Shownotes
Today’s episode is inspired by something I’ve recently gone through, and have friends currently navigating as well. The idea of ‘creating space’, specifically around big transitions or life changes, comes up often in my masterminds and coaching calls. As a society, we’ve grown accustomed to familiarity, and we feel like we should always know what our ‘next step’ will be.
That’s all good and well, but…what happens when you’re ready for something DIFFERENT? You don’t actually know what that ‘next thing’ is, but you’re craving more purpose, intentionality, and autonomy in your life.
In today’s episode, I want to talk about creating space, taking action, trusting yourself, and exploring the unknown. It can feel sooo scary to step out of your comfort zone - especially when you don’t have it ‘all’ figured out (because of course, you think you need to). It’s like safety and predictability have pretty much gone out the window, right?!
In this episode, I cover:
- Why we seem to think we have it ‘all’ figured out in our society + what happens when we discover we want something different that isn’t ‘safe’ or ‘predictable’
- Realizing your current circumstance that you don’t like will always feel more comfortable than something unknown
- Choosing to trust yourself over logic (even when it feels super scary)
- Understanding that there is no single ‘right’ path + what momentum really means
- Why you can invite your partner onto your journey & ask for their support, but you don’t need their ‘permission’ to pursue your aligned, best life
- The misconception that alignment automatically equals ‘ease’
