reign era of my life, post breakup,

it's like a buzzword almost becoming

right, becoming this, becoming that.

And, and I think it's true.

think of the art of becoming.

I think of evolving, I think

of expanding, and I think of

allowing yourself to change.

And that's exactly what I

have done in this last year.

I have evolved.

I've been two different

versions of myself.

that's been amazing to watch.

and I have allowed myself to

Honestly, the truth is radiant

icons i've been wanting to explore

it means to me for a while now.

In fact, I've been planning

For two years now.

I just didn't know what year

it would fit best for me.

I just knew I really wanted to have one

year of my life, one chapter of my life

dedicated to exploring sexy and sexiness.

And I originally did think it was

going to be this year, chapter 26.

Eventually we ended up with the Radiant

26, and what a radiant here it has been.

But when I was originally thinking

of 26, the word that kept coming

up was sexy and sexy and sexy.

But something within me

just knew I hadn't evolved.

I hadn't expanded, I hadn't become

the Amanda I needed to be to explore

that intention and let it guide me in

every decision and action in my life.

I wasn't ready for that.

In 27 years of my life, I have never

allowed myself or given myself permission

to explore what sexy means to me.

I never gave it a personal definition.

The only concept or idea of sexy I

have in my mind is what the media has

told me, but that's not true to me.

is an individual journey.

sexy is the same thing.

what is sexy to me could not be sexy

to someone else, and that's okay.

I didn't even know it was gonna happen

until it actually happened to me.

And so when it comes to my personal

definition of sexy and what does

Sexy 27 actually mean to me?

I think sexy is an energy.

I don't think it's an aesthetic.

I think it's an energy that

you carry and that you embody.

sexy is that sexy is about

embracing all parts of becoming.

think it's sexy to be free.

by the stuff that you've gone

doing in chapter 27 of my life.

because, oh my God, chapter 26,

I truly did live out my intention,

and it allowed me to live my most

iconic life in chapter 26 of my life

because radiant 26 was the chapter

where I proved myself to myself.

I think of the growth

that I've experienced.

I think of the evolution that I

saw myself go through, and I think

about my confidence being tested

in ways that I never expected.

I never expected my confidence to

be tested in the way that it has

in chapter 26 and one of the main

ways my confidence was tested, was

actually a trajectory point for me.

And it was, you guessed it, my breakup.

In chapter 26 of my life I got into

my first relationship after being

single for three years, and then

that relationship very quickly ended.

And through that three month relationship,

my confidence was tested in ways that I

truly never expected it to be tested in.

I learned through that three month

relationship and saw within myself

is that my confidence never faltered.

Even as shaky and rocky as my relationship

was, I knew it wasn't a me thing.

I knew I was good enough.

He wasn't good enough for me.

That's why when he walked away, I still

was able to love myself unapologetically

and step into this new era where I was

more free and empowered, and liberated

it was my breakup, whether it's the

ups and downs of being an entrepreneur

at 26 years old, no matter what it

proved to myself that I can do all

the scary and hard things that I

once told myself I couldn't do.

be in a relationship.

have hard conversations.

a specific traumatic event in my life.

solo or I went on a solo date,

i, I did these things by myself

that I told myself I couldn't do.

I was reframing my mindset.

and being like, oh wait.

thing that I said I can't do.

my thoughts and my mindset.

which in turn allowed me to strengthen

it's something that you embody.

That is going to guide me in every

action, decision and scenario

So how does that show up in my daily life?

way I move through the world.

it shows up in how I choose myself.

things that I just listed, right?

The first part is I'm going to

honor those solo dates, right?

to choose myself and accept that

with my own presence, and falling

pushing the envelope a little bit

of me stepping outside of my comfort

zone when I go on these solo dates.

The next thing that I choose to do is

going to be honoring my body through

movement and I'm going to do movement

that truly does excite me and bring

joy and allows me to get in touch with

my feminine energy and my sensuality.

Heels dance classes has truly

changed my relationship with being

sexy and my sensuality and honoring

my body and being connected to it.

because it brings me immense joy

to see myself learn a routine

and put it all together and just.

and just feel myself and give myself

the opportunity and permission to

every Wednesday evening, and I love it.

For me personally, there are things

that are connected to this definition

to tiptoe in, in the pool about this

the latter half where I've seen myself

of it at the end of this year.
