Visit with this beautiful soul from Jamaica and listen to her story of suffering with depression and anxiety but hiding it to the outside world. To them she appeared happy with always a  smile on her face. But at night she would cry herself to sleep. Shan Campbell tells her story of recovery and becoming her true self, rather than what the world expected. It's a little long, but the time goes fast in one of my favorite episodes so far..
