Don't get this twisted about a team... Showboating, being selfish, resentful of working, and other things serving your own self is not the same as taking care of yourself so you can show up and be part of the team and help others around you. When an entrepreneur or business owner needs to delegate tasks, it is vital to build a team in the right way so you have the ability to delegate long term. Building a business that supports your life instead of one that takes your life is influenced by how you delegate.
