80% of fraudulent MOTs are down to so-called ghost MOTs – MOTs carried out without the vehicle even being present at the test station. We reported recently that the DVSA were trialling photo evidence as part of the MOT process in a bid to tackle this. Will it work? We spoke to MOT Juice’s Dave Long to find out.
