Allison Dubois:

well, Tom, welcome back.

Tom McMullen:

Glad to be back.

Allison Dubois:

Take three.

Allison Dubois:

What's going on in our crazy world?

Tom McMullen:

What's that?

Tom McMullen:

That's crazy, isn't it?

Allison Dubois:

Yeah.

Tom McMullen:

Well, we're in Libra, which started on September 23.

Tom McMullen:

And so right now, today we're almost in October.

Tom McMullen:

And I'll start us off with October 2, which is a few days.

Tom McMullen:

We have a new moon in Libra.

Tom McMullen:

New moons mean that the sun and the moon are in the same sign.

Tom McMullen:

So we have both in Libra.

Tom McMullen:

And so how you are and how you express yourself and how you cure yourself, we're all in the same energy as usually what that means, depending on the sign it's in.

Tom McMullen:

And Libra refers to your relationship profile, your personal identity and independence versus your relationship profile and how you work with others.

Tom McMullen:

It rules, basically legal issues, which we're going to have a ton of this month because of all the other aspects happening.

Tom McMullen:

And so it rules peace and war.

Tom McMullen:

And of course, we know we're in a war period this whole year.

Tom McMullen:

me thing that was going on in:

Tom McMullen:

And we have an election coming up fairly soon, and it's rock and roll.

Tom McMullen:

Yeah, it's very much so.

Allison Dubois:

Lot of activity there.

Tom McMullen:

Yeah, it was interesting because I was doing a, I hadn't looked at Trump's chart in a long time, and I finally pulled up Kamala Harris's.

Tom McMullen:

They both are born under full moons, which really surprised me.

Tom McMullen:

Trump's born under a Gemini Sagittarian full moon, and Kamala Harris is born under full moon.

Tom McMullen:

And Aries, an Aries and Libra full moon.

Tom McMullen:

So very interesting.

Tom McMullen:

And she's going to have that challenged.

Allison Dubois:

Biden also was born under a full moon.

Tom McMullen:

Yeah, that's.

Tom McMullen:

Oh, yeah.

Tom McMullen:

Yes, he is.

Tom McMullen:

Yes, he is.

Tom McMullen:

Cancer Capricorn.

Tom McMullen:

Yeah.

Tom McMullen:

Oh, wait.

Allison Dubois:

Scorpio.

Allison Dubois:

Taurus.

Tom McMullen:

Taurus.

Tom McMullen:

That was it.

Tom McMullen:

Yeah.

Tom McMullen:

So his nose were in cancer, Capricorn.

Tom McMullen:

But I was looking at this, and there is going to be full moon that really affects Kamala Harris.

Tom McMullen:

Now, looking at both their charts in terms of, you know, who's going to win, who's going to lose all this, it's almost impossible.

Tom McMullen:

They both have very strong possibilities and they're equally as strong.

Tom McMullen:

So it just depends.

Tom McMullen:

I mean, you know, obviously we're going to have to wait and see because it's so close.

Tom McMullen:

But, you know, working with that new moon, a new moon is more of a internal process because we're going into starting something new.

Tom McMullen:

And so we use this word a lot, you know, you like this word?

Tom McMullen:

I like this word is the word intention.

Tom McMullen:

And so I think with the focus is what is your intention with your relationships with you and your life?

Tom McMullen:

Are they balanced?

Tom McMullen:

You know, do you feel like someone's dominating you or you're dominating them or you feel like, you know, you're, you don't have enough relationships or you kind of want to be alone?

Tom McMullen:

All these things could be addressed about how you're looking at your relationships, whether with family members, whether with friends, partners.

Tom McMullen:

And because we're going in a very volatile period of time, who are your friends?

Allison Dubois:

Essentially, a lot of people are getting rid of friends.

Allison Dubois:

It's like a clean house energy going on right now with relationships, it seems.

Tom McMullen:

Yes.

Tom McMullen:

And so, and when I look at, you know, Mars being the opposite in Aries to the Libra energy, Mars is in cancer pretty much to this month.

Tom McMullen:

And Mars in cancer is very interesting because that means our direction is toward our emotions.

Tom McMullen:

So when youre checking in with the new moon as it starts, how are you feeling emotionally about your connections?

Tom McMullen:

Not just do I have enough friends in my life or whatever, how am I connected to them on a way thats good or a way thats in conflict?

Tom McMullen:

Because Libra and Aries always represents a sense of conflict at some point.

Tom McMullen:

So it is war versus peace.

Tom McMullen:

And in Libra, Libra wants peace, but it wants the balance.

Tom McMullen:

It really wants justice and fairness.

Tom McMullen:

Thats why it rules the legal system.

Tom McMullen:

Uh, because we're always fighting for justice.

Tom McMullen:

And then Aries itself, it's like it's out for its own survival, essentially.

Tom McMullen:

You know, it's trying to just go after what it needs to survive like a warrior on a battlefield.

Tom McMullen:

And, uh, that's why they tend to seem to be very like self focused because their nature is absolutely that where Libra turns its focus to itself and others, which makes it indecisive.

Allison Dubois:

Right.

Tom McMullen:

Which I would know because I'm a Libra.

Tom McMullen:

And, uh.

Tom McMullen:

But when we make decisions, we're finally calm, you know, it's like getting that point takes us a while.

Tom McMullen:

Where Aries just does it.

Tom McMullen:

It's the just do it sign, you know?

Allison Dubois:

Yeah.

Allison Dubois:

Yeah, it is.

Tom McMullen:

I always use this as an example.

Tom McMullen:

If you have six boys standing around a swimming pool and someone goes, I wonder how deep it is.

Tom McMullen:

The Aries will jump in, come back and go 6ft.

Allison Dubois:

The Aries will push the person in front of them in, see how far it is after they come up.

Tom McMullen:

I love how you go to the dark side.

Allison Dubois:

No, I'm right.

Allison Dubois:

I'm right.

