The 80-acre Elko property lists at $2,000 down. Scott says tell them Scott said on YouTube the down payment is $1,000 — and they'll do it. Property number 367636. That's 80 acres — same size as Disneyland — for $1,000 down.

And don't let terms that don't make mathematical sense stop you from reaching out. Negotiate the term, the monthly payment, or both. Just don't leave a bad review if they say no — sometimes the numbers don't work on their end either.
