Shownotes

It's been estimated that just over half the world's population access social media in some form. That's nearly four and a half billion people.

Despite that incredible amount of usage, only a small fraction of those users fully appreciate the impact social media has on business, education, entertainment, and even our everyday lives. We view it as a "value add" or, most often, an annoyance. The fact is, social media is the primary source of information for a great many people around the world, and that gives it tremendous impact.

In today's episode, Chris shares some of his insights on the successes (and more importantly the mistakes) he's made utilizing social media in his business.

You'll learn the mistake he made early on around social media, the lessons and insights he gained from the error, and what he did to resolve the issue. (And it didn't involve deleting his account and starting over.)

You'll discover why knowing the basic structure of various social media platforms is not enough if you want to leverage it for your business in an effective way.

You'll learn the importance of seeing failures as learning opportunities, and why starting over on social media is usually not the right answer when something goes wrong.

Join Chris as he offers his insights and real world experience in the implementation and use of social media for your business.

Enjoy!