Allison Dubois:

I've got a Mars in Aries, and I know a lot of Aries, patty, and no, they definitely, they're smart.

Allison Dubois:

They're going to push the other person in and then they'll come up and they'll say, how deep was it?

Tom McMullen:

And they go, grab it, throw the Aries and go.

Allison Dubois:

You find out a Libra might go in themselves one toe at a time, easing themself.

Tom McMullen:

And that's exactly how I get into the water.

Allison Dubois:

I'm sure it is.

Tom McMullen:

Growing up in southern California, at the beach, I would go one toe at a time.

Allison Dubois:

That's so funny.

Tom McMullen:

Up to the ankles, to the knees.

Allison Dubois:

Make sure there's no sharks at that level.

Allison Dubois:

Nice.

Tom McMullen:

That's so funny.

Allison Dubois:

That's hilarious.

Tom McMullen:

You pegged me, Allison.

Allison Dubois:

You know, there's another thing about Libra that I don't think people get.

Allison Dubois:

People all think that Libra is very fair and diplomatic, which it can be, but we're in a Libra aspect going into a new moon and Libra.

Allison Dubois:

So super tons of Libra going on.

Allison Dubois:

Libra can make people seek justice as they see it.

Tom McMullen:

Absolutely.

Allison Dubois:

So I always say when there's Libra aspects, if you have an x and there, they're still a little pissed, put your car in the garage in this aspect because it might just get keyed.

Allison Dubois:

Because that can be their sense of justice.

Tom McMullen:

Oh, my goodness.

Tom McMullen:

Yes.

Allison Dubois:

Well, I'm a realist.

Tom McMullen:

Well, yeah, I understand that.

Tom McMullen:

But I, you know, look at, when we look at Mars in cancer, it's protective energy.

Tom McMullen:

And it was so interesting when I was writing this up, taking my notes, it reminded me, like last week when I, Trump was doing a speech and he talked about protecting the women.

Tom McMullen:

I'm your protector.

Tom McMullen:

And I go, boy, that's a Mars and cancer statement.

Tom McMullen:

And I just thought that was so interesting that it came out as Mars goes in and has been in cancer.

Allison Dubois:

Well, women do want to be protected.

Allison Dubois:

So good to hear.

Tom McMullen:

So and so it's, you know, our emotions are very intense with Mars in cancer.

Tom McMullen:

Just very.

Tom McMullen:

And it creates instant reactions.

Allison Dubois:

Hyper emotional.

Tom McMullen:

Yeah.

Tom McMullen:

And so you can fly off from the handle very easily.

Tom McMullen:

Don't get in arguments with family because cancer rules family and home.

Tom McMullen:

Kind of keep the peace at home if you can.

Tom McMullen:

If you've got, you know, opposite polls of people in your house that have different opinions about the election, just keep it to yourself.

Tom McMullen:

Don't get into the fights.

Allison Dubois:

Yeah, you know, definitely no.

Allison Dubois:

Yeah, definitely no.

Allison Dubois:

Can I ask you this about Mars and cancer?

Tom McMullen:

Sure.

Allison Dubois:

Can that also be makes you crave to be with family because cancer is like 4 July energy.

Allison Dubois:

Like, come on over, let's have dinner.

Allison Dubois:

Like we want to congregate in that aspect, I would think.

Tom McMullen:

Yes.

Tom McMullen:

Not just family, but your friends that are family.

Tom McMullen:

You know, all of that.

Tom McMullen:

Anyone that's that intimate.

Tom McMullen:

Cause it's an intimate energy.

Tom McMullen:

Cancer is very intimate and very sensitive.

Allison Dubois:

Okay, I'm kind of liking that energy now.

Allison Dubois:

We need a little sensitivity.

Tom McMullen:

Yeah, but if everyone gets along fine, right?

Allison Dubois:

Yeah.

Allison Dubois:

Okay.

Allison Dubois:

Not the hyperbolic kind of energy that it can be the mercurial anger that can come about.

Tom McMullen:

Yeah.

Allison Dubois:

And.

Allison Dubois:

Because then we go into Scorpio.

Allison Dubois:

But I'll just let you continue on the new moon path.

Tom McMullen:

Yeah.

Tom McMullen:

On the 8th through the 10th, get ready for Jupiter to go retrograde.

Tom McMullen:

And so Jupiter is in Gemini and so it's going to go retrograde on the 10th.

Tom McMullen:

And this is like false accusations, blame, victimhood becomes themes.

Tom McMullen:

Religious fundamentalism takes center stage.

Tom McMullen:

More like what?

Tom McMullen:

Well, you know, people are going to start getting in their camps and you're going to get more false information because Jupiter in Gemini, it's all about communication, both signs.

Allison Dubois:

So is this like online and the news are going to be false information.

Tom McMullen:

Or because we're so close to an election?

Tom McMullen:

Because it's coming from everywhere and it's, and it's in a retrograde.

Tom McMullen:

So it's like you want to turn it off and just think for yourself.

Allison Dubois:

So if Jupiter's retrograde, and this is for all of us laymen out there trying to learn, Jupiter can be expansion and it can be some sense of luck.

Allison Dubois:

Is that right?

Tom McMullen:

Yes.

Allison Dubois:

So if it's retrograde, that means we have no luck.

Allison Dubois:

No.

Allison Dubois:

What does that mean?

Tom McMullen:

No, it really means the ultimate thing of Jupiter.

Tom McMullen:

It means truth.

Tom McMullen:

It's the truth seeker.

Tom McMullen:

Okay, so when we're looking for the truth of the answers, you know, that were given in our media.

Tom McMullen:

Is it real?

Tom McMullen:

Is it our truth?

Tom McMullen:

Are we wanting to make it our truth because that's what we want to believe?

Allison Dubois:

So you're saying people have to think for themselves and not take things at face value that they see on the news or on clickbait or.

Tom McMullen:

Absolutely.

Allison Dubois:

Got it.

Tom McMullen:

Yes.

