident Copy that will impact your,

:

01:04:46,799 --> 01:04:48,929

your traffic and your conversions.

:

01:04:48,929 --> 01:04:53,309

Now, what I have done in that final module

of Confident Copy that I mentioned, we

:

01:04:53,309 --> 01:04:57,749

have revamped as part of this reopening

is designed to give you that clear

:

01:04:57,749 --> 01:05:00,479

plan so that you're not just leaving

confident copy and being like, cool

:

01:05:00,479 --> 01:05:02,609

Anna, I've spent 16 weeks writing copy.

:

01:05:02,609 --> 01:05:03,989

What the heck do I do next?

:

01:05:04,259 --> 01:05:07,469

This is designed to give you that plan so

you actually start to see the needle move.

:

01:05:07,559 --> 01:05:08,249

Absolutely.

:

01:05:09,254 --> 01:05:11,384

Taylor, what is the main

difference in Confident Copy

:

01:05:11,384 --> 01:05:12,554

and fill your Practice formula?

:

01:05:12,854 --> 01:05:14,594

I love that you're asking that

if you're not familiar with

:

01:05:14,594 --> 01:05:15,494

Fill Your Practice Formula.

:

01:05:15,494 --> 01:05:19,124

That is my program that I released

way back in:

:

01:05:19,274 --> 01:05:22,904

hundreds actually over a thousand

therapists, very, very well.

:

01:05:22,904 --> 01:05:24,494

And I a hundred percent stand by it.

:

01:05:24,794 --> 01:05:29,564

That said, um, con what I've seen change

in the market, you know, I was talking

:

01:05:29,564 --> 01:05:32,354

about the kind of the fill in the blank

templates and things like that, the sea of

:

01:05:32,354 --> 01:05:34,244

sameness, your clients are wading through.

:

01:05:34,454 --> 01:05:39,074

I'm seeing the need for clinicians to

differentiate themselves a bit more and

:

01:05:39,074 --> 01:05:41,474

while the fill in the blank templates

and fill your practice formula are

:

01:05:41,474 --> 01:05:44,413

absolutely great, especially if you need

something, getting out there quickly,

:

01:05:44,744 --> 01:05:48,224

standing out in this market, I think

does require some more differentiation.

:

01:05:48,734 --> 01:05:50,413

So that's where the

curriculum is a bit different.

:

01:05:50,413 --> 01:05:52,724

And then of course, confident Copy

also includes all of the coaching

:

01:05:52,934 --> 01:05:56,204

feedback and support That Failure

Practice Formula doesn't as a, as

:

01:05:56,204 --> 01:05:58,034

a self-study kind of DIY course.

:

01:05:58,184 --> 01:05:58,454

So.

:

01:05:59,174 --> 01:05:59,774

Awesome.

:

01:05:59,774 --> 01:06:00,614

All right.

:

01:06:02,579 --> 01:06:04,619

Um, Zev, I hope I'm saying

that name correctly.

:

01:06:04,619 --> 01:06:06,959

I wanna promote my therapy practice,

but I'm also an author and speaker

:

01:06:06,959 --> 01:06:09,119

can cc help me create a website

that includes all of these.

:

01:06:09,119 --> 01:06:10,589

So I don't need to

create multiple websites.

:

01:06:11,189 --> 01:06:15,359

Yes, I would actually recommend

until the writing and speaking

:

01:06:15,359 --> 01:06:19,139

is like safely its own brand to

actually keep those under one roof.

:

01:06:19,649 --> 01:06:24,119

The curriculum will not explicitly

go through promoting yourself

:

01:06:24,119 --> 01:06:24,959

as an author and speaker.

:

01:06:24,959 --> 01:06:27,179

Since obviously marketing those

is gonna be a lot different.

:

01:06:27,719 --> 01:06:31,499

But you could absolutely use the framework

of Confident Copy to still create kind

:

01:06:31,499 --> 01:06:35,219

of a home for yourself that allows you

to also have that content on the site.

