I'm like, ah, that sounds like what I read

here and what Paul was explaining there.

progress that you make as you

I am going to read chapter five.

is two chapters, Through the spirit

already heard Paul say in the other

first four chapters of Ephesians.

We need to decipher much more of what

he's trying to tell us in five and six.

But before we start five and six, This

is not having to do with Ephesians.

This is just kind of like a little

preface of what I've had on my mind

this week, and this message is.

Really for any person who's a

non-believer or not a Christian who

happens to just stumble upon the podcast,

I want every person who comes across this

episode I want you guys to analyze your

life with God, and Without God, when you

lose faith, when you don't believe, when

it becomes hard for you to say, God,

analyze, take a moment and just

imagine what your life would be

like if you would have no hope in

anything and just go day by day.

Just saying, well, this

is what life has given me.

very dark and lonely life.

But if you have Jesus, if you have

God, if you walk in the Holy Spirit.

Then what do you have right now in life?

go through problems,

but you have hope.

through that faith, you have strength

it's a sweet smelling aroma to God.

So in this case, they're saying that

Jesus, well first of all, that we

walk in love like Christ, like Jesus.

But then he offered himself,

he gave himself for us.

And it was an offering and a sacrifice

Like what they say in the Old Testament,

a sweet smelling aroma, which God loved.

God loved all of those, you know, perfect,

um, animals that they would sacrifice.

They would say that that was

a offering to God and it was

what Paul is saying here.

with empty words for because of the

understand what the will of the Lord is.