Tom McMullen:

And, you know, check your facts.

Tom McMullen:

I mean, the whole thing is the truth is what the facts are, not when someone's trying to convince you of and deceive you, because it can be a very deceptive energy at the same time.

Tom McMullen:

And Jupiter is essentially, when it's in its opposite sign of Gemini, it has a sense of mass communication, so it is coming from everywhere.

Allison Dubois:

Okay.

Tom McMullen:

And so that's.

Tom McMullen:

It's just important to know that, you know, we're going to go into thinking for yourself.

Tom McMullen:

Trust yourself.

Tom McMullen:

It's a trust issue, because your truth is to trust you, not everybody else.

Allison Dubois:

I'm curious, with all the flooding, the damage, the disasters, the, you know, human loss, everything that we're seeing around the hurricanes and.

Allison Dubois:

And the bad weather, if we're gonna.

Allison Dubois:

If.

Allison Dubois:

If that's gonna be distracting, as well with everything else going on, because we really care about the people.

Allison Dubois:

We want to help them and rebuild the homes and.

Allison Dubois:

And.

Allison Dubois:

And all of that.

Allison Dubois:

So there's just so much going on right now, it's hard to see how you're gonna find a balance in libra between, you know, all of the people that are here and shouldn't be here, the criminals running around our country, rapists, murders, all that.

Allison Dubois:

And then we have this hurricane that was just devastating come in and wipe out a lot of life.

Allison Dubois:

So, how does one balance all of that?

Allison Dubois:

That's going to be challenging for the people in charge at the moment, but.

Tom McMullen:

This is what war is all about.

Tom McMullen:

War is destruction and then the humanity and the chaos that follows.

Allison Dubois:

Right.

Tom McMullen:

And so, since we have Neptune and Saturn in Pisces, you know, this creates that energy even more.

Tom McMullen:

We had that huge, huge hurricane just this last few days in the southeast, and it's created enormous devastation that's displaced people.

Allison Dubois:

Absolutely.

Tom McMullen:

And so, you know, what's interesting is you look at Neptune as water, the essence of water.

Tom McMullen:

And it was really, that storm was a giant wave.

Allison Dubois:

So that's how an astrologer would read it.

Allison Dubois:

You look at those signs in Pisces and say there's water damage.

Allison Dubois:

There's, like, some sort of storm coming.

Tom McMullen:

But then Saturn is the physical structure of everything.

Allison Dubois:

Okay?

Tom McMullen:

So it's like if you look at a cliff and a waves hitting against the cliff, it essentially erodes it.

Allison Dubois:

Right.

Tom McMullen:

You see?

Tom McMullen:

So this is that energy of Neptune and Saturn together in Pisces itself, that sign, the water sign.

Tom McMullen:

So it is eroding things and it's also, you know, eroding beliefs of people or their world.

Tom McMullen:

And it creates depression and anxiety and it's negative and being unsure, it creates fear.

Tom McMullen:

It creates a lot of fear.

Tom McMullen:

And so, but when we look at, you know, the devastation, the displacement of those people is no different from the war in the Middle east right now where all these lebanese are going into Syria, running away from what's going on, you know.

Tom McMullen:

So once again, war displaces people.

Allison Dubois:

Yeah.

Tom McMullen:

This creates immigration problems and all kinds of issues that are been going on for quite a while now.

Allison Dubois:

Everything seems to be coming to a head right now.

Allison Dubois:

It's a very interesting time and we'll see how it all plays out.

Allison Dubois:

But at least with a hurricane that's not man made.

Allison Dubois:

It's something that happens with war.

Allison Dubois:

That's just a bunch of egos flying around along with missiles and bombs and death.

Allison Dubois:

And so do you look ahead in charts to see when things like that are going to come to an end like conflict or you just look at now?

Tom McMullen:

Well, we're doing this for now.

Tom McMullen:

I always kind of look ahead.

Allison Dubois:

I was just asking in general.

Tom McMullen:

Yeah, in general, I look ahead because I kind of want hope, see where it's coming, when it's coming.

Tom McMullen:

But there's always little things that happen that are helping us along the way because Jupiter, you know, itself rules religious fundamentalism.

Tom McMullen:

So it is religious wars.

Tom McMullen:

They always are religious wars, you know.

Allison Dubois:

Right.

Tom McMullen:

So that's the whole thing going on in the Middle east.

Tom McMullen:

And we have this one good aspect, you know, around the 8th of this month.

Allison Dubois:

But Ukraine and Russia, that's not a religious war.

Allison Dubois:

That's a territorial.

Tom McMullen:

Yeah.

Allison Dubois:

Yeah.

Tom McMullen:

That's a different one altogether.

Allison Dubois:

Got it.

Tom McMullen:

Yeah.

Tom McMullen:

But negotiations become a possibility on the 8th because the sun and mercury and Libra trying Jupiter.

Tom McMullen:

So there's an interesting thing where you can negotiate with others and, and maybe there can be some sort of resolutions of some things along with, you know, what's going on.

Tom McMullen:

So I kind of look at for that in, in the news is someone negotiating and kind of pulling back or.

Allison Dubois:

They'Re already talking about that, how they want to negotiate that and they want to the hostages back.

Allison Dubois:

So.

Allison Dubois:

But we've been doing that for a year, so hopefully it'll make a difference now.

Tom McMullen:

Yeah.

Tom McMullen:

And that's just, it keeps going on and then it never gets done.

Allison Dubois:

Resolved.

Allison Dubois:

Yeah.

Tom McMullen:

On the 11th, Pluto stations and goes direct into Capricorn for the very last time.

Allison Dubois:

Yay.

Allison Dubois:

And goes to, I'm writing it.

Allison Dubois:

What day is that?

Tom McMullen:

The 11th of my best friend's birthday, October 11.

Allison Dubois:

Oh, that's great.

Tom McMullen:

Yeah.

Tom McMullen:

So it is a very short period now as it leaves.

