Shownotes
Well...cue Rod Stewart, because I do wish that I knew what I know now when I was younger! In my recent episode about attachment and attunement (episode 38), I kind of left you hangin’ when I said I would have done some things differently - especially with parenting. After receiving some questions about what specifically I would have done differently, I wanted to dive into just that in today’s episode. I know this is information that you will not only benefit from, but will very likely resonate with too, regardless of where you are on your parenting journey.
In this episode, I cover:
- What my work and life looked like when I became a mom
- Seeking help on my own healing journey and ‘filling the holes’ that I had in my attachment brain
- My thoughts on the sleep schedule/sleep training I implemented with my kids as babies, and if I would do anything differently now
- Realizing that we are ALL imperfect humans, and none of us are exempt from pain or adversity in this life
