Shownotes

This is an escape story. It’s about a clever man with an unquenchable thirst for freedom.

His name is Alex Gluskin. He tricked the KGB and gamed the communist Soviet system to escape from Russia at the age of twenty-six.

He loves talking about it. And, he’s a great storyteller. He will entertain you and enrich your mind in this podcast interview.

He grew up in a society that dictates what you should believe and controls your life with fear.

Many people resign to this enslavement. They accept their circumstances and call it fate. Not Alex Gluskin. He wanted out and got creative.

As he tells it, he learned to lie before he learned to talk. He mastered black market business by the time he was twenty.

He studied the world around him and foresaw the collapse of the Soviet system. He learned about North America and freedom. And, he made a firm decision. He would do whatever it took to leave Russia.

I won’t spoil the fun by telling you how he did it.  That would be like revealing the end of a great thriller. I’ll let Alex captivate and entertain you with his true life escape story.

Make no mistake. This story is not late night TV fluff. It’s got valuable lessons about creativity, networking, achieving massive success, and winning the life game with any hand you’re dealt.

Alex’s insight into the mindset of successful investing is worth the price of admission. He became a top investment strategist in Canada, made millions for his clients and himself, and retired to a lifestyle by design in 2005.

One of the most powerful things you will gain from Alex Gluskin is a deeper appreciation of your opportunities and personal power that are precious gifts of life in the free world.

You may think that you already know that. But do you? Really? The truth is that we all tend to take for granted the things we have always had. The things we didn’t have to fight for with our lives.

You may get a fresh perspective on the saying, “There’s no such thing as a free lunch,” a perspective that will inspire you to be, do, and have more. Much more of everything you deserve in life.