Allison Dubois:

And then it's been an exhausting sign.

Tom McMullen:

Yeah, well, you know, it stays in a sign for a very long time.

Allison Dubois:

Well, it was:

Allison Dubois:

Yeah, 16 years.

Allison Dubois:

And then back and forth the last, what, year and a half where it was like, I'm out, I'm in, I'm out, I'm in.

Allison Dubois:

It's like, get out.

Allison Dubois:

So Pluto, Pluto stations and goes direct on the 11th.

Tom McMullen:

But it makes a hard aspect to mercury in Libra.

Tom McMullen:

So that creates some conflicts right there.

Tom McMullen:

A lot of arguing about the rules.

Tom McMullen:

Again, legal issues.

Tom McMullen:

All the legal issues.

Tom McMullen:

And it creates a power struggle of who's right and who's wrong, trying to control somebody through your ideas versus theirs.

Tom McMullen:

So watch the arguing.

Allison Dubois:

Again, I have a question.

Allison Dubois:

So in Libra, if somebody has a court case right now, like a custody case or a divorce in the works or a lawsuit in Libra, is the judge more likely to be, I always would think they'd be more diplomatic in that aspect because we all take on the energy.

Allison Dubois:

If I was going to negotiate something, I'd want to do it in Libra.

Allison Dubois:

Would you agree with that or do.

Tom McMullen:

You want to, I'm looking at the news because right now a lot of Trump's law legal issues are coming to the surface again and they're talking about pulling them back.

Tom McMullen:

So they're trying to negotiate it rather than it was so forced in.

Allison Dubois:

Well, no, it, they're actually talking that it could end up being dismissed all together.

Allison Dubois:

Yeah, that's what I'm saying.

Allison Dubois:

There was a lot of nothing there and it's just a distraction.

Allison Dubois:

But for individual people that are watching this, if they're in a lawsuit, would this be an energy?

Allison Dubois:

You're going to see more individuals go to court and I cases be settled, would you think?

Tom McMullen:

Yes, you could.

Tom McMullen:

Right.

Tom McMullen:

During this time in this month?

Tom McMullen:

Yes.

Tom McMullen:

Absolutely.

Allison Dubois:

Awesome.

Tom McMullen:

But there is going to be a Venus in opposition to Uranus and Scorpio in Taurus.

Tom McMullen:

So that creates a conflict if you are in a divorce situation because Venus and Scorpio, you're someone else's money and then Taurus your own.

Tom McMullen:

So if we're looking at divorce issues, that's going to be a little challenging.

Allison Dubois:

I think, if I'm going to court, I'm calling you and having you look at the dates, and then I'm requesting certain dates to go to court and some that I want to avoid.

Allison Dubois:

And we have a full moon in Aries.

Allison Dubois:

What day does that come?

Tom McMullen:

That's the 17th.

Allison Dubois:

Okay.

Allison Dubois:

That was probably your next stop.

Tom McMullen:

Well, I was going to.

Tom McMullen:

There's a, there's a.

Tom McMullen:

On the 13th, 14th, there's a.

Tom McMullen:

Tension increases because Mars, sun and Chiron square off and are forced.

Tom McMullen:

That kind of forces us to do something against our control.

Tom McMullen:

So if you feel like someone's forcing you against something you want to do, you know, keep that in mind, because it seems like someone's trying to make you do something you don't want to do.

Allison Dubois:

Ooh, I don't like that.

Tom McMullen:

Yeah, I know.

Tom McMullen:

So.

Tom McMullen:

And that goes back with the arguing.

Allison Dubois:

And that's for everyone.

Allison Dubois:

That's just for every individual on the planet.

Allison Dubois:

Like, somebody tries to force their will on you or like, okay, yeah.

Tom McMullen:

And they'll argue with you and try to force their point of view their way.

Allison Dubois:

Oh, okay.

Allison Dubois:

Yeah.

Allison Dubois:

Everybody just stay inside until the election's over.

Allison Dubois:

We'll be fine.

Allison Dubois:

We don't need to hear each other's opinions to carry on.

Tom McMullen:

Stay where your close family on the 17th is the full moon.

Tom McMullen:

Now, the full moon is the opposite of the new moon.

Tom McMullen:

This is when everything comes to a crescendo.

Tom McMullen:

So everything you've been working on in the first two weeks of the month comes to its culmination.

Tom McMullen:

And so we have the Aries Libra full moon, and this is a conflict extraordinaire.

Tom McMullen:

It's the biggest impact of the month.

Allison Dubois:

Are we going to war in that aspect?

Tom McMullen:

There's.

Tom McMullen:

There's more.

Tom McMullen:

I can't tell you the conflict of this month coming up because there's.

Tom McMullen:

It's going to be.

Tom McMullen:

Mars is opposing Pluto.

Allison Dubois:

So that's not good.

Tom McMullen:

No, because Mars is in cancer and Pluto's in its last degree of Capricorn.

Tom McMullen:

So there's one last hurrah.

Allison Dubois:

Wow.

Tom McMullen:

Of, you know, whatever it's going to be.

Tom McMullen:

Once again, you can't predict the thing.

Tom McMullen:

It happens in so many different forms, but it is.

Tom McMullen:

It is a conflict.

Allison Dubois:

But Mars is in cancer, and we're a cancerian country, so does that.

Allison Dubois:

Would you read that as we're getting opposed by outside forces that want things to stay way they've always been and us.

Allison Dubois:

Give them their money.

Allison Dubois:

Give them our money as we always have.

Allison Dubois:

Could that be the conflict there could.

Tom McMullen:

Be a lot of conflicts, okay.

Tom McMullen:

Because when you put, if, you know, you were born with Mars opposite Pluto, it's like you've been in a fight for a lifetime.

Tom McMullen:

You're always in fighting somebody.

Allison Dubois:

That's exhausting.

Tom McMullen:

So.

Tom McMullen:

And that's a win lose.

