At the end of this whole Church Age, which is now is a time when the Spirit of the Lord is bringing forth a pure worship unto the Lord. The pure worship is a worship of the spirit. It's a worship that comes forth from the Holy Spirit to the Lord. We say, well, we've been worshiping for years, we've been standing and worshiping and singing songs and doing all kinds of things. We've been worshiping the Lord, people have been worshiping the Lord for ages. What's the difference? A pure worship is purely unto the Lord. It's a thing of Spirit. It's something that's coming forth in this end time, that is a thing of Spirit. It's not a thing of our flesh, are trying to do something to please God. It's standing in his presence and just worshiping Him. And it comes through different ways. Our definition of worship is not the same as singing songs. It's not the same as just singing words. It's a thing of Spirit, we get in the presence of the Lord. It's a form of blessing the Lord and ministering to Him, what's the Lord want, what's in His heart? The way we get that is through the Holy Spirit, the Holy Spirit ministers to us, the worship of the Lord. It's a thing of thankfulness. It's a thing of praise. It's a thing of standing before I'm in awe and not saying a word. It's many different forms of praising the Lord.

It's not just singing songs. There's a time when you express yourself to the Lord. Worship is also when you're walking down the street, and you decide to help your brother, because that's the thing that the Lord wants us to do is to help one another. And that's a worship to God.

Intercession also and it can be a worship to God, our intercession for those that we know have a need. Intercession becomes like an incense, incense unto the Lord. And that's worship. Intercession can be the key to being able to meet the needs of the Lord, to meet the heart of the Lord, and to minister to everyone around us.

At the beginning, we were trying to define the difference between what we defined as a church, in the church age worship, to the new age of spirit. I think a lot of that could be defined by not what we're doing, but what God's doing. Because the Lord's coming in, He's refining His worshipers. Which means the worship changes, not because it's some new form that we've created. But because of what He's created within His worshipers have a whole new level of spirit. So all those things that you and Ed were talking about, as far as whether it's singing a song, whether it's raising our hands, in, in spiritual worship, whether it's walking down the street, in ministering to the poor, all those type of things have been done for decades. But when God begins to change His worshipers, because He's changing their spirit, He's purifying, then what they do, comes out of a pure, a pure motivation of Spirit. So two people can do the same thing. One can have a certain motivation, and another can have a certain motivation, all because of what God has done within their hearts are not done within their hearts.

That's what He's doing to His worshipers. He's creating and refining us. Romans 12:1. "I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable unto the Lord."

I used to go walking. And when I was walking, it was a time, say, it was a time alone with the Lord, speaking in tongues, all of that was worship, a time with Him. That was the one thing that the Father had with Adam. He had a time with Him every day in the cool of the evening, he would come down and talk with him. He would come down and relate to him. And that's a worship to God. That's what He intends for God enjoys for you to do. That's communing with Him that's worshiping Him.

So would you say that, to simplify a definition of worship, your time, whether it's a blocks of time or maybe all day, it's your focus on the Lord. So you can be working, but your priority of focus in your job is Him, you're doing it unto Him. You can be in a worship service. And your focus isn't seeing whatever motivation it could be. But your priority is serving and worshiping Him. Whatever you're doing through the day, can be a worship to Him, if your focus and priority of focus is to serve Him in worship Him.

When I was teaching, I would have many times that just Okay, now what do I do, Lord? What is in Your heart for me to do? Just stand and worship Me. Open your heart and listen. Sometimes I would be talking to the children and I would just ministered to them, and just blessing them and just creating an atmosphere for them. That was worship. As we're coming into the day of a Spirit is becoming more and more a thing of getting before and just waiting on Him. Your whole being can be a worship to the Lord.

I think that's a key that you're talking about, Deb. When we are wholly and completely set upon Him, that releases a deep, loving worship from us to Him.

Yes, it's a day of Spirit. Being the age of Spirit, it's going to come forth even more.