:

01:06:35,579 --> 01:06:39,869

Um, we do also have a speaking and

workshops, um, add-on page for our

:

01:06:39,869 --> 01:06:43,288

Squarespace templates that shows

kind of my recommended framework

:

01:06:43,288 --> 01:06:44,819

for promoting speaking services.

:

01:06:44,819 --> 01:06:46,379

That could be a great

addition to your website.

:

01:06:47,729 --> 01:06:47,969

Let's see.

:

01:06:47,969 --> 01:06:50,819

April, do you recommend pursuing

specialized training such as E-M-D-R-F-S

:

01:06:50,819 --> 01:06:53,609

to have positioned myself as an expert

in approaches that clients often request?

:

01:06:54,344 --> 01:06:55,154

That's a great question.

:

01:06:55,154 --> 01:06:57,254

April, uh, do I think it's required?

:

01:06:57,284 --> 01:06:57,854

No.

:

01:06:58,094 --> 01:07:02,354

Do I think in a world where clients are

more psycho savvy than they've ever been?

:

01:07:02,413 --> 01:07:03,104

Yes.

:

01:07:03,374 --> 01:07:05,924

And so I think it's about sort

of weighing those two things.

:

01:07:05,924 --> 01:07:08,774

I don't think you should ever

pursue a training in the name of

:

01:07:08,774 --> 01:07:12,764

marketing yourself, um, because I

think that we can effectively market

:

01:07:12,764 --> 01:07:14,684

you without those certifications.

:

01:07:14,684 --> 01:07:19,004

But I think that we're gonna continue

to see clients coming in asking for

:

01:07:19,004 --> 01:07:23,084

particular modalities, intensives, things

like that, in ways they didn't used to.

:

01:07:23,144 --> 01:07:26,564

Um, and that's why we added in the

methods and the intensives pages,

:

01:07:26,624 --> 01:07:29,384

um, and workbooks into the program so

that you can't start marketing those.

:

01:07:29,384 --> 01:07:30,974

So kind of a both and there.

:

01:07:31,964 --> 01:07:33,074

Ruth, how large are the classes?

:

01:07:33,074 --> 01:07:33,884

Great question, Ruth.

:

01:07:34,184 --> 01:07:35,654

The size of Confident copy varies.

:

01:07:35,654 --> 01:07:38,054

Obviously as part of this

promotion, we will have a, a,

:

01:07:38,059 --> 01:07:39,434

a larger number join at once.

:

01:07:39,734 --> 01:07:41,534

Um, so our calls can range from.

:

01:07:42,209 --> 01:07:45,239

Like 20 to 35 people on a call.

:

01:07:45,299 --> 01:07:49,259

Um, it, I can't remember any time

in recent history in Confident Copy

:

01:07:49,259 --> 01:07:52,259

is almost four years old that I

haven't gotten to every person who

:

01:07:52,259 --> 01:07:54,239

raised their hands, um, on a call.

:

01:07:54,239 --> 01:07:57,239

So, um, the, the calls are large

enough that you're gonna hear

:

01:07:57,239 --> 01:07:59,309

other people and their questions.

:

01:07:59,309 --> 01:08:01,919

You can interact in the chat, but

hopefully also small enough that

:

01:08:01,919 --> 01:08:04,288

I can answer your, your questions

in a personalized way as well.

:

01:08:05,519 --> 01:08:07,169

Um, let's see.

:

01:08:07,169 --> 01:08:09,719

Jessica said, I'm specialized in

couples therapy, but I'm a Bipoc

:

01:08:09,719 --> 01:08:12,479

Spanish speaker therapist, one of few

in my area and a Christian therapist.

:

01:08:12,479 --> 01:08:13,079

Wonderful.

:

01:08:13,529 --> 01:08:15,779

When there's so many components,

can things get lost When

:

01:08:15,779 --> 01:08:16,738

narrowing down the niche?

:

01:08:18,749 --> 01:08:20,939

I'm not worried about,

about losing anything there.

:

01:08:20,939 --> 01:08:23,639

Jessica, I see a lot of

really cool potential for you.