Tom McMullen:

So since we're in Libra, the point is negotiation.

Tom McMullen:

So does this force us into a negotiation because we don't want to fight.

Allison Dubois:

Right.

Tom McMullen:

And, you know, you were giving dynamics to.

Tom McMullen:

Librans aren't always like sweet little souls.

Allison Dubois:

I say we are.

Tom McMullen:

My favorite saying is Librans are Aries with manners.

Allison Dubois:

So they think, I know, but that's.

Tom McMullen:

How we see because we're so, so dignified and classy of how we are.

Allison Dubois:

Subjective, yes, of course, but people that are absorbing Libra energy that say, our Scorpio or Aquarius or they're another sign absorbing Libra, they're going to act it out differently that a son in Libra might act out a son in Libra that they're they, because it's already, Natalie part of who they are.

Allison Dubois:

It's their energy.

Tom McMullen:

Right.

Allison Dubois:

But now we're taking on this need for justice.

Allison Dubois:

Individually, I think you're going to see a lot of bad acting going on out there.

Allison Dubois:

I think people are going to be lashing out because it's justice the way they see it.

Tom McMullen:

That's exactly the point.

Tom McMullen:

Yeah, point my view versus your view.

Allison Dubois:

Right.

Tom McMullen:

And that's why, you know, when we get into the climax of this thing, you know, it's, it's, it just, it creates so much tension.

Tom McMullen:

There's so much tension with Mars and Pluto, naturally.

Allison Dubois:

Yeah.

Tom McMullen:

And it's a constructive or destructive energy.

Tom McMullen:

And so are you trying to destroy someone else?

Tom McMullen:

Are they trying to destroy you?

Tom McMullen:

And I mean that literally.

Allison Dubois:

Right.

Tom McMullen:

You know, because I look at the warrior energy anyway, warrior males, as I always look at them as warriors on battlefields because they're their need in that nature, which is the aries nature.

Tom McMullen:

If they don't win, they die on the battlefield.

Tom McMullen:

That's how their survival instinct operates.

Tom McMullen:

I don't win, I die.

Tom McMullen:

A female warrior is extraordinarily different because she's not about herself.

Tom McMullen:

She's about those she's responsible for and takes care of.

Tom McMullen:

So their battle, when you get a warrior, male and female, and I get it in a chart, in a reading, I said, the minute money comes into the equation, this is where the war begins, if you have children, because the man comes home with a brand new Ferrari and she goes, we need money for a kid's education because her focus and resources are very different from the man's.

Allison Dubois:

Right.

Tom McMullen:

And so this is what creates that conflict.

Tom McMullen:

And so, you know, the whole point is, how do you compromise the two things?

Allison Dubois:

And I don't think you can compromise with a Ferrari.

Tom McMullen:

No.

Tom McMullen:

But, you know, we always talk about, you know, John and Patty being the perfect warrior, male and female.

Tom McMullen:

They're on the same.

Tom McMullen:

They have the same values and same goals together.

Allison Dubois:

They're both law enforcement.

Tom McMullen:

Right.

Allison Dubois:

They're married warriors, and they will.

Allison Dubois:

They'll war together.

Allison Dubois:

They're.

Tom McMullen:

And they'll war for their friends.

Allison Dubois:

They will war for their friends.

Allison Dubois:

They're deeply loyal.

Tom McMullen:

Yeah.

Allison Dubois:

So, yeah, that would be the, for us, our prototype of a warrior couple.

Allison Dubois:

So I know exactly what energy you're talking about because most of the women I know are warrior females, and they're not afraid of anything.

Allison Dubois:

They don't, like, live in fear.

Allison Dubois:

They just sort of attack, whatever the problem is.

Allison Dubois:

And I get that.

Tom McMullen:

I love warrior females.

Tom McMullen:

I love the strength and the power of them.

Allison Dubois:

I know you do.

Allison Dubois:

I know you do.

Allison Dubois:

And so I get what you're saying, that women and men would deal with it differently, that have an Aries aspect or energy to them.

Allison Dubois:

But war, we're already in two wars, and now we're going to have a full moon in Aries, and we have a running, somebody running for president who is a full moon in Aries.

Allison Dubois:

Was born in a full moon in Aries.

Allison Dubois:

That isn't great.

Tom McMullen:

Not for her.

Allison Dubois:

Not great.

Allison Dubois:

So I'm going to enjoy the new moon with the sun and moon in Libra.

Allison Dubois:

And if you want to negotiate something, I would do it in that two and a half day window.

Allison Dubois:

That's a good time to negotiate.

Allison Dubois:

And that's this weekend.

Allison Dubois:

October 2.

Tom McMullen:

October 2.

Allison Dubois:

My anniversary, early.

Allison Dubois:

Happy anniversary to my husband, Joe.

Tom McMullen:

There you go.

Tom McMullen:

You got a new moon.

Allison Dubois:

I know.

Tom McMullen:

The 21st.

Tom McMullen:

Mars is making a favorable path to Neptune in Pisces because Mars is in cancer.

Tom McMullen:

Going to Neptune in Pisces, this is what you were talking about earlier, will have us looking at a humanitarian crisis and what we need to do.

Tom McMullen:

This conflict causes us, you know, to move toward that humanity of ourselves in terms of destructions are happening and want to protect those that have been displaced.

Allison Dubois:

Right.

Tom McMullen:

We've got to start managing the displacement of the problems of war.

Tom McMullen:

And so that aspect at the end of October.

Allison Dubois:

And do you mean for war and the hurricane as well?

Tom McMullen:

Yes.

Tom McMullen:

Yeah.

Tom McMullen:

I mean, it's going to take a while to get that mess in the southeast cleaned up.

Allison Dubois:

Probably years.

Allison Dubois:

Yeah.

Tom McMullen:

Yeah.

Tom McMullen:

But, uh, that's.

Tom McMullen:

And then, and then October 23, the sun moves into Scorpio.

Allison Dubois:

Ah.

