This March, we explore the theme Alone Together.

It's been a year of separation. How are you feeling, here in this space between together and also alone? This month, we explore the natural movement toward the warmth of spring bloom, while also holding space for the thaw that reveals all the material of existence - old leaves, emotions, memories, and yes, even garbage - that we're still working through from seasons before.

Both can be true. Both can be held. And we do this both alone and together.

This week's session :

"Noticing the Blooms and Minding the Wounds" - This week's practice features our regular guest and dear friend here in the tea space, Jessica Young Chang. Jess is currently pursuing her Master's at Harvard Divinity School, with a focus on the nature of the body and the Divine in both Tantric and Christian traditions. She is also a yoga teacher, as well as women's health advocate, from Chicago, IL, where she became friends with Adam and Sooz. Jess appears frequently on Tea & Contemplation as our honored guest to lead the themed discussion.
