Shownotes
Life is an endless series of ups and downs. And, unfortunately, that means that sometimes things just don’t go right. Plans get messed up, expectations are dashed, disappointments invade our otherwise happy life.
In this episode, I to talk about how to cope with things go wrong. Interestingly, I recorded this for you on the still-hot-heels of a vacation day gone wrong. I invite you to take a journey with me as I rewind and replay my day, and transparently share my thoughts, emotions, and the techniques I employed to help bring myself back down because… well… I was pretty darn angry. Let’s go.
“Sometimes I’m not ready to move into a better feeling thought. And sometimes there’s enough relief in just noticing and knowing that my crappy feelings are coming a hundred percent from my thoughts about the situation, and I know that, and I’m just not ready to change them yet.” – Dr. Sara Dill
