I know the power of this word, I love to hear the impact these conversations have. Okay, let's get into it.

No one's listening, that no one's supporting you. And that you're not getting anywhere. Because things tend to take way longer than you think they do, too. I've told months during this podcast, so we're talking back in about October, November is a preview here. But the numbers have plateaued a bit. But I love what I was doing. And I was getting great feedback from those of you who are here, I keep going. And it's also like I'm in this for the long game. I've told you before I'm not retiring. I love what I do. So I'll keep doing this, regardless of how many of you are listening. So I have to thank you all those loyal long term listeners who have been here for the duration, because there's a big chunk of you, because like I said, those numbers have been pretty consistent from day one. But I also want to thank all my new listeners who have jumped on in the last six months. Because without the growth, then I can't reach the people that I need to I guess it's also a reflection for, for those of you who have been listening is that you've done as I've asked or pleaded with you to share with more people and let them know about these stories and also to all of the amazing guests I've had on and they were sharing with their, with their networks. And yeah, those those stories do go a long way towards helping me to reach more people. So what I love is that to be able to provide a platform like this that inspires people, that helps people that supports people. And again, some of you have told me this, you've sent me messages or you've contact me directly. And I love that because we need to normalize our struggles and share our experiences about how we've overcome this and how we've learned together and then pass it on to other people so that we can, together we can make this world a better place we can bring positive change to the world one step at a time. Now, 15 years ago, I didn't believe that idea that one person can make a difference. So I saw that was a crock of shit. Until I started doing this personal development, this personal growth, work this personal growth journey. Because what you find is that you make changes that ripples out. And it affects every person you come in contact with, and the people that they get in contact with. You've heard of the six degrees of separation? Well, think about that. If you can positively ripple out good messages. You smile at someone and you change their day or you you cheer someone up and they take that out into the rest of their day. Sometimes when you're going through this journey, it feels like you're changing reality. And in a way we are because we create our own reality. And we get to control that. So one person absolutely does make a difference. So whatever you're doing in the world, whatever difference you're wanting to make whatever you're passionately putting out, keep going. Keep believing that you are making a difference. Because you absolutely are I guarantee you more people are paying attention than you realize. I find out from people, sometimes 510 years later that they've been following my stuff. And it's been so helpful. And I know that probably 95% of the people that follow me will never let me know. And that's 100% Fine. But how are you, you apply that to you is that there are people in your life that may never tell you the difference you're making but you're inspiring them. I see when I hear from one of my siblings saying I want to do this and they're so proud. They're passing on look, look at the positive stuff I'm doing in the world. And that just makes my day. Now whether I've been inspired them to do that or not. The point is They cared enough to share that with me. Now, that's not something that sort of conversations we would have had as a family going way back. In fact, we will be more niggly and having a crack at each other. So, for me, I know I've bought was more positivity. And if that's rubbed off in some way, then fantastic. So also know that when you start making these changes that somebody will find that quite confronting because it sort of holds up a mirror to them of what, what's going on, what they haven't been able to do with their life. And so even just the whole idea of being happier, and not getting caught in drama, sometimes people can react negatively, that they can feel like you judging them or somehow putting them down because you've improved. This is what it feels like from their head. So if you're not getting the support that you think that you need for most people just just know that they will stay. Some may never tell you, but others will, will show in different ways. So it's just being aware of that. So yeah, it's just keeping your eyes on the fact that it can be quite confronting to people and not everyone feels comfortable about having a conversation about it. But they are listening, they are seeing you, they seen the changes. And it's inspiring them to make change as well. So keep going. Keep believing in yourself, because you will break through the nice level. And when you do, you'll be so thankful that you persist. So I want to let you know that I see you. I hear you, and I believe in you. So keep going.