:

01:08:23,639 --> 01:08:27,389

We recently had a Bipoc and Spanish

speaker come through, um, confident

:

01:08:27,389 --> 01:08:31,139

copy and just develop some incredible

content and then kind of the, the

:

01:08:31,139 --> 01:08:32,399

addition of the Christian piece.

:

01:08:32,549 --> 01:08:33,809

I don't, I don't see that as an issue.

:

01:08:33,809 --> 01:08:36,288

I see that as a strength and some really

cool differentiators for you right now.

:

01:08:37,453 --> 01:08:38,894

Lynette, what are my

thoughts on Google Ads?

:

01:08:39,104 --> 01:08:39,823

I love 'em.

:

01:08:39,854 --> 01:08:42,104

I think they're a really

powerful strategy when done well.

:

01:08:42,163 --> 01:08:45,193

There's actually a whole lesson on them

in that final module of Confident Copy

:

01:08:45,524 --> 01:08:48,404

arming you with some of the info and

also some of my favorite referrals.

:

01:08:48,434 --> 01:08:50,594

Uh, if you decide to go that route,

I think they're really powerful.

:

01:08:51,554 --> 01:08:54,524

Um, Naomi, I purchased one of your awesome

websites and Failure Practice formula.

:

01:08:54,554 --> 01:08:55,033

Wonderful.

:

01:08:55,033 --> 01:08:56,203

Still need to help with SEO.

:

01:08:56,203 --> 01:08:57,434

Do I have resources for that?

:

01:08:58,124 --> 01:08:58,544

At this time?

:

01:08:58,544 --> 01:09:01,154

I don't have any standalone

SEO resources, but we do have

:

01:09:01,184 --> 01:09:02,564

certainly referrals for them.

:

01:09:02,863 --> 01:09:06,044

Um, so if you're interested in some SEO

referrals, you're welcome to contact us.

:

01:09:07,604 --> 01:09:08,113

Emily.

:

01:09:08,264 --> 01:09:12,104

Um, this all expires by next Wednesday,

so you're clarifying that question.

:

01:09:12,134 --> 01:09:15,254

Um, so the, the conversion audit is

good for 48 hours, but then all of the

:

01:09:15,254 --> 01:09:17,054

bonuses and this discount again Yes.

:

01:09:17,054 --> 01:09:17,294

Good.

:

01:09:17,294 --> 01:09:19,094

Through next Wednesday the 27th.

:

01:09:19,663 --> 01:09:22,514

As far as closed group through Open

Group, I think I understand what you mean.

:

01:09:23,038 --> 01:09:27,809

That is, um, confident copy

will continue to be open and so

:

01:09:27,839 --> 01:09:29,189

you're gonna join Confident Copy.

:

01:09:29,189 --> 01:09:32,219

And there's some people, like I have

lot active active students right now,

:

01:09:32,219 --> 01:09:35,459

so that means you get to dive in and I'm

gonna answer your questions and you're

:

01:09:35,459 --> 01:09:39,328

gonna get to see people's copy in the

very first week, and then you might

:

01:09:39,328 --> 01:09:41,158

be in week four and someone will join.

:

01:09:41,279 --> 01:09:45,059

Um, we have kept it that way, kind of that

rolling enrollment because we find that

:

01:09:45,059 --> 01:09:48,899

people get a lot out of getting to see

people at different stages of the program.

:

01:09:49,078 --> 01:09:51,419

So you get to be supported

by people further along.

:

01:09:51,568 --> 01:09:54,839

You get to be inspired by what you're

seeing from them, and it becomes kind

:

01:09:54,839 --> 01:09:57,869

of a really symbiotic, uh, relationship

where you get to support one another.

:

01:09:59,909 --> 01:10:01,529

Um, excellent.

:

01:10:02,909 --> 01:10:03,209

Tara.

:

01:10:03,209 --> 01:10:06,659

The free conversion website

is, um, website audit is expl,

:

01:10:06,689 --> 01:10:08,789

is explicit to Confident Copy.

:

01:10:08,879 --> 01:10:11,429

If you are a Confident Copy alumni,

that is something that I've been

:

01:10:11,429 --> 01:10:14,489

noodling on, um, as far as making

that available to you guys.

