In this episode, Michael explores how fitness has been part of his life, from football in primary school to skateboarding and jujitsu lessons, through to bodybuilding and running marathons with his dad. Today, Michael continues running and practises yoga as part of his mental well-being, how challenges can improve his body and his understanding of nutrition, rest and recovery, and how all these exist as part of his everyday lifestyle. Different sports can teach you things about expression, social skills, creativity and taking time away from the home and explore nature as well as mental toughness, patience and having better ideas and more importantly - just having some fun.