Tom McMullen:

And, um.

Tom McMullen:

And it's in, you know, right away.

Tom McMullen:

Um, sun moves into Scorpio with the moon and Mars together in opposition.

Tom McMullen:

So this creates family conflict right away and control issues.

Allison Dubois:

Really?

Tom McMullen:

Yeah.

Allison Dubois:

So, so much to look forward to.

Allison Dubois:

What about Christmas?

Allison Dubois:

Santa mate?

Tom McMullen:

We're going to go through November.

Allison Dubois:

I'm just trying to skip ahead.

Allison Dubois:

It's also painful.

Tom McMullen:

November 1 is the Scorpio new moon.

Tom McMullen:

Okay.

Tom McMullen:

It does join saturn in Pisces.

Tom McMullen:

So it creates intense emotional needs.

Tom McMullen:

I would focus on planning and working with others in this new moon.

Tom McMullen:

So once again, it's introverted.

Tom McMullen:

So it's very intense.

Tom McMullen:

Scorpio is the most intense and it's the most dependent of signs.

Allison Dubois:

I think all signs know they're the most intense.

Allison Dubois:

We all agree.

Tom McMullen:

But Scorpio is internally intense.

Allison Dubois:

Right.

Tom McMullen:

And so it goes in and protects itself, you know, because its whole point is to be cautious and trusting of others.

Tom McMullen:

And then it learns trust issues because of it.

Tom McMullen:

But it's, you know, working with others is the goal of Scorpio because it is a dependency issues that's trying to work with someone else where both sides are on the same page of what their values are, because it represents values and resources.

Tom McMullen:

Money is always a part of Scorpio and Taurus and.

Tom McMullen:

But Scorpio, new moon, the moon again will be more intense than the sun in this case.

Tom McMullen:

So the need to be connected to somebody very emotionally and sexually.

Tom McMullen:

It's a time for marriage, if you will.

Tom McMullen:

Pregnancy, pregnancies.

Tom McMullen:

Yes.

Allison Dubois:

Get pregnant.

Tom McMullen:

Yeah.

Allison Dubois:

Yeah.

Tom McMullen:

So because that's, that's, you know, it's the baby making energy.

Allison Dubois:

Yes.

Tom McMullen:

Uh, uh.

Tom McMullen:

Transformation, it's two things come together to make a third thing.

Tom McMullen:

And that's what we call.

Allison Dubois:

That's funny that you'd say that, because Fallon got married in last year in Scorpio.

Allison Dubois:

So, like, right on target.

Tom McMullen:

Right on target.

Allison Dubois:

I looked at my Taurus daughter, I'm like, are you high?

Allison Dubois:

Why didn't you ask Uncle Tom about that?

Allison Dubois:

Cause that's a physical opposition, honey.

Tom McMullen:

But it's, it is marriage for us.

Allison Dubois:

Yes, it was.

Tom McMullen:

You know, they came together until death do us part.

Tom McMullen:

You know, that's the Scorpio energy.

Tom McMullen:

Once you're in, you can't get out.

Allison Dubois:

It's called control ever.

Allison Dubois:

That's so funny.

Tom McMullen:

But it is transformation.

Tom McMullen:

So the relationship becomes stagnant is the worst thing for anybody who's a Scorpio in a relationship that's not working.

Tom McMullen:

If you become stagnant or someone cheats, that's always the worst.

Allison Dubois:

Yeah.

Tom McMullen:

You know, those are the issues where it's like, and this is why there's a lot of arguing between couples and Scorpios because they want to stir it up.

Tom McMullen:

They get bored.

Allison Dubois:

They need drama.

Tom McMullen:

Yeah, they need drama.

Tom McMullen:

It is the sign of drama, creating drama.

Allison Dubois:

They just need a Leo and an Aries as a friend to go around, I'm sure.

Tom McMullen:

Well, and again on the second and third, Mars makes an exact opposition to Pluto.

Tom McMullen:

So it's at its exact point on the second and 3 November.

Tom McMullen:

So it comes to its crescendo essentially.

Allison Dubois:

So what does that mean?

Tom McMullen:

It means it's at its most intense.

Allison Dubois:

Most intense?

Tom McMullen:

Yeah.

Allison Dubois:

The Scorpio aspect.

Tom McMullen:

Mars opposite Pluto.

Allison Dubois:

Oh, Mars opposite Pluto.

Tom McMullen:

It's at its last degree in cancer.

Allison Dubois:

Oh.

Tom McMullen:

Because the next day in the fourth and fifth, Mars enters Leo, your favorite, and Jupiter opposes.

Tom McMullen:

So we got to look at Venus in this situation.

Tom McMullen:

It's in Sagittarius.

Tom McMullen:

It defines the legal chaos that needs to be ensued.

Tom McMullen:

I mean, this is all the legal stuff.

Tom McMullen:

And so it creates extreme reactions.

Tom McMullen:

And Mars and Leo opposite Pluto when it moves into Aquarius is a very volatile energy.

Allison Dubois:

But how would you read that kind of volatile energy?

Allison Dubois:

What would an example be of how that could look?

Tom McMullen:

Well, it's somebody who, let's see, we're looking at Mars and Leo.

Tom McMullen:

That somebody has to be the one that's Victor.

Tom McMullen:

Yes.

Allison Dubois:

Got it.

Tom McMullen:

Yes, absolutely.

Tom McMullen:

So, and it'll be subjective.

Tom McMullen:

Completely subjective.

Tom McMullen:

So it's how I see it, how it needs to turn out, if you will.

Allison Dubois:

Wow.

Tom McMullen:

So, you know, and it opposes Jupiter.

Tom McMullen:

So again, we'll have sort of some religious elevation issues around it.

Allison Dubois:

Well, I mean, we have Israel under attack.

Allison Dubois:

So it could be the Jews voting that don't normally vote.

Allison Dubois:

Things like that could happen.

Allison Dubois:

Sure.