:

01:10:14,489 --> 01:10:16,019

So let me keep, keep, uh.

:

01:10:16,424 --> 01:10:19,784

Thinking on that, and I'll let you

know in the group, um, Alex, the price

:

01:10:19,784 --> 01:10:24,193

of confident copies were $200 off our

normal price for, so it'll be:

:

01:10:26,624 --> 01:10:27,284

Um, let's see.

:

01:10:27,284 --> 01:10:28,784

Katya asked about Psych today.

:

01:10:28,784 --> 01:10:31,214

Does it really matter in getting

more referrals from Psych today?

:

01:10:31,634 --> 01:10:32,294

That's the thing.

:

01:10:32,354 --> 01:10:34,334

Does Confident Co or I'm sorry,

does Confident Copy, does Psych

:

01:10:34,334 --> 01:10:35,834

Today work the way that used to?

:

01:10:35,954 --> 01:10:37,454

No, it doesn't.

:

01:10:37,634 --> 01:10:38,774

I remember the glory days.

:

01:10:38,774 --> 01:10:42,074

We would update a profile and I would

get a message from the clinician the next

:

01:10:42,074 --> 01:10:43,784

day that they got four clients overnight.

:

01:10:44,204 --> 01:10:45,674

The glory days are no longer.

:

01:10:46,034 --> 01:10:51,374

Um, that said, if I can get you, you

know, if you can get one or two full fee

:

01:10:51,374 --> 01:10:57,134

clients from Psych today a year, we are

more than, you know, positive ROI there.

:

01:10:57,644 --> 01:10:59,144

And so I think it's a worthwhile strategy.

:

01:10:59,144 --> 01:11:01,244

It increases your marketing

footprint a bit more.

:

01:11:01,334 --> 01:11:04,244

We know clients are there, and

again, if we can have just one or

:

01:11:04,244 --> 01:11:05,354

two clients a year, it's positive.

:

01:11:05,354 --> 01:11:05,654

ROI.

:

01:11:06,134 --> 01:11:07,004

So it's not critical.

:

01:11:07,004 --> 01:11:09,193

If you have strong feelings about

psych today, you don't wanna do it.

:

01:11:09,314 --> 01:11:11,724

Is it gonna like a hundred percent

fill your caseload either way?

:

01:11:11,924 --> 01:11:12,434

No.

:

01:11:12,584 --> 01:11:14,954

Is it low hanging fruit that I

think is worth taking advantage of?

:

01:11:14,984 --> 01:11:15,284

Yes.

:

01:11:17,099 --> 01:11:17,789

Um, let's see.

:

01:11:17,789 --> 01:11:20,969

Carissa said, with your experience, how

many marketing websites should I have?

:

01:11:20,969 --> 01:11:22,499

I'm currently on Psych

today, and a couple others.

:

01:11:22,529 --> 01:11:24,629

Oh, as far as like other

directories that you're on?

:

01:11:25,289 --> 01:11:26,489

Um, another good question.

:

01:11:26,489 --> 01:11:29,249

I have an entire lesson on that

in our new revamped marketing,

:

01:11:29,279 --> 01:11:30,959

um, planning module as well.

:

01:11:31,859 --> 01:11:36,839

Um, my short answer is Psych

Today is the best general profile,

:

01:11:36,839 --> 01:11:38,039

I'm sorry, directory out there.

:

01:11:38,039 --> 01:11:40,619

And then I do recommend a niche

specific directories if, if

:

01:11:40,619 --> 01:11:41,849

you have some relevant ones.

:

01:11:42,389 --> 01:11:42,719

Yeah.

:

01:11:43,169 --> 01:11:43,499

Alex?

:

01:11:43,499 --> 01:11:43,679

Yes.

:

01:11:43,679 --> 01:11:44,519

This is recorded.

:

01:11:45,059 --> 01:11:46,859

Aaron, when does Confident Copy start?

:

01:11:47,099 --> 01:11:49,409

Um, so if you join as part of

this promotion, you're gonna get

:

01:11:49,409 --> 01:11:50,579

immediate access to the curriculum.

