In this episode, Caroline meets Martin Yelling, founder of Stormbreak, a children’s mental health charity supported by BBC Children in Need. They discuss how Stormbreak’s innovative, easy to implement, movement-based approach can have a positive impact on children’s anxiety levels and behaviour, particularly in the light of the Covid-19 pandemic and beyond.