Allison Dubois:

Or just the conflict itself because I mean, who doesn't feel badly for the jewish people?

Allison Dubois:

I mean, it's just terrible.

Tom McMullen:

Well, and since Jupiter opposes Venus and moon in Sagittarius, there's going to be, again, people having a lot of arguments about who's right and listening.

Tom McMullen:

All more new information coming out of everywhere.

Allison Dubois:

Yeah.

Tom McMullen:

And again, it's, this is right around the election.

Allison Dubois:

Right.

Tom McMullen:

Expect, absolutely expect that there.

Tom McMullen:

Everybody's going to scream and yell about it didn't go right because they're every.

Allison Dubois:

Side no matter what countries divided.

Allison Dubois:

Right.

Tom McMullen:

Like we had last time.

Tom McMullen:

It's going to be lawsuit after lawsuit after lawsuit.

Tom McMullen:

That's, this aspect is set it up perfectly.

Allison Dubois:

So are these cheating aspects or are these fair aspects?

Tom McMullen:

They're just.

Tom McMullen:

It's.

Tom McMullen:

It's.

Tom McMullen:

People want to win, so try and win no matter how they gonna do.

Allison Dubois:

It, you know, a fair one.

Allison Dubois:

I'm, like, totally cool with, you know.

Allison Dubois:

Yeah, yeah.

Allison Dubois:

So on the up and up.

Tom McMullen:

So it's, you know, the whole point is we've been driven to the fact that, to believe that it.

Tom McMullen:

Things are rigged or whatever, we have to find out.

Tom McMullen:

That's the point.

Tom McMullen:

That's the point of finding what the facts are.

Tom McMullen:

So we got to follow the facts.

Tom McMullen:

We'll see what it goes.

Tom McMullen:

But it will be a very chaotic election time.

Allison Dubois:

I think it has been.

Allison Dubois:

It's been such a chaotic summer.

Allison Dubois:

I think everybody's just ready for it to be over at this point.

Allison Dubois:

Remember life when we were young and we didn't have all these problems and we didn't have to think about it, and everyone didn't have an opinion.

Allison Dubois:

It was such a different time.

Allison Dubois:

So I think people as all these intense aspects that you're talking about, it's so important for them to protect their spirit and their mind in these aspects and disconnect the phone and just veg out, go to the.

Allison Dubois:

Go.

Allison Dubois:

Go swimming, go have a barbecue, and don't listen to the news every day, you know, just be.

Allison Dubois:

I think people aren't living, and I do worry for people.

Allison Dubois:

I'm seeing a lot of death right now as well.

Allison Dubois:

And like you mentioned, suicides.

Allison Dubois:

Suicides are really picking up the pace right now.

Allison Dubois:

I'm a medium, so I see it on my end with bookings and the readings, and I just worry for people's sort of mental well being, spiritual well being, physical well being in some parts of the world.

Allison Dubois:

And it's just a lot.

Tom McMullen:

Well, you know, the suicides have a lot to do with the Neptune Saturn energy in Pisces, as I said, that can create great powerlessness, depression, futility, you know, and someone's weak, they.

Tom McMullen:

They go into that world very easily.

Allison Dubois:

Sure.

Tom McMullen:

So feel like they're drowning.

Tom McMullen:

And so for those who have that nature, this is where you have to fight against it.

Tom McMullen:

Your war is with you.

Tom McMullen:

It's not on the outside.

Tom McMullen:

It's on the inside.

Tom McMullen:

The 15th is the full moon in November of Scorpio and Taurus.

Tom McMullen:

But the moon will be in Taurus, and it's going to conjoin Uranus once again.

Tom McMullen:

That's an extreme reaction because it's always hitting another big outside planet that's trying to stir everything up great.

Tom McMullen:

But you bring Venus and Capricorn into the equation.

Tom McMullen:

You got to bring Venus in that one.

Tom McMullen:

Taking charge and trying to stabilize a conflict.

Tom McMullen:

And Saturn turns direct to help out because Saturn's going to finally turn direct and start bringing order to chaos by the middle of November.

Allison Dubois:

That sounds nice.

Tom McMullen:

This is where all the lost stuff comes.

Tom McMullen:

All right, let's get our papers together and start working on this.

Allison Dubois:

Okay.

Allison Dubois:

Like order to chaos, that's like a really big thing because we've been in chaos for the last few years and so I.

Allison Dubois:

That's actually very inspiring to hope that we could reach that place.

Allison Dubois:

Fewer victims, all that good stuff if people are overwhelmed.

Allison Dubois:

November 15 in that full moon in Taurus.

Allison Dubois:

If you need to unplug.

Allison Dubois:

We know the beauty of moon in Taurus.

Allison Dubois:

Eat, sleep, sex, repeat.

Allison Dubois:

Make a dinner reservation, buy some new lingerie or silk boxers, and have a great night with your favorite someone.

Allison Dubois:

Use that full moon in Taurus to your absolute best ability.

Tom McMullen:

And I will tell you on top of that, in addition, because it'll be next to Uranus, then don't go to the same restaurant like you guys always do because taurian energy is very habitual.

Tom McMullen:

Yeah, try something new.

Allison Dubois:

Yeah.

Tom McMullen:

You know, because try something new where it's like, let's go somewhere we've never been before and see what happens.

Tom McMullen:

Take the risk.

Tom McMullen:

You see?

Tom McMullen:

Get out of the habit, which the Scorpio energy likes because it wants to stir things up anyway.

Allison Dubois:

Yeah.

Tom McMullen:

So you'll like this next one, Alison.

Tom McMullen:

On the 19 November, Pluto leaves Capricorn for good and enters Aquarius.

Allison Dubois:

Yay.

Tom McMullen:

As we begin the journey to science, technology, medicine and new social developments for the next 20 years.

Allison Dubois:

Rebellion of the people.

Tom McMullen:

And the son opposes Uranus giving birth to rebellious tendencies and discoveries.

