Why is responsible for quality? Is this the job to be done only by the quality assurance team? Rosalind Radcliffe, IBM Fellow, CIO DevSecOps CTO, strongly disagrees and says that testing is just a way of measuring quality. But it’s everyone’s responsibility to provide it.