:

01:11:50,579 --> 01:11:53,189

So start diving in, go through

the trainings, you know, get

:

01:11:53,189 --> 01:11:56,159

your feet wet, and then you'll

actually begin your 16 weeks.

:

01:11:56,189 --> 01:11:59,609

Um, you'll join the Facebook group, we'll

have our kickoff party on September 8th,

:

01:11:59,729 --> 01:12:01,349

and that's when your 16 weeks start.

:

01:12:01,559 --> 01:12:05,009

So you have a couple of bonus weeks here

to get oriented, and then your 16 weeks

:

01:12:05,009 --> 01:12:08,279

begins September 8th, and you'll graduate

right there at the end of December.

:

01:12:10,409 --> 01:12:10,949

Um, let's see.

:

01:12:10,949 --> 01:12:13,139

Emily said I have a separate

LLC that's a coaching business

:

01:12:13,139 --> 01:12:15,899

with a similar niche, but I will

eventually have a course coming out.

:

01:12:15,989 --> 01:12:18,449

Will this help me talk about both

coaching and therapy in one website?

:

01:12:18,899 --> 01:12:19,619

Good question, Emily.

:

01:12:19,619 --> 01:12:22,199

We have absolutely had people

come through Confident Copy who

:

01:12:22,199 --> 01:12:26,369

also provide coaching services

and can it It can absolutely work.

:

01:12:26,369 --> 01:12:30,269

The caveat I will give you is that

marketing Coaching services is

:

01:12:30,269 --> 01:12:33,179

different than marketing therapy

services and Confident Copy is

:

01:12:33,179 --> 01:12:35,369

specifically tailored to the clinical.

:

01:12:35,609 --> 01:12:39,539

So while you could adapt confident

copy to coaching, it is not, uh, to

:

01:12:39,539 --> 01:12:41,309

me it's not a a one-to-one match.

:

01:12:41,339 --> 01:12:43,469

Um, I think that the way you're

gonna market coaching is gonna

:

01:12:43,469 --> 01:12:44,609

look different than clinical.

:

01:12:44,609 --> 01:12:47,939

And so Confident Copy is really

our zone of Genius is specifically

:

01:12:47,939 --> 01:12:50,759

in the clinical, um, Silvana.

:

01:12:50,759 --> 01:12:53,489

What website program do we get

with Confident Copy Plus Square

:

01:12:53,489 --> 01:12:54,599

or Squarespace or WordPress?

:

01:12:54,599 --> 01:12:55,499

We build on Squarespace.

:

01:12:55,499 --> 01:12:59,099

Silvana, and again, we'll, we'll,

uh, launch and design that for you.

:

01:12:59,189 --> 01:13:00,659

Move over your domain if you've got one.

:

01:13:00,659 --> 01:13:01,839

Do everything you need

to do to get that live.

:

01:13:03,179 --> 01:13:03,779

Excellent.

:

01:13:03,809 --> 01:13:04,829

I'm glad I pronounced your name right.

:

01:13:05,729 --> 01:13:06,719

All right.

:

01:13:07,199 --> 01:13:07,649

Let's see.

:

01:13:07,649 --> 01:13:10,709

Trying to get all our

questions here, Amanda.

:

01:13:10,774 --> 01:13:13,469

I, I mentioned how many people

are, are in confident copy at once.

:

01:13:14,159 --> 01:13:16,889

These, these promotion periods

are, are a little bit variable.

:

01:13:16,889 --> 01:13:20,039

We've had as few as 30 and as many as 60.

:

01:13:20,309 --> 01:13:24,299

Um, so that's, who knows

right around there.

:

01:13:24,449 --> 01:13:27,239

Um, but like I mentioned, we really

pride ourselves on getting to know our,

:

01:13:27,239 --> 01:13:30,059

our students well, um, and making sure

that your questions get answered and

:

01:13:30,059 --> 01:13:33,329

also that you feel well supported by

not just us, but the other community.

:

01:13:35,489 --> 01:13:35,909

Um, let's see.

:

01:13:35,909 --> 01:13:38,309

So Vonda does the Confident

Copy plus include SEO.