Tom McMullen:

So it's a very interesting shift of energy.

Allison Dubois:

So say goodbye to daddy.

Allison Dubois:

Daddy's leaving the house after 16 years.

Tom McMullen:

Yeah.

Tom McMullen:

Time for a new rule and a new order.

Allison Dubois:

Yeah.

Tom McMullen:

And that we're going to definitely do a podcast on the new order of the new world coming in next year because it is insane.

Tom McMullen:

Amazingly interesting.

Allison Dubois:

So excited about that.

Allison Dubois:

I can't wait to hear it.

Allison Dubois:

You know, it would be really exciting if we didn't have to get a year older, Tom.

Tom McMullen:

Oh, yeah, you would.

Tom McMullen:

Remind me.

Allison Dubois:

Happy birthday, Tom.

Allison Dubois:

Your birthday is coming up.

Tom McMullen:

Yes, it is.

Allison Dubois:

And I just wanted to make sure you got a nice shout out.

Tom McMullen:

As long as a birthday and not a death day, I'm still here.

Allison Dubois:

Everybody sends Tom some birthday kisses energetically.

Allison Dubois:

So I'll be seeing you for your birthday.

Allison Dubois:

I'll make sure we make it special for you because I know how much everybody loves you and loves it when you come on the show to tell us what to expect, especially for the fall.

Allison Dubois:

And I appreciate you being here, for sure.

Tom McMullen:

Well, I'm glad to, because this is a big fall because there's so much that's going on.

Allison Dubois:

Yes.

Tom McMullen:

You know, you won't like the next thing because mercury grows retrograde in Sagittarius on the 27th.

Tom McMullen:

So we're going to go through his free week of retrograde.

Allison Dubois:

You know, I feel like after everything we've been through, we can take mercury retrograde.

Allison Dubois:

I'm just like, oh, my God, Charlotte, throw it in the mix.

Tom McMullen:

Well, and the final is on the 30th.

Tom McMullen:

The new moon in Sagittarius is really a good one.

Tom McMullen:

It makes a favorable aspect to Mars, which helps us fight for justice and truth, but it moves us forward, totally moves us forward.

Allison Dubois:

So say that again.

Allison Dubois:

Full moon, that's sun and sag.

Tom McMullen:

The new moon.

Allison Dubois:

New moon and sag.

Tom McMullen:

At the very end of November.

Tom McMullen:

New moon, new moon and sag.

Tom McMullen:

So, you know, and it makes a favorable aspect to Mars, which gives you that sense.

Tom McMullen:

We can move forward now.

Allison Dubois:

Oh, that sounds nice.

Allison Dubois:

Okay.

Allison Dubois:

Right before Christmas and this new moon.

Tom McMullen:

The sun's stronger than the moon in this case, because the fire signs ruled by the sun.

Tom McMullen:

So it tends to have more of a, you know, forward moving.

Allison Dubois:

All right.

Allison Dubois:

I'm feeling hopeful.

Allison Dubois:

That sounds like some hopeful stuff in the midst of the storm.

Tom McMullen:

We got to get through it.

Allison Dubois:

We'll get through it these next few months.

Tom McMullen:

There's a lot to get through.

Allison Dubois:

Agreed.

Allison Dubois:

There's a lot to get through, and we're going to do it.

Allison Dubois:

We're going to get through it, and we're going to get through it together, and it's going to be great.

Allison Dubois:

So I'm going to have you back in December when we go over what to expect for the new year.

Allison Dubois:

Was that all that you wanted to touch on?

Allison Dubois:

Great.

Tom McMullen:

Yeah.

Allison Dubois:

And what to expect in:

Allison Dubois:

A nine year and a year of endings.

Allison Dubois:

Amen.

Tom McMullen:

And beginnings of.

Allison Dubois:

And beginnings.

Allison Dubois:

So then a one year is supposed to be beginnings.

Allison Dubois:

Which one is it?

Allison Dubois:

So nine is endings, but beginnings can start.

Allison Dubois:

But a one year is like brand new beginnings.

Allison Dubois:

It's just.

Allison Dubois:

Okay, got it.

Allison Dubois:

Okay.

Allison Dubois:

Just being.

Allison Dubois:

I like to be clear for everybody watching out there that doesn't really understand the, like, numerology or astrology, and I like to try and break it down in layman's terms because I know what that feels like.

Allison Dubois:

So I hope that does help people to learn and absorb the different ways that we map out and look at energy.

Allison Dubois:

And we will be having you back.

Allison Dubois:

So where can people find you to book a reading?

Tom McMullen:

Well, Tom mcmullen.com is my website, and if you just want to go straight to me, it's Tom mcmullen.com and request a reading.

Allison Dubois:

Yes.

Tom McMullen:

And so that's all you need to know.

Allison Dubois:

And in closing, I just wanted to say we had three eclipses so far this year.

Allison Dubois:

We have a fourth.

Allison Dubois:

This is at this week.

Allison Dubois:

re done with the eclipses for:

Tom McMullen:

Yes.

Allison Dubois:

Amen.

Allison Dubois:

Well, that's something we can actually rule out.

Allison Dubois:

So I, hopefully the eclipse is going to bring some new energy for us that gives us sort of vitality.

Tom McMullen:

Well, an eclipse kind of like pulls you away from something.

Tom McMullen:

You know, there's a shadow energy to it.

Tom McMullen:

So there's something that you're, you're refusing to want to look at.

Allison Dubois:

Yeah.

Tom McMullen:

So if there's something you're refusing to look at that's gnawing at you, look at it.

Allison Dubois:

Okay.

Allison Dubois:

Okay.

Allison Dubois:

Good advice.

Allison Dubois:

Good advice.

Allison Dubois:

Well, thank you for dropping by and giving us our fall forecast.

Allison Dubois:

And thank you to my listeners for tuning in.

Allison Dubois:

You can catch me next Tuesday for a fresh episode of the deadlife, where I will be covering the Lindsay Wells case.
