Nicole Farts Again

Nicole Curtis, best known for HGTV's Rehab Addict, is once again making headlines—but not for restoring homes. The City of Detroit has filed a lawsuit alleging one of her properties has become blighted and constitutes a public nuisance. City officials are asking the court to compel compliance with property-maintenance requirements and reserve the right to pursue additional remedies if violations continue. Curtis has not been found liable, and the allegations remain part of ongoing litigation.
