Welcome to the Soulful Paws Minute. The Soulful Pause Minute is a briefer version of our regular Soulful Pause Meditations. These are going to be affirmations, five affirmations. And today we're going to be focusing on releasing and letting go. And the purpose is to guide you in easing the emotional burdens associated with the loss of your beloved pet.
In case we haven't met yet, my name is Scott and I know the pain that you're going through. And just remember, everybody grieves differently and it's okay to be wherever you are on your journey. So let's take a moment to find some comfort and peace together. I'm going to say five affirmations and you can feel free to repeat these out loud or silently to yourself.
Let's begin. I honor the love and joy my pet brought into my life and I release the pain with compassion.
It's okay to let go of my sorrow. My pet's memory lives on in my heart.
I am grateful for the time we shared, and I release any regrets with love.
I allow myself to heal, knowing my pet's spirit is at peace.
With each breath, I release the emotional weight, embracing the love that remains.
Thank you for joining me in these affirmations and just remember it's okay to let go and allow yourself to heal. Your pet's love will always be a part of you and, uh, hopefully your pet's love can help you guide you towards peace. Take care and just remember to be gentle with yourself. Bye for now.
