Each day is a good day, and I always want to wait on the Holy Spirit for the words to speak that will empower and bring transformation to you, my listeners. Today was no different. After reading the word and meditating on the word of God, and waiting to hear him speak to my heart, I decided to arise and get on the rowing machine.

Whilst exercising, I heard the word uncaged. To be uncaged is to be liberated and unstoppable in the quest for living the indestructible life. As I continue to wait, I felt in my heart that I should share part of my story with you. A tale has many moving parts. I want to assure you the storms that you face will not last. You have that unstoppable spirit with you; listen to your heart, and allow it to guide you.
