My guest is Mike Chisholm - an author, host of the heCast podcast and a financial advisor. Mike shares how the guidance and mindset he was trained under didn't serve him well; it set him on a settling & safe path. In realizing the limitations of this belief system, he then set out to learn and grow into thriving instead of merely surviving. So they both set about to do their best to ensure the security of their marriage and solidify and strengthen the bonds within their son's family. The phenomenal news is that their granddaughter beat cancer and all families are intact after weathering the emotional storm from cancer.