:

01:13:38,459 --> 01:13:42,389

Um, so we are gonna implement all of

the SEO, um, metadata that you create

:

01:13:42,389 --> 01:13:43,679

in Confident Copy into the site.

:

01:13:43,679 --> 01:13:46,318

We'll put those into the backend,

and then we have resources in

:

01:13:46,318 --> 01:13:47,429

the Confident Copy curriculum.

:

01:13:47,429 --> 01:13:50,999

So plus or not on making sure that

your website is indexed with Google,

:

01:13:50,999 --> 01:13:52,589

there's an entire mini course on that.

:

01:13:52,859 --> 01:13:54,449

Um, and make sure that

you're getting out there.

:

01:13:54,479 --> 01:13:57,844

Uh, we even have an SEO Kickstarter

bonus in the, the last module as well.

:

01:14:00,284 --> 01:14:02,054

Uh, Jessica, if we buy the

program now, can we use the

:

01:14:02,054 --> 01:14:03,224

program, say a year from now?

:

01:14:03,344 --> 01:14:05,414

So, Jessica, you get lifetime

access to the curriculum.

:

01:14:05,534 --> 01:14:08,474

Um, we know we have, we had an

alumni on this who, uh, joined

:

01:14:08,474 --> 01:14:09,674

the program three years ago.

:

01:14:09,884 --> 01:14:14,024

Um, she has lifetime access, and that

means a access to any of the updates.

:

01:14:14,024 --> 01:14:17,744

So Callie, the assistant that I just

released, uh, everyone that's ever joined

:

01:14:17,744 --> 01:14:19,244

Confident Copy now has access to her.

:

01:14:19,394 --> 01:14:22,904

So, excuse me, I absolutely want you to

come back to the program and revisit it.

:

01:14:22,904 --> 01:14:26,564

And I hear often from clinicians

that they do, um, the 16 weeks

:

01:14:26,564 --> 01:14:30,464

of live support, however, is that

September 8th to December 29th window?

:

01:14:31,424 --> 01:14:31,724

Yeah.

:

01:14:32,294 --> 01:14:33,164

All right.

:

01:14:34,214 --> 01:14:36,344

So is the e asks, so what

is the program each week?

:

01:14:36,344 --> 01:14:38,744

Is it the live call and some

structural video to watch each week?

:

01:14:38,774 --> 01:14:39,674

Each week or guidebook?

:

01:14:39,674 --> 01:14:42,284

What guidance is there so you know

what to do in between live calls?

:

01:14:42,734 --> 01:14:43,094

Okay.

:

01:14:43,124 --> 01:14:44,443

Sounds like you got, got what you needed.

:

01:14:44,443 --> 01:14:45,344

Calls are every Thursday.

:

01:14:45,344 --> 01:14:46,034

That's correct.

:

01:14:46,034 --> 01:14:46,574

Speaker 2: Mm-hmm.

:

01:14:49,289 --> 01:14:51,479

Speaker: Kelsey, you said you purchased

a few years ago, didn't use the

:

01:14:51,479 --> 01:14:54,419

coaching support needing to revamp and

update your website and need coaching.

:

01:14:54,419 --> 01:14:54,869

Now.

:

01:14:55,169 --> 01:14:58,079

If you have joined Confident Copy in

the past, or if you join now and then in

:

01:14:58,079 --> 01:15:01,769

the future you decide you want support,

jump into CC Extended, which is a month

:

01:15:01,769 --> 01:15:05,339

to month extension or reinstatement

of the live components of the program.

:

01:15:05,609 --> 01:15:09,239

Um, so I had a clinician come in earlier

this year who was part of Confident

:

01:15:09,239 --> 01:15:11,849

Copy two years ago, and then she was

writing some new specialty pages.

:

01:15:11,849 --> 01:15:14,909

I think she was in for three

months, got what she needed, left

:

01:15:14,909 --> 01:15:17,579

confident, copy extended, um,

and can, can come back anytime.

:

01:15:17,579 --> 01:15:18,479

So that's a great option.

