In today’s episode, I’m talking about why healing isn’t linear and other things I’d wish I’d known.

Doing the work doesn't mean you'll never bump into an old wound again - you definitely will. But maybe it doesn't hurt quite as long, or you recognize what's happening sooner. You have new information, more capacity, and different tools to move through it.

Healing can also be messy and super slow. As much as we might want to rush through the uncomfortable parts and just feel better already, healing is more of a slow burn.

Most importantly, your healing has to be for YOU. When we draw good movement within ourselves, it naturally ripples into our closest relationships and continues outward from there!

In this episode, I cover:

  • Why healing isn't linear + old wounds may still hurt when we bump into them
  • Why healing can get messy before things begin to feel clearer
  • Why emotional healing is a slow burn
  • Why your healing ultimately has to be something you choose for yourself
  • How doing our own inner work creates a ripple effect in our relationships
