Host Bill Donohue opens the show talking with former New York Mets pitcher Doug Sisk about his baseball career and his time with the Mets, including his thoughts on Tom Seaver in addition to the 1986 Mets team that won the World Series.

Later Bill welcomes former New York Islanders forward Bob Bourne. who talked about some of the teams and players he rooted for growing up and one of the reasons he wore number 14. Bob reminisced about his brief professional baseball career playing one season for the Appalachian League Covington Astros in 1972 along with future Islanders teammate Clark GIllies. Bob also recalled the trade that sent him to the Islanders in 1974, and talked about some of the reasons why he became such a great skater. Bob gave some of his insights on head coach Al Arbour and how he was like a second father to him, as well as his thoughts on some of the great players and memories from those Stanley Cup winning teams of the 1980s.

Bob also talked about how he feels about whether or not his number deserves to be retired along with some of the other greats from those Stanley Cup teams. Bob closed things out talking about how much he enjoyed his time on Long Island.