:

01:15:20,369 --> 01:15:21,269

Awesome.

:

01:15:22,499 --> 01:15:23,219

Excellent.

:

01:15:23,219 --> 01:15:25,799

Can you share a snippet of how you got

into marketing for therapist Meredith?

:

01:15:26,159 --> 01:15:27,029

How long do you have?

:

01:15:27,059 --> 01:15:27,599

I'm just kidding.

:

01:15:27,869 --> 01:15:30,689

Um, so Meredith, I am a career marketer.

:

01:15:30,689 --> 01:15:31,919

That's what my background is in.

:

01:15:31,919 --> 01:15:35,909

And about six years, six and a

half years ago, um, I was in an

:

01:15:35,909 --> 01:15:38,969

agency where I was just kind of

helping rich people get richer.

:

01:15:38,969 --> 01:15:41,039

There wasn't anything super, um.

:

01:15:41,684 --> 01:15:45,193

Exciting or, or, uh,

life-giving about that work.

:

01:15:45,224 --> 01:15:48,434

And it was while I was looking for a

therapist myself here in Nashville.

:

01:15:48,794 --> 01:15:50,864

Um, I'm the product I say of good therapy.

:

01:15:50,924 --> 01:15:54,044

Uh, I've been to multiple therapists

at important stages in my life,

:

01:15:54,044 --> 01:15:56,234

I believe so deeply in this work.

:

01:15:56,624 --> 01:15:59,804

And it was while I was looking for a

therapist myself that I realized I might,

:

01:15:59,894 --> 01:16:01,754

I might be able to help these guys.

:

01:16:02,414 --> 01:16:04,034

Um, so I spent about six months.

:

01:16:04,364 --> 01:16:07,514

I knew some clinicians who I'd gone to

school with who went on to be licensed.

:

01:16:07,724 --> 01:16:11,144

Um, a lot of, so I, I

interviewed them, I read things.

:

01:16:11,144 --> 01:16:14,414

I started to develop kind of a point of

view, um, because obviously marketing

:

01:16:14,414 --> 01:16:16,934

therapy is a whole lot different

than marketing the software that

:

01:16:16,934 --> 01:16:20,684

I was helping market previously or

really any other service or product.

:

01:16:20,984 --> 01:16:23,744

So I've really spent some time kind

of crafting that point of view.

:

01:16:24,434 --> 01:16:28,754

And then, um, right around like,

yeah, six and Change six years

:

01:16:28,754 --> 01:16:31,994

ago in Change, I started writing

copy specifically for therapists.

:

01:16:31,994 --> 01:16:34,424

That was my bread and butter for a while.

:

01:16:34,514 --> 01:16:37,124

Um, and then since then I

launched Failure Practice Formula.

:

01:16:37,154 --> 01:16:39,884

We launched our templates

Confident Copy, um, we continue

:

01:16:39,884 --> 01:16:41,294

to do done for You services.

:

01:16:41,294 --> 01:16:42,644

So it's, it's really grown from there.

:

01:16:42,644 --> 01:16:45,134

So, uh, thank you for that question.

:

01:16:45,734 --> 01:16:47,234

Uh, let's see.

:

01:16:49,124 --> 01:16:52,844

Uh, Jessica, as far as, um, a timeline

for refunds, if you join Confident

:

01:16:52,844 --> 01:16:57,404

Copy and within 30 days you complete

the four weeks of the curriculum

:

01:16:57,404 --> 01:17:00,134

and decide it's not the right fit

for you, we will refund your buddy,

:

01:17:01,844 --> 01:17:04,724

um, voa the copy and website design.

:

01:17:04,724 --> 01:17:08,714

So Confident Copy Plus is typically,

uh, 6,000 59 97, and we're

:

01:17:08,714 --> 01:17:10,964

offering $600 off as part of that.

:

01:17:11,264 --> 01:17:15,674

Um, the $4,000 number that I offer during

the presentation, if you hire us to write

:

01:17:15,674 --> 01:17:19,214

your copy for you, rather than going

through Confident copy, uh, that's 4,000.

:

01:17:20,489 --> 01:17:21,148

Awesome, Amanda.

