Shownotes
Building a sustainable business is a challenging path, and it can be easy to miss important details that are vital to your survival. What are the things you need to do regularly in order to have a functioning business? What is the risk of doing everything in your business yourself? Why is it so important to run your business like a CEO?
On this episode, I talk about building a sustainable business that generates income without you doing all the work.
3 Things We Learned From This Episode
- If you try to do everything in your business, you will limit your income and burn out.
- In order to have freedom around your business, you should think of yourself as a CEO and manage your time as such.
- You must use leveraged marketing principles, generate and convert leads into clients, deliver an outstanding client experience and track your results.
You either have a business, or you have a job. If you can’t step away from your business for 30 days, it’s just a job. Whether you're a solo agent or run a small team, you are still running a business, and that means money and tracking matters. Think of yourself as a CEO, not a worker in a company. As CEO, it’s your job to implement systems, policies and repeatable processes. It can be very challenging to do, but it is what will make you thrive.
