In this week, where we tend to put a lot of pressure on ourselves to be everywhere and everything, let's just chill it down a bit. What can we turn down? What can we stop?

What can we say no thank you to?

What are we going to say yes, please to?

A cup of coffee, laughing with my favourite people, a cold walk with the dog, a donation to the refugee shelter and volunteering my time. Yep, all of these things. Empathy is on my list too.

I'm all for understanding and kindness, where we can bring it and how we can show it.

Next, I'm craving some mental gymnastics, diving into some good books, both fiction and non fiction, exploring new ideas and

having those brilliant mind expanding conversations over wedges of Christmas cake or mince pies.

My habits: I'm sticking with moving my body, eating good food and getting enough sleep.