:

01:17:21,148 --> 01:17:23,398

Excited to work with you, Gail.

:

01:17:23,669 --> 01:17:24,389

I'm so happy you're here.

:

01:17:24,389 --> 01:17:26,099

Gail, I so enjoyed

coaching you on your niche.

:

01:17:26,969 --> 01:17:29,068

Um, Meg said I'm about to

move from Hawaii to Virginia.

:

01:17:29,068 --> 01:17:31,648

I'd like to start but worried about being

able to devote the, uh, time and energy.

:

01:17:31,648 --> 01:17:32,429

Any recommendations?

:

01:17:32,669 --> 01:17:32,879

Yeah.

:

01:17:32,879 --> 01:17:35,759

Meg, I, you, you need to

honor your time and energy.

:

01:17:35,759 --> 01:17:36,329

No doubt.

:

01:17:36,779 --> 01:17:38,099

Um, I think it depends.

:

01:17:38,099 --> 01:17:41,068

I mean, moving is a big, big deal,

especially from Hawaii to Virginia.

:

01:17:41,068 --> 01:17:43,949

So I think it just matters how, how much

time you feel like you can set aside.

:

01:17:44,249 --> 01:17:47,849

Uh, when we look at, uh, what

people spend as far as time goes

:

01:17:47,849 --> 01:17:50,818

on, confident copy, it's typically

about two to five hours a week.

:

01:17:51,148 --> 01:17:54,509

Um, that said, we do include those

rest and realignment weeks, um, so

:

01:17:54,509 --> 01:17:57,809

that you do have kind of some buffer

time built into your experience.

:

01:17:58,259 --> 01:17:59,818

Um, and then you have the lifetime access.

:

01:17:59,879 --> 01:18:03,599

Um, I've absolutely had people that due

to life circumstances, are they done

:

01:18:03,599 --> 01:18:05,639

with their copy by the day they graduate?

:

01:18:05,699 --> 01:18:06,269

No.

:

01:18:06,389 --> 01:18:09,929

But have they made great progress,

engaged with the group, been involved,

:

01:18:09,929 --> 01:18:14,009

and then either go on to use CC extended

or just go into the alumni community

:

01:18:14,009 --> 01:18:16,559

and then revisit the curriculum

that they have lifetime access to?

:

01:18:16,769 --> 01:18:17,099

Yeah.

:

01:18:17,159 --> 01:18:18,898

And they've, they've continued

to get great results.

:

01:18:18,898 --> 01:18:20,969

So I don't have a straight answer for you.

:

01:18:20,969 --> 01:18:23,789

I encourage you to think on what

makes the most sense for you, but if

:

01:18:23,789 --> 01:18:26,639

you feel like you do have the margin

to engage, um, we would, we would

:

01:18:26,639 --> 01:18:27,929

certainly love to, to invite you in.

:

01:18:27,929 --> 01:18:28,169

So.

:

01:18:29,159 --> 01:18:29,729

All righty.

:

01:18:29,849 --> 01:18:31,889

Look, I made it to the end

of, of all the questions.

:

01:18:31,889 --> 01:18:32,939

Thanks for being here today.

:

01:18:33,299 --> 01:18:36,898

Um, absolutely Marisol, if you'd

like to send some more questions,

:

01:18:37,199 --> 01:18:40,019

hello@walkerstrategyco.com.

:

01:18:40,799 --> 01:18:42,479

Um, my team member manages that.

:

01:18:42,539 --> 01:18:45,509

Uh, but if it's a question I need to

answer, you'll hear directly from me.

:

01:18:45,809 --> 01:18:48,148

Um, I'm so happy you guys were here

today, and like I said, if nothing else,

:

01:18:48,148 --> 01:18:50,759

I hope you're leaving with more belief

in the work that you do, and if you

:

01:18:50,759 --> 01:18:52,739

decide confident, copy is the right move.

:

01:18:53,459 --> 01:18:55,079

I can't wait to meet you

and I'll see you inside.

:

01:18:55,889 --> 01:18:56,339

Thanks everyone.
