We’ve been watching MacGyver. Old school MacGyver. I’m Dan Hansen and this is a Minute at RepcoLite.
When I was in high school, my favorite show was MacGyver. I loved everything about it. I wanted to look like MacGyver, have hair like MacGyver, act like MacGyver and be cool like MacGyver. I really wish, after saying all that that I could say it was MIDDLE SCHOOL that these fanboy ideas played out in my head. But nope. It was high school. I was immature far longer than most people.
Anyway, I LOVED MacGyver and so I recently snatched up–after paying for them–some DVDs of the past seasons and we’ve been watching them. And I Still love MacGyver and still want to have hair like him.
But besides the hair, my favorite thing about MacGyver is how he would use all kinds of everyday items in unusual manners. He could get out of anything with duct tape, bubble gum, and a lighter.
Well, we may never be as cool as MacGyver, but we can still use items in unusual, or unintended ways to produce amazing results. I’ve got a paint product that will do just that–and we’ll get to it next time. I’m Dan Hansen and that’s a Minute at RepcoLite
